I visited o’reilly as I was having battery issues. The asst manager came out and went through the alternator, starter and finally the battery. The battery was bad and unfortunately they can’t move stuff such as the air filter to replace the battery but he helped jumpstart the car again and I took it to the dealership. I was very thankful for him and his professionalism. I often buy parts from o’reilly and this was a great example of the services they offer and their great customer service!!!
We had car trouble on a recent holiday roadtrip and pulled into O'Reilly to figure out what was wrong. The store was clean and organized and the employees were friendly and extremely helpful, which made a big difference during a stressful time. You got the feeling that they cared about helping your get your car running, not just selling you a part. We used their scanner and they helped us figure out what part we needed and also lent us tools. Thank you!

On a cross country trip we had an engine light come on and O’Reilly was the only place open on a Sunday evening. Dominic and Josh were the Dynamic Duo trouble shooting, finding the right parts and answering all our questions. They were so patient and ensured we could get back on the road safely. They went above and beyond on customer service and are standout employees who really care. So glad we found this spot.
Came in with my wife to diagnose our Subaru on our way home from Oregon to LA due to a check engine light scare, unfortunately we did not get a name. But the gentleman helped us so much more than he needed, we had tons of questions, gave us name to local mechanics and went above and beyond to give us outstanding customer service, my wife even went back a second time to get more understanding and picking up an additional auto part we also needed, we left with peace of mind that we would be able to fix out minor problem and get home safely. Thank you so much !
Now I got something to say about this place. We went in and asked him to check our battery which they did. I couldn't believe it but after they checked our battery they turned around and walked back into the store and didn't even offer to sell us a new battery. Both of us were so put off that we decided to go to Walmart to get our battery. I do not recommend this place because the customer service seems terrible.
AMAZING Store Manager here. My two daughters & I drove through on our way back to WA. Pulling our 5th wheeler when all of our dually lug bolts at the back side broke and stranded us 60 miles from town in the snow. The Store Manager was nice enough to bring us the parts we needed to fix the truck. I had no way to get to town let alone leave our 5th wheeler and truck behind. Nice to know there are still great people out there.
On Thanksgiving morning 8am. I broke a caliper pin while changing brake pads. We were on a road trip and the brakes couldn't wait any longer to be changed. Online it said they were closed but I called and they were there. The guys at orielys spent around 30 minutes trying to match up this caliper pin. Because at first search it appeared they did not carry the pin by itself. And would need to order a whole caliper. They searched in countless ways and eventually was able to find the correct pin. I was able to fix it and not be stuck in a parking lot for Thanksgiving day. Outstanding customer service.
The folks at Oreillys in Winnemucca are the best. Their customer service is second to none. They helped me find materials and tools to make emergency repairs to my motorhome on 9/27 while I was passing through town. That saved me hundreds of dollars and probably a whole day of time if I had to call a mobile RV repair person. Who ever is hiring these folks has a gift of finding the right fit for your stores. Kudos to your staff's approach and commitment to customer service.
Such helpful people. I am traveling across country and while driving, a tire fell off of my trailer. A helpful phone call later I was broken down in their parking lot (taking up about 7 stalls). I ended up having to go to a specialty store for my trailer parts and had to leave my truck there. Not once did they make a big deal of it. When I had gotten my parts, they offered me tools and even called another employee to bring in a personal tool for me! I was beyond happy with the care and compassion this store showed me. Patti and Armando, you’re the best. Thank you for all of your help. Would DEFINITELY stop here again if I need something while on the road.
I'm visiting from out of town and passing through my thermostat went bad I was able to call these guys they got the part and stock. I think John went in the back got his hands on the park and made sure he had it set aside that and my coolant. I walked in they had loaner tools that fit the bill and made my job super easy and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.
These guys are very helpful. They even go as far as 2 check engine lights. They replace wipers. They even helped you with your cell phone to get the proper wrap up so you can get a discount. I really enjoy going shopping at O'Reilly's.
Needed quick electronic analysis of my engine when the car light came on. Yet again a loose gas cap, even though the gas cap is on very tightly. They were very kind and expeditious in their service.
I stopped at this O'Reilly's on my way north yesterday. My check engine light had come on so I stopped to have them read the codes and let me know if it needed immediate attention. Teah was eager to help me right away with a bright attitude and sincere sweetness! She gave me some solid advice and I was headed out on the road again. This place treated me like family even though I was just a passerby. I greatly appreciate it and recommend this store to any fellow long distance road trippers for your basic car needs!
Love O'Reilly Auto Parts. I'm always greeted as soon as I step into the door. The store is layed out nicely and the staff are always super friendly and as helpful as can be. My first stop for Auto parts in Winnemucca.
This place has the friendliest employees in town, hands down. Decent prices and good parts. The store is clean and well stocked. You will not be disappointed heading in here on your way passing through town.
Great customer service did not get the guys name but he went above and beyond to help us with getting a oil filter cap off of one of our cars. He kept coming back with more tools until he got it for us. Thank you soooooo much.
I just can't say enough good things about this O'Reilly's auto parts dealer here. They have quality and professionalism in every inch of the store and so far as I have seen in all of the employees I have dealt with. I have an old blue bomber that I am in a continual maintenance race just to keep it safe and on the road, and they have been very helpful in that. We all are thankful for the friendly and helpful people of O'Reilly's.
So I was passing thru and needed to get a new water pump and these guys were AWESOME! Worked with Jared, Josh Armando Dallerd and a little with Jonathan. I was able to the water pump done in record time. Each one took great care of me, went out of their way to help, just great guys!!! Very impressed. Whenever I need help in Winnemucca, I know exactly where to go. Had the parts I needed in stock too. Thank you!
