I called this AutoZone location ahead of time to confirm that someone would be available to check the life of my car battery. I specifically explained that I was traveling with my child and asked whether I should bring the vehicle in. Steven told me the car needed to be there and indicated that I would be able to get assistance. I drove to the store based on that information. When I arrived, I was told they could not help me because only two employees were working and they were unable to step outside. What made this more frustrating was the interaction immediately before mine. The customer ahead of me was purchasing a battery and asked about installation. Steven initially indicated they could not install it because it was raining. Not because of staffing — because of the weather. It was a light drizzle. So the explanation shifted. First it was “we can’t install because it’s raining.” Then for me it was “we can’t check your battery because there are only two people in the store.” If two employees were potentially available to install a battery outside in the rain, it is unclear why a simple battery test could not be completed moments later, especially when it was barely raining. If staffing or policy prevents outside services, that should be clearly communicated on the phone before asking a customer to drive over, especially when they have already explained they are traveling with a child. I value straightforward communication. What I experienced today felt inconsistent and dismissive of my time.

This place is always busy with do- it- yourself car guys. Customer service is good. They've changed a battery for me and OBD reading is free when my check engine light is on.

I went this morning to change my windshield wipers, Juan Lopera assisted me with great recommendations and even helped install them. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this AutoZone.

Don’t waste your time going to this unprofessional “establishment” it is very disorganized, staff don’t value customers shelves are in shambles, it’s an absolute mess. There is literally a competitor across the street(Advanced) that is 100X better, more organized! For example, in AutoZone I needed a filter and the cashier pointed to the wall and said there is one left, when I said I looked and didn’t see it he then said then we must not have it🤬I left went across the street and was greeted by both team members that worked there, asking if I needed anything, then looked it up, asked me to wait a moment then went and got it!😱Imagine that… Guess who will be getting my business from now on! They are across the street!!!

I love this store, it’s my go to and never disappoints…until today. I went in this morning to return a bottle of unused, unopened power steering fluid that it turns out I could not use. Purchased it last night.I threw my receipt in the garbage outside the door like I usually do because I don’t return things. Google AI claims that they should be able to accept the return of I paid with a card. The cashier said no, sorry, can’t do it without a receipt. This post is only 50% a complaint because I know I should have kept my receipt. Still, I 50% feel like the cashier could have tried harder to help me since the product was clearly unused. Maybe I should have asked for a manager but I’m just not the type. Anyway save those receipts folks.

Very poor quality customer service everyone in there is very incompetent they to lazy the even if you go different day for a week they always have excuses that they have the oil recycle tank full I don’t recommend it also they let other people use the commercials account and they don’t return stuff and you ending en collection for unreturned parts or things the they give to people under commercial accounts

Placed an online pick-up order for an air filter on 3/26. Never received a tracking number or any updates. After 7 days of silence, I went to the store to check—still no filter. I spoke with both an employee and the manager, who claimed they didn’t have the part but would order a new one. Now it’s nearly two weeks later, and I still have no updates or order status. Every time I call, I’m put on hold for several minutes with no response. Extremely poor communication and customer service. Very disappointed.

Set online they are open until 10. I get there at 8:50. He tells me they’re closed at nine and he already shut the register down 10 minutes early. Couldn’t get what I needed lazy and useless staff.

I really liked it. There is no need to explain the variety of products, but what is important to me is the attention of the employees to the customers. I did not get the name of the friend who took care of me, but he was a very helpful, knowledgeable and well-intentioned person.

Vincente was very friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service even though the store was super busy. Since I wasn’t in a rush I had no problem waiting while her helped a few customers in between assisting me. He was very efficient and I will definitely be coming back to this location again.

The counter people are very nice and extremely helpful. . They are over run with customers but still are really good at helping you out getting what you need. These hard working men and women at this store are very polite and friendly. Even when the customers are not so nice. Very satisfied with the good service

Arrived at 820a and store manager hasn’t arrived to open up the store, but the spanish guy with the long hair has been greeting everyone as they pull up and explaining the situation. (Great job) 5 stars for him/ 0 stars for being closed

Excellent experience! I went this morning for a wiper blade, the person looked for the replacement, found it and installed for me in a few minutes. All with a smile and a very pleasant attitude. I highly recommend this store and the staff.

Amazing Experience! Trips to any mechanic shop is not always a fun experience for women. I will say the employees treated me with the utmost respect and considerate service. Very knowledgeable and welcoming. I would definitely come back again and recommend all my friends as well!
