Pars Towing provided excellent services. David took the specialized battery out, went to get the new one and installed it. In addition, my car inadvertently locked and we could not get back into the car. David helped me to do so. He did was able to get through these “Murphy’s Law” issues and was pleasant and helpful throughout. David demonstrated a knowledge of the types of materials we needed, helped me obtain and install them, helped me re-enter my car due to my error and all done so with a great, helpful attitude.
