Great service. The owner was very kind of my needs. The semi guy who delivered my massy ferguson tractor was very helpful. These guys will get all of my equipment transport. If you get them to transport your equipment.... upon paying them your bill... add a dozen of boston cream donuts. The driver love them. Lol

They didn’t put my key in my car once it was returned to the lot. And argued it was. To later return it to the vehicle. And say it was there all along.

This company ran my minivan into a truck and refused to do anything about it. Wouldn’t put it through their insurance and said it was the employees fault not theirs, even though it was on their property. At the same time, our dodge truck has been sitting there for months. They never did any work on it and after they screwed us on our mini van and never actually fixed it, and then smashed it into a truck on their lot, we said we just want our truck back without these incompetent people touching it. We have paid for the tow to bring it home, and they refuse to do so. Every time my husband goes into their shop, they say they will tow it the next day. He has been in there more than five times. It was supposed to be dropped off every day this week and they refuse to do it with absolutely zero communication. They say it will be at our house tomorrow, and then don’t do anything. We paid for a service and they stole our money and our truck.

Our camper broke down, they came right out to tow us to the shop. The drivers were great, really careful with our vehicle! Vacation at an auto repair place ? And now we are on our way, they let us stay there, repaired everything as fast as they could, every single person was helpful and kind and the price was what we would pay back home. We will use them for our big camper mechanics from now on ??

Dropped off our Kia Sedona to have an issue fixed where the van would randomly turn off. The shop replaced the alternator, but had to rip out a fuse for it work. So now the electronic locks and radio doesn’t work. We were not informed of this upon picking up the van. We were charged a little over $1000 for the alternator. When we went to pick up the van, an employee drove it into a large truck and side swiped the back door and panel above the wheel well. This was witnessed by me, my husband, and other employees. We were told it would go through their insurance, however when I called the owner I got a different response. The owner said he will not file an insurance claim through his business told me the employee is responsible to pay us out of pocket. He also told me he was there when it happened and that he took photos of the van and it’s “less than $500 of damage.” I was there when the incident occurred and he was not. He has not seen the van nor did he take photos. After telling him this about five times he reluctantly admitted his lie that he didn’t take any photos of the damage. When I brought up the fact the radio and electronic locks also don’t work, he told me that he had told my husband this and that it would cost more to have those things fixed. My husband was never made aware of this, and when he called the company and talked to an employee; they apologized and said to bring it in to have it fixed for free. Now the owner is telling us he won’t fix it unless we pay. The locks and radio worked fine when we dropped it off. This shop is unprofessional and I would 100% recommend going anywhere else. We are now being told they will take the van to have it fixed. Considering the OWNER lied to us about ever seeing the damages, we will be getting a quote from an uninvolved third party and either having them pay us for the damages or taking them to small claims. What a mess.

Terrible customer service, called multiple times (at least 4 or more times) Friday to pay my tow fee and got the complete run around the entire day and have not one of my calls returned. Tried calling today(Saturday) to verify I could come in and pay only to be answered by a rude man saying "too bad we're closed 'til Monday at 8am" but......... Here their hours are posted open from 8-12 on Saturdays.....? Sounds like a real SHADY way to get extra pay for having to store my vehicle for the entire weekend which I spent the ENTIRE day yesterday trying to pay and avoid. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with their way servingof handling my needs as a client/customer.

I didn't know much about these folks, but they turned out to be good people who treated me fairly and did a great job towing for me.

Dexter's was awesome! I called and they were available right away to come tow my car to a local garage. Pricing was very reasonable. They take card, cash, or billing which is very convenient. Logan helped tow my car and was very personable and friendly! Thank you guys so much!

Very professional, punctual and kind people. Cheaper then alot of tow places in the area. Will definitely use them again, if ever needed.

Our vehicle broke down, and we needed to get it back home at night (after 7pm). We called, got a reaosnable quote to tow us back home. They were quick to arrive on the scene, the price we paid was the same as the telephone quote we received. Will highly recommend you to our friends and use your service again (if the need arises). Was very honest with the price and very helpful. They picked my tractor up and delivered it right to my door step for a 3rd of what everyone else wanted.they guys are my new tow guys for life.

I can't say enough good things about Dexter's!! The driver made short work of moving our 2 Conex boxes to where we need them without a problem! Professional, courteous, resaonably priced, and very prompt! Would definitely recommend their services!! Many thanks!!

Their response time was a little long (4 hours) because they were having phone issues, but very towing rate.
