I had a check engine light come on so took my van to O'Reilly's for a free code reading instead of paying a mechanic for diagnostics. I love this service as you just saved me at least $100. Your store manager was great to work with. Thank you for the great customer service.
Just called 2 minutes before they closed in desperate need for a plow solenoid to be able to make it home. Tom answered the phone to let me know they do have the solendoids but they are closed. I asked if I could pay for it and have him leave it outside like every other parts store around has done for anyone who asks. He said he can't do that. Here's your 1 star Tom. You're welcome.
A stop here was a wonderful start to my day. I bought windshield wiper blades for my truck, and the gentleman who helped with the purchase offered to install them! Within minutes I was back out on the road. Exceptional service with a smile.
In a pinch, Benjamin helped me out big time. He installed 2 batteries for my pick-up and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again, it was much appreciated!
I can't say enough about the employees of this auto parts store. They are extremely helpful and take extra steps to be sure the information given is correct.
I like Thomas and some of the staff . But one young man at the counter is lazy and rude . Using the lord's name in vain. It's to bad . Because if he is their I shop else where
They were professional, knowledgeable, ethical and very helpful.
We went in thinking we needed a new battery but one of the staff checked it and said the battery was fine. He told us what the problems might be instead. Then another staff person explained how to do some other checks to figure out our problem.
They could've easily just sold us a new battery.
Always helpful. I was having trouble with my truck sometimes not starting. They hooked it up to their tester and helped my narrow it down to a bad battery cable connection. Truck seems to start fine now and it didn't cost me a dime!
Staff was great very helpful.
Quality of the alternator was not.
One of the studs for the electrical connection was broken off laying in the bottom of the box.
Taking it back to the Hillsborough location to get a replacement much closer to my house.
This is in no way a reflection on the Newport location they are a great group of people and I will continue to frequent this store.
I have used Bond Auto (now O'Riley Auto Parts) whenever possible for the last 10 years at least and I take full advantage of their rewards program as well as any special coupons I get in the mail and I have saved hundreds of dollars over the years, they've also saved my butt by being able to special order (usually older) parts that no other auto shop in the area has been able to get several times over the years
