Ace Towing is amazing. My car suddenly stopped luckily I was able to pull over to a parking lot. Called Ace Towing inc. Guy came by super quick and was able to tow my car to my parents house with no issues. Super nice and friendly. They were the best and cheapest tow company that I contacted.
My car was stranded on the side of the road near Rainbow and flamingo and I needed to go to Craig and lamb. I called and the person that I spoke to sent a driver right away and it was less than 15 mins before they showed up. The driver was very nice and helpful. I was quoted $125 and there were no hidden fees and it felt like a fair rate to charge. I see so many people describe hidden charges from tow companies but Ace didn’t do that. Thanks for helping me out in a jam.
The truck was clean, they were very fast at arriving and they were careful with the car. The driver was very kind and the heater worked good to keep me warm
Fast service, friendly,and kind, Koa was of great help, my car was hit at green valley ranch casino and had to have it towed to my aunt's house great experience for needing a first towing since I've been driving and very reasonable price for having it towed 27-30miles from green valley ranch casino total cost was $285.86 break bown total towing cost $225 but had to have some labor for the damage to my car which was $50 and insurance will reimburse for the cost and also recommend a great body shop called integritycustomslv and ACE Towing Inc. will tow your car if you use them for a body shop for no charge

'I loved it' description if I hover over the 5 stars...while I was satisfied with my interaction with Ace Towing ...I can honestly say that I did not 'love ' anything about paying 114.00 for a one mile tow to a repair shop...that said ....I found the driver of the tow truck to be punctual... professional... courteous, and completely competent ⁸
Just ran red light at Boulder Hwy and Di . Beware. Edit 10/20/23 Obviously a lier too based on his response. By the reviews you better find some body else to tow you and he is obviously in need of glasses cause he definitely ran the red light and definitely almost hit me.

Nothing is to Hard for Chris. Had my car stolen and was left to figure it out by the insurance company and Chris made the process smooth and easy. Had to call for tow service twice in one day for personal reason. Lee Auto referred this Ace Towing and Chris was professional and prompt.
Price was a bit higher than other companies' quotes, but in regards to service quality, I was satisfied. He even gave me some discount on the 2nd tow.
I don't know if it's good thing to confront in cidents to see him again. But if I ever have to call tow again in LV, I'll definitely call Chris.

Very rude, I called to ask a question and says no and hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional. Don’t recommend. (Reply to owner comment.) When I asked my question, you answered “NO” very annoyed as if I knew you guys don’t impound vehicles. I did not call you guys 2 times, that is false. It was my first time and last time ever calling you guys. Terrible customer service at least say bye or have a good day to a potential customer. Don’t just abruptly hang up the phone, what if I had another question?
Chris, and his son are awesome. Always on time, fair pricing and are very careful when towing, Especially classics. I use them frequently, and plan to keep using them.
Responsive, and that’s where the positive stops. Owner asked the problem with the car when tow was scheduled, and was subsequently informed that it did not have any fluids (oil, transmission, coolant…) and turbo damage. Yet the tower (son) decided to start the car and drive it around the parking lot for convenience. Was met with “trust me, hunny,” and “the owner is my dad, so it doesn’t matter what you say or that you have complaints” when asked to turn it off immediately. A simple apology was never offered, despite speaking to the owner/father directly. “That doesn’t sound like my son,” and “I’m sure it has engine damage already” we’re his rebuttal. To add irony to the situation, the son decided to diagnose the car himself. At no point has it been diagnosed with block issues, yet he thought it appropriate to write it on the receipt. Save yourself the trouble of incompetence and go with a different company.
EDIT (in response to owner’s comment): starting, much less driving a car with drained fluids and damaged turbos out of CONVENIENCE is neither factually inaccurate, reliable, OR professional! On the contrary, more damage is likely to have been done. Which, we both know your son tried to cover by his made up statement in regards to claiming block issues on the receipt. No need for his mechanical opinion as his lack of one was already proven when he decided to drive a car not in a drivable state (hence getting it towed!)
Chris is a good dude. Showed up on time, helped push my car out of the driveway, and got everything strapped down securely. Not much else you can ask for. Will use again in the future.
Awesome! Needed a 4,000 lbs laser cutter transported; very delicate piece of machinery.
