Absolutely terrible. Our truck was impounded after a pretty bogus traffic stop, the officer specifically said particular items couldn’t be removed from our truck before it was towed. LVMPD knew the item was in the truck then less than 14-hrs later we arrive to get the truck and lo and behold, item is missing. Sentimental family item received as a gift. Item was in the truck when it was put on the flatbed tow truck. It went down to Ewing lot on A St, then a miracle happened somewhere between pulling truck off tow vehicle and parking (unlocked and keys inside) for 14 hrs at their lot when someone decided our items inside the truck were theirs!! Terrible!!
I went there last night 10/09/2025 @ 9:45pm to try to recover my car I told the the lady upfront ( black lady whose hair is glued up to her head) I told her can you please help me get my registration in my car she said it’s not there. I waited for 2 hours standing in front of her. Then she lied again and said my car registration was not in the car. I told her exactly where is the registration but she won’t listen and kept insisting the registration was not in the car. Then u came back this morning and Aida helped me. The night shift horrible!
I called 2 separate times on a Monday nite at about 9:30 pm and then at 10 pm to find out about my car that was impounded about 2 hours earlier. Was put on hold for about 7 minutes. Then on the 2nd call put on hold for 10 minutes and I just hung up out of frustration.
Do not believe what you hear they don’t try to keep your keys lol. Just call before going up there and ask what all you need to bring in to retrieve your keys and you won’t have any problems when arriving
Scheduled a tow the night before to take to mechanic. Said would be there at 8am for 8:30am delivery. Called at 8:30am Was told they handle police calls first then regular tows. Said it would be approx 60-90 minutes from now before she might have a tow truck available. SHOULD have told me that before hand Found another towing company. Used once before and was 2 1/2 hours from when they said they would be there until they showed up. Not cool. Won't use again
Not helpful, friendly, and a business driven by doing whatever they can to keep your car and pay more each day. I showed up, title in hand from my son that never took it to the DMV to get a new title and couldn’t get my car out. Pretty silly really.
Cars covered in dust, cement dirt and clay. The front seat was covered in dirt, and I have a wad of cash missing from my center console that was buried beneath junk. So he had to look for it. Was told I could fill out a report and wait for someone to reach out. Going tomorrow to do so. Paint on windshield will also not come off. Tried three different cleaners.

Whoever was operating this today September 5, 2025 at 5:20pm tow truck needs to be violated! He blew past multiple vehicles attempting to merge left and nearly slammed into a semi truck! As he continued driving on Lamb Blvd. he was flying from the right to left lane. Take responsibility for your drivers before they kill someone! These are the types of drivers DOT needs to get off the road!
Called for a tow on a saturday night close to midnight. Elmer arrived so fast he picked up my car and delivered it to my house so quickly and efficiently. The service was outstanding and very professional, I will definitely recommend to friends and family based on his great service thank you Elmer.
one of their drivers staked out my car accident for half an hour and then told the police he could tow it. instead of driving my car where the police told him to take it, he took it to this shady place, but not before paying it off at another place and hiking the price. then the lady at the window when returning my key wanted $500 just to get some mail out of the car. she then gave us an attitude when we said nevermind and declined to pay. almost reported my car stolen cause these people couldnt take my car 5 minutes down the road.
place should definitely be looked into for fraud and scamming.
My car broke down after the battery failed on the 4th of September. I called my insurance company to see if I had roadside assistance and the told me it would not be active until 3 days later. I was walking distance from an AutoZone, but they were closing and there was nowhere I could get may battery charged until the next day. Battery was too weak for a jump.
I called LVPD to let them know my vehicle was immobile on the side of the road in a bus lane, and the told me they had no one that could assist. I left a note on my windshield because I needed to get home and take care of my pet. I head back out first thing next morning, and my car is gone. Found out it was impounded by LVPD as abandoned, and my car was damaged further.
Ewing destroyed my CV axle and tie rod, which mad it impossible for me to drive it out of the lot, after criminally charging me $32 a day + towing fees, and I had no money to get it towed home or repaired. Even filed a damage claim, but we already know how that went.
I sold it for pennies on the dollar to a skeevy group of vultures that ended up flipping the car for a profit, and I'm back to taking public transit. Thanks for screwing out of my car Ewing and LVPD. I seriously appreciate it. Now it makes sense as to why they're so predatory because they get a kickback on any cars that stay in the lot. I didn't realise they were in cahoots with each other until others stated they're contracted.
There is only one way to avoid issues like this in the future is be to be financially well off. If you aren't, well...
And I know the car looks more expensive than it is, because I hand painted it with spray paint and markers. That isn't some $2000 wrap.

