It was 7 degrees today when I got into my accident and needed a tow, I spent hours freezing and waiting for 3 other towing companies to come help me. triple A told me a 3 hour wait that turned to 4, my insurance company road side never even dispatched a truck and cancelled my tow without notifying me, and another local business told me 2 hour wait then ignored my calls when I looked for an update.
Within 15 minutes of calling Cruz Brothers, I had a quote; sent payment, and my driver was in route immediately and was there in an hour or less. Never again will I go with any other towing company. If I could give more stars I would. They gave me updates every step of the way and never once was I out of the loop and knew exactly where and when I would be helped.

Called for a tow and was told 1 hour. Waited 1.5 hours called back and now they aren't answering the phone without a warning. Wasted my time waiting by trusting them.
I would not recommend this towing company. I call to get my car towed to my mechanic. They gave me a price which I thought was over priced considering my mechanic is only five minutes from my home. Not to mention I spoke to them around 9a the drive called me a hour and a half later stating he just dispatched. I canceled my tow… Terrible customer service…

Gave me one price for my van and when they got here they hooked it up to their truck then he low balled me. When I told him it wasn't what we agreed on he wouldn't unhook my van unless I paid him $150. We finally worked something out but it was still way below the original offer. I do not recommend this company.
Great tow service. Handled my car incredibly well. Great communication, price and customer service. Kept me updated throughout and incredibly nice, not at all what I’m used to with other tow truck drivers I had to deal with in the past. Highly recommended if you need a tow in the area!!

I used Cruz Brothers towing last week after my car broke down. When I called they were clear and precise asked for me to txt a pin for the pick up location and drop off.They gave me options, I chose to have the car picked up the next morning at 9am and delivered to my mechanic shop , they where on time and fulfilled everything they said they would do. Great experience and felt I got a really fair rate. Would recommend to anyone in this area need towing help. Thank you!
On Sunday, February 23rd, at approximately 1:35 pm I contacted Cruz brothers to repair a tire on a dump trailer that had a flat. They were the second company we contacted. The first having 24 hour service on business profile as well but did not answer the phone but sent a text. To this hour at 6 pm same day, the work vehicle still wouldn't be repaired because they have not returned or answered the call or text. They had the lowest Google rating out of the three in Google Business Profiles. Safe to say they will get a 1 star review from me.
Cruz Brothers Towing answered the phone were prompt and responded within 45 minutes . They were friendly and price was reasonable. The location was at the Wawa on 73 and baring Ave behind Tony Roni's Tap House. The guy who came out was polite and fast! Trailer is back on the road and ready for work tomorrow. 5 star review and service!
Excellent service great communication and very reliable. My EV ran out of battery directly across the street from the charging station. I called other companies they had unfair price. This company had the best rate it was very reasonable. Service Was better than Chick-fil-A service highly recommended!

Goodness I wasn't in the highway. I've had a few rough year's. From losing my house to a house fire, becoming homeless. I've been trying to get back on my feet ever since. Rod was nice and extremely patient. I'm a single mother of two amazing young ladies. I'm in the process of getting my degree as a registered nurse. Living at a friends house.
