I broke a hub on my car during a race at Las Vegas motor speedway and I went to several yards in search of one with no luck. I made one last stop at this place and the guys not only had the part I needed, but they went above and beyond to help me. They literally saved my race weekend. I honestly can’t thank them enough.

Went in on Friday the 23, and I said I would be back tomorrow to pick up the part. Guy at the counter who was taking my cash said yeah okay. Now I'm here Saturday at 2:30 pm when google says their open, but locked up, no part. Could have at least told me that they were closed, but getting my cash was more important. Now I have to take a day off work, more money I lose....

This is the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have ever experienced! I bought an AC compressor with a tree month warranty . I was told that the the compressor was tested and it worked. after installing it I found out it was no good .took it back and the guy in the office stated that there were no refunds. his words were ''I don't make the rules I just work here" they're quick about taking your money but not returning it. never buying from here again

I pull parts for a living. If you go here, expect to pay two to three times more than other yards, while receiving poorer service. No attempt was made to organize the yard. Basically the only good thing is that all of the parts are still there; no one wants to pay the price. Anywhere else is better.

This is the most dishonest and unprofessional company I have ever experienced! My nightmare w/ them began on April 6th 2015 when I purchased a used transmission for my car from them for $486.45. It turned out to be no good and found that out only after my mechanic had spent hours putting it in my car. I called them right away (2 days later) when I became aware that I was sold a broken transmission to inquire about exchanging it for one that works. Their policy is stamped on my receipt stating "NO CASH REFUNFDS exchange or credit only 10 days to return core or void warranty," I was told nothing but lies and excuses every time I called them in addition, I not once ever received a courtesy call from them throughout this whole ordeal to keep me informed of the status of my request, instead it was up to me to make the calls to them several times a week. The 1st time I talked w/ them I was told that there wasn't anymore transmissions available. So I waited some time and called them back to see what they could do. I was then told by Gary that a transmission was available but that the current hold up was their tow truck was broken and was unable to retrieve the transmission. Once the truck had been fixed I called again and now I was told there wasn't any transmissions and I was deffered for a few more days. I called again and again but each time was told that Gary was not there and to call back. At some point I got in touch w/ Gary and I asked if I could just get my money back since he could not keep his part of his own policy which was to exchange my product for one that works. He informed me that he would have to check w/ his supervisor who happened to be on vacation for the Memorial Holiday weekend. Meanwhile I had no way to get myself to work or children to school. After the holiday weekend had passed I called them once again and still no word on getting a refund or an exchange. I called again and was then told that a transmission would be available the very next day. So I called the next day and still no transmission. A week later a transmission was there but I was told it was no good and had cracks all down the middle. So here I am June 13th over 2 months later and still without a transmission that works or my money back. I am so frustrated with this company and especially w/ Gary who I believe is the owner but pretends he's not so he doesn't have to answer any questions and can continue to keep putting customer off and delaying problems they created. This place does bad business. All they had to do was refund me my money back since they did not provide me a valid product. But instead they want to be dishonest, greedy, and not put their customers first. I will be also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and am currently working w/ an attorney to get all my money back from Main Gate Auto Wrecking, LLC junk yard.

Been looking for a pedal assembly for my car that is rare and old and couldnt find it anywhere . Only option was to buy one online until i found out about this location , and it had more than just one like other junkyards . Place was clean and orginazed and the owner was generous , had a good deal on my part too!

Very unprofessional. Ordered a transmission and it didn't work. Reordered it 3 times before finally giving up and going somewhere else. When I tried to return it they argued with me about it until finally giving me a credit. As if I ever will return here to use it! Stay away!

Was recommended to come here because they are honest and fair...Lies...not fair at all...bought a engine that they say they tested and worked...(NO PROOF OF A TEST THEY JUST TELL YOU THAT TO GET YOUR MONEY)...And when they do thats when the games begin...Cause now im stuck with a engine thats no gud.. and out of 600$...Now I'm stuck at home can't get to work all because I trusted that the engine works..and all I get now is credit...FOR WHAT ALL I NEED IS A ENGINE OR MY MONEY BACK...ITS THAT SIMPLE. .HOW DO YOU TAKE A PERSONS HARD WORKING MONEY FOR A PART THAT DOESNT WORK AND CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK...ONLY CREDIT THATS HIGHWAY ROBBERY.. AND unprofessional on every level....They care only about the money and not the fact that your there for a reason...A WORKING PART...YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELFS..

I don't like how they over price all the parts. The cars sit on top of one another and it's very dangerous. By the time you get to the part you need it's damaged and they try and make more then the junks worth. It's been sitting for god knows how long it's not even worth what they ask for.

Horrible customer service over the phone called to look for a wheel for my elantra guy answers the phone I tell him him what I need another guy in the background says he called 20min ago and hung up in my face I called back again assuming maybe the guy just got me confused with someone else I ask for the part again before I can even finish the guy yells over the phone this your 3rd time calling we don't have the effing part and hangs up again it's mind boggling that someone can treat another that way horrible service I will never consider this place again!!!!!