These people are a joke! Sending me threatening letters for a car I sold last year. And they want me to prove it’s not mine? Nope, take it up with the Metro police who I’ve already spoken to myself and confirmed that I’m no longer the owner. Not my fault you can’t do the work yourself. Absolute losers.
A tow truck driver named Chris L . Hauled my SUV for me. He was excellent. What a relief. He responded promptly, kept my vehicle from further damage, was respectful and skilled. I highly recommend him if this happens to you!
My sister’s car broke down and instead of taking it to the dealership they took it there for impoundment so she’d have to pay them. And then when she did pay, they were still reluctant to release it. They’re a scam!
Crooked. Liars. They don't want to release your vehicle so they can get more storage. They tell you to send over all this paperwork and then won't release the vehicle anyway. Should be investigated by the state.
I got my Harley towed because I didn't handle my business and so my bike has been sitting at Ewing Bros. I just called and spoke with Denise in the lien department and she and the owner, or department head I'm not sure exactly but they showed me mercy and grace and are only charging me a fraction of what the lien was and are going to give me my bike back! Thank you thank you! She was so nice on the phone as well. I'm so grateful! Thank you so much.
Lets all give a round of applause for the heffers sitting in the office. These unsightly heffers tried to charge me $600 for a vehicle that will not even move. Some bozo crashed into my parked car while I was at work, and this is what I show up to.
I don't deny that they have too much work, but they are a little unprofessional. They didn't tow my truck, and they need a bigger truck to tow their truck and connect it to mine. I know that I can understand some problems, but if I damage my interface, Say it's not their responsibility, let me solve it myself.I just developed and three other trachea are broken. I'm going to call the theory.

The staff at Ewing Bros Towing were very kind and understanding, considering the circumstances of my vehicle being stolen then wrecked and brought to the towing yard. They allowed me to have my vehicle pulled to their auto body shop.
Ewing Brothers Towing rescued our 35ft converted bus from the top of a hill in Lovell Canyon. They gave us a good price, great service, and excellent advice on getting her started again - worked like a charm~! A shout out to drivers Keith and Richard and Carissa on dispatch. I feel like we're family now. Can't thank you enough.
Business is designed purposefully to provide maximum pain to the customer. I wasn't able to get my stuff out of my vehicle even though I had three police report with my vehicle info and home address, my driver's license with the same address, my insurance card, and my previous years registration. Only a current title or registration will do. You are allowed "one visit" to your vehicle. I suppose if you need more than that you have to get a lawyer to arrange a visitation agreement. I assume these guys have a kickback agreement with Las Vegas Metro so they have plenty of business and don't need to care about customer service. There's a reason for all the signage people......
With the kind of luck I have, I've witnessed first-hand the capabilities of many tow truck companies. This job was especially difficult, and Ewing Brothers pulled it off with professionalism and style. Our tow was a 28ft Airstream motor home, wedged in between a house, a gate, and a property wall, made more challenging by a hedgerow, another fence and a neighbor's vehicle. It was impossible to get the tow truck straight-lined to the Airstream, and required the driver to pull, winch, re-pick, reposition, wiggle, bring his mirrors in to not hit a streetlight, watch 3 point guards and, in general, have his head on a swivel. The fact he didn't call in air support with a helicopter lift was impressive. The driver was very responsive to nervous owners (me and the wife, plus the owners of the wall, gate & neighbor's vehicle), and took the time necessary to extract our motor home without damage. Brett, our towing expert, brought cribbing, cabling, rigging and tools, and the knowledge to use all options available on his tow rig to perform precision maneuvers with only inches of clearance. I can not express enough our gratitude to Brett for his help and professionalism with our baby. Ewing Brothers' truck was clean and well-maintained, the attitude of their staff was excellent from dispatcher to driver, and the results were fantastic.
