They steal. My car got towed to their lot on A street. I was there within an hour. They stole out of my car. The guy with dreads was the first one to blame his coworkers. Stating they must have done it.

Car was stored here after an accident. They sent my car with another towing company to a collision center without the key and now are unable to find a key. So I am being forced to have my car re-keyed at my own expense and no manager has returned my phone call despite it being promised.

I’ve dealt with tow yards in multiple states and have never had such a smooth experience getting a car out. Debby and Justine were very helpful and also friendly (not my usual experience with other yards). Although I hope to never need their services again, I can say without a doubt this is the best tow yard I’ve ever dealt with.

THIS PLACE ROBBED ME! my car was in a accident and got towed to this place and unfortunately my wallet was left in the car when I got my things back and my wallet back my money inside was missing!! I had $200 that was supposed to be used for my son’s first Christmas. My car is totaled and my money is missing and they act like they don’t know nothing.

The Las Vegas Police department had my motorhome impounded because we were peacefully using our first amendment this tow truck company was called to impound my vehicle we were arrested for using our first amendment then when we retrieve our motorhome find out that they did so much damage to the front suspension do the bumper and to the front frame they ripped my antenna off my motorhome every single covered had been ransacked are Bluetooth portable large speakers are electric power tools computers and camcorder a small Shop-Vac these people literally ransacked and took everything of value I would not trust this Ewing tow company for absolutely anything find a better quality of people they are doing this as a shark mentality to visitors that they believe don't have time or money to fight the system to get their belongings back

North Las Vegas PD called Ewing Bros Towing to transport our recovered vehicle that had been stolen nine days prior. This was our first time to navigate vehicle theft, and these folks were extremely kind and accommodating to us and our insurance company. The yard was also very secure, which provided an added layer of peace while our vehicle was being held/ assessed for damages prior to being moved for repair. We are so grateful for Osa’s tlc and professionalism. She was an absolute angel!

I purchased cars with them back in July . We are 9 days away from December and I still haven’t received any of my tittles. I highly do not recommend. Cant register cars without the tittles

How disappointing and worse they have a contract with Las Vegas Metro and the city. My vehicle was held here for unregistered and insured vehicle and was expected to go to auction This last weekend. I paid all fees at least 8 hours before the scheduled auction I was told to return at 7am to pick up my car. The car was pulled forward and I watched as the employee let all the air out of the tires as I recorded this activity. When I asked we’re my license plate was, I was informed the vehicle had already been sold and it was returned to the DMV. Regarding putting air in my tires. They said that it was $200 for air. To get a tow to my home since they removed the plate almost insuring I would be pulled over by Metro that tow was going to cost another $700. What a foul business practice. Not surprised. No hope for humanity!!!

Trying to figure out why I paid 600 dollars to get my car back when the lady said and I have recorded it was 53.00 dollars a day. My car was towed due to me being in the hospital no one should have to pay anything if they were in the hospital and told to leave their vehicle in the first place. Then they lied saying my registration wasn't in the car and wanted to charge an extra 60 dollars to look for it where I said it was. This company is trash. My car was there for three days for it to cost 600 dollars is ridiculous and robbery. Yall should be ashamed of yourself period.

I don't deny that they have too much work, but they are a little unprofessional. They didn't tow my truck, and they need a bigger truck to tow their truck and connect it to mine. I know that I can understand some problems, but if I damage my interface, Say it's not their responsibility, let me solve it myself.I just developed and three other trachea are broken. I'm going to call the theory.

Great customer service at the front desk, I know its not fun paying these fees for your car but I honestly liked the way they helped me with the mobile notary and made things easier on me to get my car out even when it was under my spouse name. Very professional 👏

Make sure you find out all the specifics BEFORE you show up to purchase any cars from their auction. This is a giant hassell. However my family owns the land this property sits on so I have to give them 4 stars.

Was charged $500+ for 1.5 days of storage, when I got the car the starter didn't work was only 1 old also none of the windows would roll down except for the drivers window car was towed because they were not willing to help push it to the side of the road. All 4 windows worked on the car when it was picked up by the tow truck

Henry and Joe was understanding in my cousins situation. All her things were in her car. After proof of ownership and they were great.

