Don't ever buy car from here place shady and lie about fixing yo car next day u get check engine light still on and they can't do nothing I even had warranty and they still did nothing don't buy here t
Only reason I’m giving 2 stars and not 1 is because they worked with me when I needed to change a payment date and when I replaced the catalytic converter (that they actually should’ve had replaced before selling) they took it out of my payments. When I paid almost a grand to have a battery (one that I told them was bad, and didn’t get a response for 2 months), and alternator replaced, I got pretty much a “oh man that’s unfortunate, Pablo could’ve fixed it”. I didn’t get a response and the mechanic there takes forever, and even the office manager talks poorly of him. So why would I have the shop who sold me a lemon, fix it? Still have $4000 left to pay this car off.. love my car but not what it’s taken to upkeep her. Sold me a car that was missing a piece they still haven’t found, and a rim that was stolen. Paid $200 for that to replace myself. Not the worst lot I’ve been to but definitely one of. Don’t know how there’s only 4 reviews.
Not a good experience with this dealer. I Honestly can say two wrongs don't make it right. This business is shady and frivolous. They know what transpired and that's why I'm posting this review. Unprofessional, wasted my time and money. They know my efforts to fix the situation with the car and they still were dishonest. Very bad business practice!
Just purchased a vehicle from this location yesterday. My saleswomen did EVERYTHING to make the purchase as easy and simple as possible. I contacted them via Facebook, and had an appointment set up in no time. (Due to the whole Covid thing, make sure to set up an appointment and you’ll be set to go). So I set my appointment, and went to go check out the car. Drove it, loved it, and purchased it. If I’m in the market for another vehicle I will FOR SURE be going back to this location. I honestly typically do not go to dealers for cars, but they had what I want in stock. But this place isn’t your typical PUSH PUSH PUSH you into a car dealership. It’s not stressful by any means, and it was a really easy experience. Thank you VAL!
Recently purchased a minivan here. Luke and Grayson were amazing from start to finish. Never pushy and did everything to find a deal that worked for both of us. The levels of customer service went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. I will be returning to these guys when I'm in the market for another car.
