80 miles north of Winnemucca my check engine light came on the brand new truck I just picked up in Spokane (650 miles on the vehicle). Immediately went to Carquest knowing they would be able to pull the OBD codes for me. Transmission overheating codes! Enrique went above and beyond and was so kind to call a tow truck for me while I was on with the vehicle road side assistance company. Highly recommend this store!
Dominic and staff are always friendly and helpful. They will get you back to your project with the right parts, tools, and products to do whatever you want to your vehicle, short of sending it to the Gods. For that try black powder or ammonia nitrate.
Just wanted to share that these guys are awesome. They always go above and beyond to find what we need or help troubleshoot with us. Chris went way beyond what most counter persons would have done to help us locate some hard-to-find Mercedes parts for our Sprinter van. He even found a significantly cheaper price than what he initially thought. We always go there first and will continue to support this business!
Me and my brother are from out of town and our car broke down in Winnemucca. Some awesome locals led us to this part store so we could get the part we needed to repair our car to get back home. The gentlemen with glasses was being very sarcastic and we had no patience for his humor during a time when we needed help. We told him we were out of towners looking for some help and he made a joke of it, as if he didn’t care. Luckily he was able to give us the part number and we located the part at another store. We didn’t expect him to get under our hood to fix it himself, some friendly customer service would be appreciated if there were to be a next time-there will not be though.
I was from out of town and in need of assistance. Even though they did not have the part I needed they worked DILIGENTLY to get the part I needed and get me back on the road..... I would recommend this place to any and every one looking for good quality service.....