A terrible time for us, saying goodbye to our car :( Unfortunately I can't remember the names of the lady and gentlemen that helped us but they were beyond amazing! Very professional and kind, they even let us borrow screwdrivers to take our plates off :) It was a short wait for the car to be retrieved to the lot for us to get our belongings. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and efficient, we really appreciate you. Thank you for making a difficult time go easier :)

Last night one of their drivers on 95N/downtown around 2200 hours was weaving in and out of traffic, tailgating, using his overhead lights and brights to force people out of the left lane, and speeding. This dude was bullying anyone on the road in his way, myself included. He got the finger and a report to NHP. You people need to get yourselves together. The highway is not a race track and you have zero authority over other motorists because of your ambers. Contact me if you want to see the video.

Worst tow company I've ever had to deal with ..very rude the operators that put the calls in .. the first time the lady never submitted the call so I sat in this 100 degree weather for 3 hrs . When I called the guy I spoke to was just as rude with no compassion . When I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to put one on the phone !!!!! DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY WORST WORST EVER . And for those two people that took my calls You need help .

Business is designed purposefully to provide maximum pain to the customer. I wasn't able to get my stuff out of my vehicle even though I had three police report with my vehicle info and home address, my driver's license with the same address, my insurance card, and my previous years registration. Only a current title or registration will do. You are allowed "one visit" to your vehicle. I suppose if you need more than that you have to get a lawyer to arrange a visitation agreement. I assume these guys have a kickback agreement with Las Vegas Metro so they have plenty of business and don't need to care about customer service. There's a reason for all the signage people......

Came in cause my friends car got stolen and he lives in a completely different country. As stressful as everything was to get it out, Mrs osa answered the phone and calmed me down thru the whole situation. Then I pull up to pick my car up and didn’t have any of the proper documents to get the car and Mrs osa, Will and meka helped me thru everything. With all the laughs and smiles I couldn’t help but have a good time while picking my friends car up. Thankful for all 3 of these well mannered great people. Best tow company I’ve ever dealt with in my life

Ewing Brothers Towing rescued our 35ft converted bus from the top of a hill in Lovell Canyon. They gave us a good price, great service, and excellent advice on getting her started again - worked like a charm~! A shout out to drivers Keith and Richard and Carissa on dispatch. I feel like we're family now. Can't thank you enough.

Got my escalade stolen a few weeks after it got impounded here. They were asking for the title badly to scan it. Be carefull make sure you have GPS installed and full coverage insurance after you get your car back from them oh and a weel lock. Been living in las vegas 3 years and had my car all along no problem as soon as it got toed it gets stolen hmm coincide?

I brought my friend who's in a wheelchair here to get the contents out of her vehicle, the lady in the office was so ni ce And the tow truck driver that helped me at the wrecked car was very helpful, thank you so much.

Service is not the best. If you think about purchasing a vehicle at this auction, you better know one of their drivers well and be ready to pay to get the vehicle you want. Would not recommend at all. I would prefer to invest with the police auction. Our experience was simply as if time took us back to the 50's where people want you to pay them off and a regular buyer of cars determines who buys and who doesn't and at what price. Not the actual auction. Sad to say the least.

The staff at Ewing Bros Towing were very kind and understanding, considering the circumstances of my vehicle being stolen then wrecked and brought to the towing yard. They allowed me to have my vehicle pulled to their auto body shop.

With the kind of luck I have, I've witnessed first-hand the capabilities of many tow truck companies. This job was especially difficult, and Ewing Brothers pulled it off with professionalism and style. Our tow was a 28ft Airstream motor home, wedged in between a house, a gate, and a property wall, made more challenging by a hedgerow, another fence and a neighbor's vehicle. It was impossible to get the tow truck straight-lined to the Airstream, and required the driver to pull, winch, re-pick, reposition, wiggle, bring his mirrors in to not hit a streetlight, watch 3 point guards and, in general, have his head on a swivel. The fact he didn't call in air support with a helicopter lift was impressive. The driver was very responsive to nervous owners (me and the wife, plus the owners of the wall, gate & neighbor's vehicle), and took the time necessary to extract our motor home without damage. Brett, our towing expert, brought cribbing, cabling, rigging and tools, and the knowledge to use all options available on his tow rig to perform precision maneuvers with only inches of clearance. I can not express enough our gratitude to Brett for his help and professionalism with our baby. Ewing Brothers' truck was clean and well-maintained, the attitude of their staff was excellent from dispatcher to driver, and the results were fantastic.

Management not good people. Gave my truck to someone else with fake title after I reported stolen. Called me 3 days later to tell my Me my truck was recovered. 2003 Gold Toyota tundra. I still don't have my truck.
