I understand you can't please everyone, but despite a couple of sub-5 star reviews, Rossano and Sons should be a solid 5. I have not driven a tow truck for 20 years but I have plenty of experience and it is clear that Rossano are professionals. If you're towing a junk car, maybe it doesn't matter... But if you care about your vehicle and need a tow, didn't hesitate here.

When the driver brought me to the shop and saw it was closed, he made sure to find another repair shop that would do my repair immediately. Knowing I was several hours from home, he really made sure that I would be ok and able to get home safely. I genuinely enjoyed my interaction and cried a little bit with relief. Very good people.
showed up at time promised and spent a lot of time on proper attention to Tesla which had zero power, Man had to jimmy the window to enter car, it did chip the glass, but Tesla did not charge us for the repair, I think this must be pretty common. Nice job on a very challenging load and tow.
I had an excellent experience with Rossano & Sons Towing! I was driving through the area when I got a flat tire, and being from out of town, I wasn’t sure who to call. I contacted Mercedes Roadside Assistance, and they quickly dispatched Rossano & Sons.
The technician arrived in no time at all—within just minutes—and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism. He took extra care with my rims, ensuring they weren’t damaged while changing the tire. His attention to detail and the speed with which he worked were impressive, and before I knew it, I was back on the road.

Super appreciative of the tech that came to help with my car's battery. He let me know about some minor issues with the belts in my engine and also waited for me to be fully in my car before getting back into his. I was stopped at a rest stop that was starting to get a little sketchy and he said he wanted to make sure I felt safe.
Justin is the best! And his wife was very nice over the phone as well! They saved the day and my car! Justin came right away and showed me how to fix the issue and is as honest as they come! Was assigned this company thru state farm. Took 3 hours for the guy to arrive after an eta of 90-120 min which they never updated me. Asked him not to drive my car onto the trailer due to an engine misfire and he ignored me and did it anyway. He tried to convince me to bring my car to the dealership so it wouldnt be covered by insurance so he could make a quick buck. If your insurance or AAA assigns this company try to ask for a different service provider.
HORRIBLE..wanted $1000 to tow my vehicle out of mud..the mud pit was less than 12 inches in the ground..even expressed that he would need to use airbags so he doesn’t mess up the car..and teamed up with local police to jack up rates. Would not use. Biased and not professional.
The absolute best. Friendly, considerate, professional, accommodating, honest. Tonight is maybe the fourth time they've helped me out and I could not be happier. They got my 100% stamp. You can trust them.
I needed a tow. After 3 towing companies refused to tow my Honda accord, I called Rossano & Son’s and I told him my situation. The driver, Justin, arrived in literally 10 minutes after I called and towed my car without issues. The punctuality, readability, and friendliness will definitely bring me back to using their services. 5+ star company!
Rossano came to tow My car through AAA. He came an hour later than AAA estimated arrival and was quite obnoxious. Explained car wouldn't start because of a bad starter and he completely ignored me and kept trying to start the car. Finally put it on the flatbed front facing out. My son told him the front door wasn't closed. He tapped the door and insisted it was closed regardless of my sons insistence and started driving away. Cars front door flew open and it took 3/4 mile to get his attention and make him stop. By then there was $2,200 worth of damage to my car. After his temper tantrum, he paid for the damage but refuses to acknowledge the supplement ($560) and refuses to provide his insurance information...my advice...STEER CLEAR OF THIS TOWING SERVICE IF YOU LIKE YOUR CAR!
Unfortunately did not have the best experience when this company was dispatched for my jumpstart. It took 2+ hours for them to arrive when their technician was located less than five minutes away. Company gave zero updates on ETA and gave excuses as to what was causing the delay. The service itself was completed by a friendly and competent technician in a matter of minutes.
I had a flat tire while traveling. Rossano & Sons was there much earlier than our emergency roadside assistance estimated. The mechanic did a great job! Would highly recommend.
My car broke down Monday morning and I went with this amazing service, not only did he do an amazing job, it was top notch service and wasn't expensive. It was such a good experience that I'll always call them when I have a car problem on the road.

Justin was a Godsend during our cross-country trip! He was kind, compassionate, professional, and really went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped us locate the car dealership closest to our hotel, dropped us off at our hotel, towed our car to the dealership, and left the keys in the night drop box for us. He allowed us to leave the car running with the AC on so our dog could stay in the vehicle on this super hot day while it was in tow...all of this while we’re in the middle of the Coranavirus pandemic! We don’t know what we would’ve done without him. Thank you Justin!!!

This tow service did a great job. Not your typical car tow. We were moving hospital equipment, very delicate & very expensive and they loaded and unloaded the equipment perfectly. We will be back out there in 2 months and will use Rossano. Professional in their pricing as well
Justin came right out and jumped my car then called Boonton Tire to alert them that I was heading right over for a new battery. Putting this company in my contacts in case I ever have a problem in the future! Would highly recommend him!!
I had the pleasure (yes, you read that write: a pleasure) of dealing with Rossano & Sons Towing yesterday when my BMW died at Weis parking lot in Newton. They guys were there quickly, super friendly, knew how to work with BMW idiosyncrasies, jumped me, and then flat bedded my car to Newton BMW. They took cash and the price was reasonable. The financial assistant even was willing to take my credit card when I first did not have enough cash. All good and I recommend highly.

We were heading back to NYC from kalahari water park Pocono. We caught a flat tire on NJ I-80. Justin tow my car and send us to the dealer. He contact the dealer and help us to get a loaner car to drive back home. We got there almost 8pm, everything went smooth and well done. Rossano & Sons came to the rescue, when we were unable to get our moving truck down our driveway. We were backing the truck down the driveway to return it and realized that it was not going to clear the bottom of the driveway. We were stuck! UHaul was unable to help us and could not find a tow company in the area to come out. I was able to reach Rossano & Sons in the middle of the night and they came out to help. Excellent service & affordable prices.
