I would like to thank Hampton RV Trailer Sales & Service for helping us with our camper. The front cap was leaking, which by the time it showed its ugly head to us it was too late for any sort of easy remedy. I initially brought the camper to Alpin Haus in Oak Ridge. They should really call themselves Alpin Hosers. Take your camper there and they will hose you. Paid around $400 just for them to provide me a ridiculous estimate. Hampton RV Provided a free estimate, was not only fair, but transparent through the process to the best of their abilities. Our final cost was over the initial estimate, but within reason as it’s impossible to know 100% what they are dealing with until they tear down and see ?% what they are working with. They provided thorough explainations of the work needed, work done, and progress photos along the way. They also repaired over and beyond factory spec to ensure to the best of their ability that with proper maintenance that we won’t endure the same issues due to shotty craftsmanship from the factory. If you are in the tri-state area and need repairs to your RV, save yourself the trouble of multiple estimates and just go to Hampton RV. Tell Bill I sent you!

Just purchased a custom made 7×14 V-Nose enclosed Car-Mate. Bill took his time with every detail and assured me that I was going to receive everything that I wanted per my requirements. I needed a taller trailer, reinforced, and heavier capacity. Everything I ordered was to spec and the delivered. Bill and his team took the time through multiple changes and add-ons. When I needed extra equipment installed for my truck to be compliant, he had everything ready and installed it ASAP. Very professional. Highly recommended. Will definitely return.

We live full time in our motorhome, on the way from Maine to Florida we blew a rear wheel seal. They got right to work and within a few days they had us back on the road. They were so nice and did great job. They replaced both wheel seals, breaks, and oil change for a great price.

I am new to the RV world and purchased a used camper directly from the owner in June. After several trips I was having a few minor issues. Decided to have Hampton winterize and answer some questions. Not knowing if this was due to my learning curve or actual issues. They were beyond patient and very supportive. And yes, the fridge pilot light needed to be fixed, yes the tires and other undercarriage components needed a bit of care. Taught me about winterizing and correcting some mistakes from the previous owner (and still an awesome person to have bought my camper from) with regards to towing safety. I am very impressed by the warm welcome and care taken to ensure my safety and comfort with this new chapter in my life. Thanks!

Great experience buying a trailer at Hampton! I went in on a Friday and worked with Jeremy who was very helpful and very knowledgeable. When I decided to make the purchase I ended up working with the owner who was a great guy and very down to earth. All around very professional and helpful I will definitely be back for more trailers and I highly recommend them.

Found my trailer on the web and called to see if they had it in stock. They didn't but recommended another one they did have in stock. It had more features that I was looking for and really was a better investment for my business. I drove a couple hours down there to pick it up and it was a flawless transaction. Got to meet Bill and a new hire learning about the business. Before we left there tech came out to show the features and safety items to know about with a trailer like this. Very Very thorough. I would buy more trailers from here again when I need too. They also have a storefront with thousands of items related to trailers and Rv's. This place has everything.....I am very Happy April 2022 update, Had the trailer for a year and it has been great. I had a strap break on the battery tray and the battery moved around and broke the charger, the shocks for the chain cabinet needed to be replaced. I sent an email to Bill and the parts were sent via mail, covered under warranty. I am so happy with the service and communication with him. From one business owner to another. Thank YOU x 100. !!

Great experience at Hampton RV. I went back twice trying to decide what I wanted. Bill showed me around and upon my purchase held onto the trailer till the snow melted and I could get it were I wanted it. I would recommend Hampton RV. If you're in the North Jersey or the Tri-State area and have trailer needs, this is the place to go. Clean, well organized and well stocked facility. I purchased a tandem axle enclosed trailer, working directly with Bill, the owner. Had a great experience and Bill is a pleasure to deal with. An absolute gentleman and easy to deal "on a handshake", and good to his word. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the process quick, easy, and painless. The facilities were kept clean and had everything stocked you would need from towing your lawn mower to starting a hotshot business. I will definitely be going back for yearly service and any new equipment trailers I may need in the future.

In 2017, I had the need to purchase a 22' trailer to haul a classic car. Not knowing anything about trailering, I soon learned that it requires much planning and consideration to do safely and efficiently, with safety being a key word here. I was referred to Bill at Hampton RV by a friend and paid a visit to Hampton RV along with another trailer dealer. While the other dealer was nice and took the time to show me what he sold, it became clear that I was going to purchase my trailer from Hampton RV. Bill and his staff spent much time with me from specifying to ordering to setup to delivery. I ended up purchasing one of the more full-featured trailer options offered by Hampton RV and believe it was the best decision I made and have no regrets. When I took delivery, the crew at Hampton RV spent more time with me than the dealer did when I took delivery of my car! I have hauled this trailer, a Featherlite (see photo) over 3,800 miles in less than a year without a problem or failure. I attribute my success to both the research I did AND the guidance and instruction I received as part of the purchase from Hampton RV. Little details matter and setting up a trailer for heavy towing takes a bit of experience. More recently I took my trailer back to Hampton RV for a recommended one year service check. Hampton recommends a check once a year. Two minor items were found on the trailer and both were cheerfully handled under warranty. I've heard too many trailer disaster stories from car friends and urge anyone considering such a purchase to go with someone who knows. Pay Hampton RV and Bill the owner a visit...you will not find better service, advice and assistance.
