Had thw lawnmower battery we needed late on a Saturday, decent price, accepted the dead lawnmower battery to offset the core charge, no issues, reasonable return/exchange policy, definatly an under-used store in my view, not the 1st that comes to mind when I think "car parts" around here, but it will be now ?

Prices are high and staff is difficult to deal with at best. But on a good note they may have half what you are looking for, just not enough for one complete task even if simple. Example being an oil change or both windshield wipers in same brand. Very dissatisfied considering I was able to get everything I needed at Wal-Mart more affordable and without the attitude
After reading the reviews on staffing at this store I've decided that I'll also pass on shopping there again.
The language and attitude are very common and accepted in this area. What a shame. What has become acceptable behavior [accepted because it doesn't appear to be changing] makes me shop on-line to avoid these situations. ✌ and Good Bye
Went in today and asked for anti seize guy pointed to an isle. I was there for a few mins and couldnt find it. I asked a guy to help me he came over handed to me and asked me if I was retarted. I was so embarrassed I left the store didnt even buy it and went to oriellys. I wont ever go back to avance auto
Says online open till 7 pm called 10 + times and instantly was hung up on not even a word. Several times just left the phone off hook could hear computer keys clicking... wth.
I hate this store!! The employee's are so rude!! I purchased a battery and asked if they could install it.. The guy grabs the kart furious that he has to install this battery and is throwing tools around the whole time angry. I will not return to this location ever. This location clearly needs new management.
Tired of this place pour attitude and inconsistent prices and High prices always told can get items in a couple days. I can too its called Amazon and normally 20 - 50 % less unless you have special pricing accounts. If i need it same day I will Drive to NAPA and get fair prices and good service I was glad to see this store open as I always purchased from Lebanon and Keene stores.
So I was in the store 4 days in a row getting parts or dealing with a score up where I got over charged I will say Chris, Tim and Joe were all very helpful and got it straightened out. There is a heavy set lady in there that is no help at all and I understand is basically useless I didnt deal with her much at all thankfully but my husband did. Thanks guys you made it right thanks for your hard work.
With having a business account and dealing with Advance auto for years and the one time I decided to stop in to this particular store and get some rubber fuel lines and I asked the sales clerk if they had a certain size hose and all she said was check down aisle 11 I said I did and didnt see what I was looking for and she said I'm sorry but that's all we have. Well I know they have rolls of it out back I needed a few feet of it and not a small section in a package that is about 6-8 inches long.
I would advise driving to concord or NAPA down the road, they want your business. Worst management ever!! Employees are not allowed to return electronics only the manager and I drove 1 hour here to drive another home havint to wait till Monday to return a switch! The management makes their own hours, as in I drove there needing a replacement part with the website saying they are open till 6pm but management made the call to close at 2pm while they sat in the store listening to people knock because all the lights were on but no one was home till 2:45 pm when they were leaving the store. You could of answered the calls or knocks. I do purchase quite a bit from them but poor management lost my business.
Sales person was very helpful locating the correct fuel fitting. He went well above and beyond what you might expect. Large store with many parts in stock. I will be back even though there are parts stores closer.
I walked in to get oil. There was a dark haired women at the register ..heavy set. I tried to find the oil myself but I was having a very hard time. She had to customers and just stood at her register staring at me. I brought what I thought I needed up to the counter ..I purchased it ...but then a few moments after I realized it was synthetic and asked to return it . She returned it ..I told her what I was looking for and needed help. ..she told me the brand I tried to buy was synthetic only .. she sent me back over to the wall of oil to find it myself ...she did not move from her register to help me ..not even for a moment and I really could have used the help. I was late to work . I asked her again ..told her what I was looking for and she shouted accross the store for me to take a look at a certain brand ..in which I had to search the whole wall for ... I just did not understand what could have been so hard about just showing me the oil ..would not have been too many steps . Would have taken moments of her time and I would have been very happy.
