This is my favorite staples to go to in Bergen County! AJ in the printing department is a rockstar & makes me enjoy going to staples. He was so helpful & was able to print exactly what I needed.
AJ was most helpful with a complicated Amazon return. He did all that was necessary to resolve my issue efficiently and effectively.
Aneeta was handling two lines at once. Her calm demeanor and polite service were very evident.
Talk about unprofessional employees.. this afternoon the employee doing amazon returns was actually complaining to customers that she “hasn’t stopped for 3 hours”. She also had the audacity to say that whole foods should be taking Amazon return instead of staples. The line was very long. When I finally got up to the front of the line, she thought that was a good time to tape up cardboard boxes, while customers were waiting to both return and also to buy items from the store. I had planned on shopping in the store, but didn’t have time to wait on another line. As I was as leaving, a second employee finally came up to the register. When he saw all the customers waiting, he rolled his eyes and stomped his feet like a toddler, before throwing a cardboard box onto the floor. Hire better.
I have been going to this Staples for a long time. And today I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Staples. I came in to print a few photos with a guy named Richard and somehow everything that could go wrong did. The photos were printed in the wrong size, the quality was terrible, and I was charged the wrong price on top of it. When I pointed this out and asked for them to be redone, the second set somehow came out even worse than the first. At that point, I asked for a refund from Richard because I clearly wasn’t getting what I paid for. Instead of giving me my money back, I was told they could only offer a cash card, which I did not want. I paid cash and expected my cash back, not a store card I never asked for. Had to call for a manager just to get my cash back. That felt frustrating and unfair, especially after wasting my time and money on prints that were completely unusable. Poor quality, poor service, and an even worse resolution. I won’t be coming back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone who needs reliable printing
Don't mind going into staples. Easy, friendly and always love looking around at new tech. They offer coupons and give credit whwn ink is returned. Amazon returs also give 15% off any staples item. Ink is expensive so it helps with the cost.
Hands down the best customer service I’ve been greeted with. Divya took her time with my project going above and beyond to help me. Her kindness & patience throughout was admirable. She and Leslie juggled so many customers and did it with grace, not to mention the phones going off non stop. Their assistance and professionalism was absolutely outstanding. I’m now committed to bringing all of my projects to them.
I can’t thank AJ at Staples enough! I came in last minute needing oversized posters printed for my daughter’s Frozen-themed 3rd birthday party, and he completely saved the day. AJ was patient, professional, and so helpful—he made sure the posters came out quickly and looked amazing. His attention to detail and calm attitude turned what could have been a stressful situation into an easy, pleasant experience.
If you ever need printing done (especially on a deadline!), ask for AJ—he truly goes above and beyond!
I love this store is the best. They really enjoy their work. I called yesterday to ask for a quote of a special printing and they gave me the price and try to do the best. But I call the hackensack and as always they didnt resolve the question. I live 13 minutes from hackensack's store and 40 minutes from Bergenfield and Don't mint to drive all the way to get the best service in Bergenfield. I love every worker there, specially I appreciate printing guys. THANK YOU
I went in to print some papers and stickers, the young man names AJ helped me out and was very patient and helpful with trying to make sure my stickers were in frame and everything. I appreciate the great help, I even had to come back for more stickers and the process of printing was just as smooth as the first time. I don’t live near so I went to another staples before but they were very rude at that one and not helpful at all, so I decided to just come back to this one. The rest of the staff from what I saw were very kind and helpful to other customers as well. Amazing service!
I have been coming to this store for more than 20 years , nasty and rude name : everson needed to be reprimanded or needed further training doesnt know how to deal with customers . he feels like he owns the store . he is too lazy doesnt want to help out . he just want to stay in the counter . i wanted to know where the stuff is place and what aisle . i wanted him to show it to me the location . he is arrogant and condescending talked down to customers .No patience and no customer service relations attitude. I won’t come to this store any longer . he needed to be investigated and look at the cameras .
I had such a lovely experience here. I have social anxiety when talking to people but the staff here made me feel welcomed and reliable with a friendly smile. They seemed a bit short staffed for the time being, in which a little rush happened as I arrived but they were able to direct and help everyone while remember their last assignments. A staff member named AJ had taken the time to understand the what I needed and was able to do it in a timely matter to where I didn’t feel rushed. There was also another worker there(I didn’t catch her name unfortunately) that took the time to understand that AJ was already doing a lot and stepped up into taking other assignments when she too had a lot going on. I love seeing staff member help and understand each other. At the end of it, I got my poster and it looked amazing. The place itself is lovely and organized and I highly recommend coming here, not just for the supplies but, for the lovely staffing.
The staff was friendly and really helpful. I completed my purchase and left the store feeling like a valued customer. I visited this store two times this week and both times I had good experiences.
I was able to work with AJ in the copy & print center on a birthday gift for my partner. The end results of a custom recipe book were perfect thanks to AJ's attention to detail. Looking forward to the next time I have a print project to come back. Thank you!

I entered the store Friday morning kind of bummed out because I was unsure about a mini project that I needed to be completed for Saturday afternoon. In my mind I knew that it would be impossible to get it done considering that I waited until the last minute but my frown turned into a smile when I met AJ who said that he’d be able to help!!
He was patient, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when it came to choosing the right card stock, labels and color. He told me that I could continue shopping and return back to the print department in an hour and within 15 minutes it was done! I couldn’t have been happier with the results.

I came in to have my wedding invitations printed and Richard was AMAZING!!! He was so patient with me and my fiance and when we didn't like the test print, and had to leave the store empty handed, he assured us when he was working so he could help us again. Later in the week, we came in when he was working, WITH the right paper and he helped us so professionally and kindly. He was the best and handled my indecisiveness with so much grace and patience.
Leslie was AMAZING in the printing department. Some details were cut off on a few of the menus I needed to print and she offered and completed a whole new print job for the menus all over again. It was so helpful and the attention to detail was unmatched and nothing was rushed through. Everyone at this Staples provides such good customer service and I’ve never had a bad experience 100/10
I had an excellent customer experience. The staff, Eferson and AJ were incredibly helpful, and attentive. They went above and beyond to assist me with my needs, making sure my poster board was printed correctly and providing solutions with a smile. The entire process was quick, efficient, and pleasant. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service provided.
In past 7 years living close to this store, i have entered few times once to buy a safe and another to do an Amazon return. Now that my daughter is about to start Kindergarten I see the value and benefit of this staples. We walked in to get her school supplies, and most of the items were lined up for us in discount stalls. We found good quality pencils, markers, crayons, notebooks, erasers, glue sticks, folders and all other the things we were looking for.
The store is huge. Other than back to school items, they have so many more things related to home and office needs. Some to mention are printing supplies, office chairs, bags, smart home tech, monitors, landline phones. They do photo passport, printing, copy, shipping and reruns. Staples membership is free and has lots of perks.
Emily helped me out yesterday in the Print/Copy area. She helped me get exactly what I needed. She provided helpful information so I could make decisions. She admirably and pleasantly juggled several customers all right before closing time. Thank you!
Divya in printing is amazing! Helpful, friendly and so efficient. She walked me through the process and went above and beyond to resolve a problem I had with an online order. I was able to purchase an item that could be printed within my time constraints. I am so happy with my experience today ?
