Riman and Hovo are professional at what they are doing. I was skeptical to let them work on my car. Not only they did a great job, but also gave me a very affordable rate.
They even offered me a loaner to cover my daily trips when my car was in the shop. Will definitely recommend Riman and his team to work on your cars.
I see some negative reviews about the owner but I can’t believe them at all. When I brought my car here, I made sure to pay the owner in advance, I told them my concerns and they quickly did the job. Normally, I wouldn’t recommend paying anyone in advance, but these guys were reputable, and knowledgeable. My car had a few minor issues, and they quickly resolve them in a matter of days. The great thing was, they called me to keep me updated and in the loop. It wasn’t like they forgot about me, and they were super helpful and kind. Their pricing was fair, and honestly, I’m always going to bring my vehicle here so they can take care of me.
This is a five star location and I would recommend anyone that has any car issues to bring it here.

Dealing with car issues is the worst, but everyone at this shop is extremely epithetic to that fact. My girl and I broke down on the way to California and had to be towed back to here, everyone was super understanding and were actually able to get us back out on the road the same day during a very clearly busy time them. If you’re wanting to feel taken care of and understood by your mechanic I highly recommend NV Autopro services

I have been taking car here for a few years, so glad I found them after taking my car to the dealership and other mechanics around town, I finally found a place that is honest, and starts with the little things first!! They don't tell you it's something major until they try less expensive fixes!! I would rate 100+ stars if I could!!!
We are so thankful for NV Autopro and their team. We were on our way home when our check engine light lit because our engine was overheating. It was a stroke of luck that our tow truck guy told us about this hidden gem of a car repair shop. They were able to get our radiator and belt replaced the same day and have been honest and upfront the whole process. Couldn’t be more grateful; just an honest team that cares and gets the job done.
These guys are the absolute best. We came with a check engine light and they got it mounted and diagnosed for free because they didn’t want to charge anything before they make sure it’s something they could fix. It was a vacuum leak which needs a muffler so they gave us a good one to check. They also noticed our tires were completely cracked, so they sent us to a colleague because they ran out of the size we need. They really couldn’t be more honest, helpful and caring. Our car was stolen and when the police recovered it the engine was blown. Gary and his mechanics did an amazing job replacing the engine. 2019 Honda Accord tire pressure light turned on. Looked around for a tire place since I’m not familiar with Las Vegas, coming from Los Angeles. I’m glad I found this gem, there was a lot of doors to choose from, with different shops around. Went inside and Gary from NV auto pro services greeted me. Told him what my vehicles issue was , he immediately had one of his technicians check all four tires. He soon discovered a screw inside one of the tires. They patched it in no time. I was barely getting comfortable thinking I was going to wait for quite some time. Then to my surprise, Gary comes back to notify me that my vehicle is ready. I was in and out in no more than ten minutes. Price was what you would pay anywhere else , with that being said, it’s not overpriced. He could of had easily taken advantage of the situation, but didn’t. I’m glad I ran into NV auto pro services
I’m so thankful for the help I received. My car needed new wheel bearings and I didn’t even know it they diagnosed it replaced and all was well. A month later the parts were defective and I was able to come back and have them warranty replaced with no problems. The owner explained everything to me and was very detailed. They even showed me I needed new tires as well. I will always come back here! I truly trust that I will get the service I deserve without a doubt.
I brought in my Lexus after driving up from Phoenix to Vegas for the weekend and noticed I had excessive vibration during the last hour of my drive. I called NV Autopros and the problem was diagnosed very quickly and accurately. Riman and Hovo gave me a very reasonable price for a CV axle replacement and the service was done in less than 2 hours. I was able to get home safely and on time thanks to these guys. I highly recommend this business.
Fantastic place. They installed some downpipes and exhaust on my BMW. Had a slight issue with something that they fixed immediately no questions asked. This shop was a great choice per a recommendation from Mike @ Xtreme Powerhouse. They installed a complete aftermarket spring/shock system on my BMW and completed an alignment too. Riman and his guys were very professional, competent and did the installation quicker than the originally quoted time frame all at a fair price. I was very satisfied with the final result they provided me. Thanks much everyone!
Roman was so accommodating as we arrived to Vegas from California and our engine light was on. He fixed our car immediately and we were able to start our vacation. When we picked up our car from valet, the tire light was on and we took the car back to NV auto services. Roman greeted us and again fixed the car right away. I would recommend this shop for auto services. I drive a Porsche and it’s difficult to find shops that don’t overcharge.
Riman and his crew were first class all the way. I was referred by a good friend and they got me squared away. We bought my wife’s lease out and was told we needed 2 new tires, new alignment and brake pads. Couldn’t have been further from the truth as we only needed tire rotation and an adjustment on the alignment saving me thousands. I will be back when we need help again!
Good work and great customer service. We were in the middle of a three months road-trip across the country, and had to change oil, and more importantly the windshield for a crack spreading for a couple of weeks. We came in the morning and Riman and his team made the repairs in the afternoon. The estimated price was really ok, and the final invoice lower than the quote. And Riman offered to bring us back in his car at our hotel after we left ours at the garage, and to take us back with all our baggage the next morning. I had the pleasure of discovering a true hidden gem in Las Vegas for BMW repairs - a family-owned shop that deserves all the recognition it can get! After my recent experience, I'm thrilled to share my review for this outstanding establishment.
Cannot say enough good things about the shop. We were in Vegas celebrating a 21st birthday, when the brakes to our Honda Odysey started to shake & shutter, along with grinding sounds. The weather was hot(over 100 degrees-June, go figure?!).
After letting the vehicle cool overnight, I detected no trouble the next morning; however, I could feel the waving grooves of the front rotor. The pads were shot and needed to be replaced, as the rivets were interjecting into at least the front rotors.
We have a local home mechanic, that did not detect issues a couple months prior, but we were no where near home, we were 600 miles away, a Saturday, and I didn’t trust the existing brake status, as everyone knows, the southwest desert heat brings out the gremlins in all vehicles!!
Not knowing of any shop in the area, we were intent on finishing up our party-goer group to see some more sights, one was the Hollywood car museum, located in a commercial lot housing other shops, specifically, this shop.
I brought the car over on a whim and prayer it would at least get a quick diagnosis. Not only did the owner /manager take a look, but he insisted to give him two-hours, and he would change out the front rotors and all four wheels brake pads. On a Saturday? Walk in?
Better than his word, our vehicle was up & running , in less than two hours. The promptness, professionalism, and price were much better than expected!

Our vehicle died in Vegas as we were passing through from out of state. NV Autopro provided incredible service, quickly, and at a great price. They have great customer communication and really showed us that they cared.
I usually don’t write reviews because I am not an emotional person. I believe that a review about a product or service needs to be realistic so it can be helpful. Because that I am giving to NV Autopro Services five stars. They’ve been taking care of my H2 better than the dealer did. Mr Riman the owner is really friendly and honest you can take his word that is in my opinion really important. I never had surprises when the service was done. They do everything to help me out. About the labor, Mr Vazgen has been doing a mechanical work since he was a Kid so I believe that is more than 35 years of experience. I recommend NV Autopro Services for everyone who wants a great service and an honest price.
Top guys. Drove to Vegas from Florida had traction control and abs light come on dash which disabled cruise control. Called they said bring in now for a diagnostics. Found to be wheel speed sensor which I suspected. Very honest excellent price in and out in 1.5 hours due to part being delivered to shop. All friendly professional and trustworthy. Thankyou all.
