Worst customer service I’ve experienced. Was very rude and acted like I was wasting his time.

Came because of a car stalling on the freeway. Came in and they quickly and efficiently checked all major components of my vehicle. I was in and out in no time and I would recommend PDQ to anyone with car issues. Great team here!

Excellent!!!! I ran into trouble traveling from Oregon to my destination. My truck started making a funky noise so I booked a stay in Winnemucca to get my truck fixed. I had no idea what was wrong and being a lone female traveler I was so concerned that a mechanic would take advantage of my lack of knowledge. I went into PDQ and they were so professional and kind. They did not pressure me to purchase extra services. They explained my issue simply and clearly. Reasonable pricing!!! I'd like to thank my tech that day Trenton he was kind and patient and did not patronize me at all being a female. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

Amazing service got me In-N-Out for an oil change. Three guys with long blonde and brown hair to are awesome!

Estevan just did another GREAT job of getting the bugs off the car. I mostly only stop here now when I see Estevan is working.

Amazing find to wash all the 🐜 🐛 bugs off my white vehicle😃 at 1:30 am Traveling from Port Hueneme California to Riggins Idaho. Credit card or Change machines, rags, armor all, paper towels available in vending machines. Well lit and safe.

It’s been so many years, but Patrick and his crew got us put back together on a late Saturday afternoon,on July 3 2010. They were so kind and didn’t even think twice to help us out! So much appreciation goes out the Patrick and the PDQ crew!!

This is my go to place for an oil change in winnemucca. They are always efficient & I rarely have to wait. After going to a couple other places in town & not being satisfied, I’m glad I found PDQ.

The manager has awesome customer service, the oil change price was reasonable and I was in and out in a half hour. Good job!

Terrible!!! They upsell on everything...I told them my tires were low on pressure because it was 8°... they didn't bother to check my 2020 Camry to see what tire was low... he said they were all good and that the sensor on my 2020 camry was bad. Toyota said it was exact. I was charged $6.00 for coolant on my 2020 camry with 29,000 miles. Toyota said this is a closed loop system... there is absolutely no leak or problem. I was still under warranty so I complained to Toyota. They found nothing... this place is a scam. I'm worried they didn't change my oil or they didn't use full synthetic like I paid over 30 dollars more. If I can find the easy scams.. How much more did they get away with? Don't use this place

I've tried to get some tires and some repaired but they told me they couldn't do anything and were super rude on the approach. The other shop across from them were the opposite, they helped me out a lot and they were very friendly.

On a recent trip, in the middle of nowhere, my check engine light came on. On a Saturday. I called around in an ever-widening area. No one was open. Finally I found PDQ. They were able to check the code and reset the light. They advised me that I should have no problem getting home. (Which I didn’t.) As an older woman, traveling alone, I was doubly appreciative of their kindly assistance. Can’t thank them enough.

I had a brake leak and these guys were very friendly and willing to help I called everywhere else in town and I was told I wouldn't be able to get my car in til next week and in some cases 2 weeks from now. But the people here took my car in right away and found the problem and fixed it the next day when the part I needed came in. Thank you so much for your help.

This place is awesome, I broke down 4 miles outside of Winnemucca Saturday night. I was able to limp my vehicle into Winnemucca. We did get a hotel and had to wait until an auto shop was open witch was 8am Monday morning all were closed on Sunday. I called around 7:30am and they answered and said to bring it in even though they were busy with other vehicles. They called in an hour and let me know what was wrong. They had it done by 2:30pm. They ended up having to replace the thermostat and gasket and test drove it to make sure it was good. Thanks again so much to the men at PDQ for your help and hard work to get me and my family back on the road home.

Had them do an oil change it was decent service but it cost as unreasonable 200.00$ for an oil change when I can have it done at jiffy lube for 80.00 $ won't be using pdq anytime soon

Fast and friendly. Nice, large, warm waiting area with kids space and popcorn!! Went for an oil change and they found (and showed me) a very filthy cabin air filter which they called around to find. Excellent customer service!!

Passing through at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon. These guys got us right in, diagnosed the problem and got it fixed in about an hour. Thank you very much for your service.

Told me everything that they were going to do and also told me about a real bad oil leak and about. One of my reverse lights being out so now Me and my grandson can have a safe trip back to Colorado thanks guys

I just went in to use the car wash. The spot-free rinse just dribbled from the wand and then quit working two minutes before my time ran out. PDQ did refund the money for the missing time Update to this review. Went back recently to wash the car again, and my quarters got stuck in the coin slot. Probably tried pushing them it too fast. Anyway, the owner came out to help, got my money unstuck and comped the car wash. He had read my above review and told me of a number of changes made or in process to improve people's experiences there. Among them are new coin and card operated timers and, most important to me, a rework of the spot-free rinse mechanics. I must admit that the spot-free cycle worked about 100 percent better

I went to the automatic car wash and paid for the best wash, was guided in by the employee. After I left the place I noticed my front right custom wheel had been completely destroyed because they weren’t paying attention when guiding me in the bay. I arrived the next morning and waited around for over 2 hours to talk to the owner. He was a complete asshat and beyond rude. He told me I’d hit a curb and had nothing to do with his guardrails that are not even protected with plastic. That’s an awesome way to run a business!!!! Stay away from this business!!!!!!

Horrible service went in and asked about ordering fender flares and they were rude and just took my phone number down and said they would call me with pricing and info the next day. I waited 3 days and nothing, so I went back in to ask agian and they did the same thing even after I explained they already took my number down. I waited 5 more days and nothing. The next day I called them and they had no idea what I was talking about. Bad service , the workers do not care about the customers and very unprofessional I do not recommend them at all . I heard they are horrible in the servicing and mechanical work department as well.

The service was awesome our 1996 volvo runs a lot better than before I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help. Good job and I'm happy with the service we received thanks so much.

Poor service. Did not preform proper diagnostic, tried to hustle money. Small part on tranny broke and said I needed a new transmission 3,000 job that only cost 1,100 when properly looked at.
