Had a flat halfway between Las Vegas and White Hills Az. Very bad spot by the highway. David came to change the tire, but the rim on the spare didn't fit, so he took the tire to White Hills and repaired at the air pump there. Handled all the insurance paperwork and had me on my way very quickly. Courteous, professional. Excellent experience.

Pars Towing provided excellent services. David took the specialized battery out, went to get the new one and installed it. In addition, my car inadvertently locked and we could not get back into the car. David helped me to do so. He did was able to get through these “Murphy’s Law” issues and was pleasant and helpful throughout. David demonstrated a knowledge of the types of materials we needed, helped me obtain and install them, helped me re-enter my car due to my error and all done so with a great, helpful attitude. I was given a price of $110 to unlock and jump my vehicle. The driver showed up and told me there was an additional $85 charge over what I was quoted. I would definitely suggest anyplace else. I was quoted $95 by another roadside service company. They did it for $95 without the hidden extra charge
They were very professional and courteous. I called the day before to schedule a tow to my mechanic in the morning and they were able to schedule it easily. They told me the cost up front and explained how to pay them (if your insurance doesn’t cover, they accept cash or zelle). No hidden fees when it came time to pay, I paid exactly what they told me before. The tow truck driver got here right on time as scheduled and he gave me clear instructions and got my car hitched up quickly. I rode along to my mechanic and they dropped my car off safely. Excellent service! I recommend.
