We just love this place. It’s not just supporting local but they are great. My husband’s 87 Mercedes diesel today had a flat tire. We knew we needed tires probably. I added air and drove over. Charlie took me home and Called with a quote which was less that tire rack. Done in a couple of hours. He came and picked me up when it was ready. We have used them for years. . Just a great place. Guys did a great job on my X7. Was worried about the wheels getting scratched in general. They took great care of my car, were helpful, and I appreciate the first come first serve process. I highly recommend!

I’ll only ever go to Mill Street Tire from here on out. They truly did a phenomenal job on my vehicle and saved my sanity. I had purchased a used car back in February and as soon as I got home from the dealer the check engine light came on (the dealer was not helpful during this situation). I took the vehicle to Mill Street Tire and they were determined to find the issue and fix the car. The pricing is also incredibly reasonable and I’ll be happy to continue giving this shop my money for the phenomenal work they do. I’ll be recommending Mill Street Tire to everyone I know. They gave me a great quote on a set of Pirellis and did an outstanding job fitting them and installing my new wheels on my car. Very happy.

DONT GET AN ALIGNMENT HERE IF YOU HAVE COILOVERS OR SPORT SUSPENSION. Was recommended to go here after installing brand new coilovers for an alignment. I called before to check to see if they can do a customer spec alignment on a car with coilovers. They said no problem. I went there and the alignment tech said the specs I was asking for were not possible. He must be new or not have any experience with coilovers. None of the guys in the shop did. I had to go into the garage with the technician and show him how to make the adjustments. The specs I asked for were very much possible. Aside from that, he stripped all of the 4mm Allen bolts on the camber plates. He even hammered in a Torx bit into it the Allen head fastener for some reason (see pictures). They were extremely overtightened. And then he was prying on the coilovers with a pry bar to adjust the camber using the adjustable top mount. Scratched my new coilovers up bad. Not knowing you have to unload the suspension to adjust the camber. This was a complete disaster going here. Dan from Millstreet said he would refund me the cost of the alignment and to have new bolts installed on the camber plates and I have yet to hear back.

Great shop. Timely and professional. Fair prices. This is the second tire shop I tried since moving to the area and the one I'll stick with.

I’ve had to frequent Mill street a few times on my vehicles in the past few months for rims, changing those rims, taking off and putting back on exhaust, great service every time. They even held my exhaust system for a month in the back while I was waiting on my new vehicle which was super helpful.

I recently discovered Mill Street Tires, and I'm so happy that I did! The service was so exceptional that I've decided to come here for all my future routine maintenance. The staff is incredibly friendly, especially the gentleman at the front desk (I believe his name is Joe). I trust them with my vehicle, and I highly recommend that you do too!

Truly amazing people to work with, brought in my c6 to swap tires and same day I was told rims were in bad condition (bent) immediately ordered a set of aftermarket rims then returned and they did everything I asked, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Pricing was very reasonable, tire balancing appears to be perfect, not a single scratch on rims either. A1 Shop with amazing employees

Recently had 4 tires installed and an alignment done and am extremely happy. Quick service and even explained some other things going on with my jeep. Price was good and I trust the quality of work they produce.

Dan at Mill St Tire is extremely honest and fair. I took my car to several other shops that tried to run up a huge bill to fix a bent wheel. Dan found the issue right away and fixed it for an extremely reasonable price. I can not recommend these guys enough for their integrity, thoroughness and quality.

If you need anything tire related contact Dan at Mill Street Tire! A low pressure light came on and I stopped in. Despite being extremely busy, they were courteous, knowledgeable and friendly, and had a tech check out my tire pressure right away. They inflated my tires and Chris diagnosed the problem - my driver side back tire. There is a reason they have been around so long. They know their stuff.

$53 for a patch & plug. Seems very unreasonable especially considering the tire needs to be replaced. If I would have known the cost to plug a tire was so high I would have just asked them to replace it with a new one. Also the fella John is extremely rude, arrogant and seems to have an attitude. Not sure he should be dealing with customers at the front desk. This is the 2nd time he’s come off this way towards me and if there happens to be a 3rd which I doubt there will be considering the terrible customer service from this guy. I’m going to be sure to ask him what his problem is… the other fella seems very nice and my experience in dealing with him was the total opposite. Bottom line. Prices are too high and you get attitude. Not a good combo.

I bought these tires for my daughter who is going through a tough time financially. I selected this installer because of decent reviews. However this shop, in my opinion, took advantage of a young women and charged her $29 per tire to mount and balance. I have never paid more than $20 anywhere and most times it’s $15. Avoid this shop.

These guys were Great! I had heard good things about them. Today was the first time I actually had to call on them. They sourced a fairly uncommon tire size within an hour, and then had me out the door within 30 minutes of arriving with my car. Price was more than fair as well. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of tires or other automotive mechanical work.

I was referred to check out this place by several people on my community Facebook page. I'm so glad I did!! These guys are awesome!! Great service, fair pricing and they don't try to sell you what you don't need. This will definitely be my home going forward for my car care needs.

Went in based on a friend's recommendation to get a set of tires mounted on my new wheels. Price was more than fair for low profile tires, left them there and went to the diner, and was ready to go by the time I finished my breakfast. Tires and wheels look great and they even bagged them up for me which was awesome considering it was raining outside. Will definitely be returning for any other tire services I need and will definitely recommend them to anyone else looking to have work done.

I wanted to take a few minutes to express my gratitude towards Mill Street Tire. I’ve been using Mill Street for over 20 years and they have always been extremely professional and knowledgeable. Chris is a true asset to this great company. His knowledge and professionalism is #1. Listen, if you haven't caught on by now from virtually every other review here, Mill Street Tire is the place you want to go. This is a local, family-owned company (major plus) that prices very competitively against the national chains like Mavis and Pep Boys. The big difference is, Mill Street Tire is dramatically better at everything. Frankly, after watching them, I think that's because the crew there is more knowledgeable, more highly skilled, and definitely far more motivated to do the job right. You can see it in the way they work and the speed of service. Today they installed 4 new tires on my GTI and had me out the door in time for work- and I was 4th in line! My car is driving great and I'm genuinely satisfied with my purchase.

Wow!!! Came here to get my tire stem valve replaced and 4 new tires and I couldn’t be any happier with the service! The pricing is fair and great for the service they do. The guys there are super nice and friendly and helped take away my worries about my car needing a fixing. I was recommended here by two people and I’m so glad I chose to come here. I bought 3 tires for my SUV and spent 600.00. Not bad prices I was on my way to Maryland and got a flat. Price was good so I decided to replace my other 2 worn tires. Very nice friendly people. Fast service.

Great service, upfront and honest estimates. Take my cars there for maintenance service and tire replacement and repair. Convenient location and they make drop off and pick up easy. If they cannot do what you need they will recommend a reputable shop to handle. Experience with all kinds of vehicles high end to standard Prices are very much in line.
