Worst service ever. We broke down on 93 and needed tow to Henderson. BMW Roadside Assistance sent them a service ticket. Supposed to arrive in 90 minutes. 120 minutes later I call them. Their response was that they just received the request. Then it was “they said you were home”. Waste of time and no consideration that we are on the side of the road for 2 hours in the heat of summer.
Thieves!!! I called for a towing service and paid the initial deposit with Zelle over the phone ($300, total $600). 5 minutes after that initial phone call I called again to cancel because they were away about an hour from my location, they refused to refund my initial deposit even though it was just 5 minutes later and never they mentioned it’s an non-refundable deposit. Never use Zelle, always pay with a credit card so you can dispute the bogus charge and get a full refund.
Avoid this towing business at all cost!!

Most terrible towing company I have ever dealt with,,Driver wants money zelled to him after Insurance paid the bill..VERY RUDE ,I called the owner and told him about how the driver was rude and demanded us to zelle him $100 or he would drop the car and Owners responds was well the driver has broken english so you must have missed understanded him.. TERRIBLE place Verizon insurance will hear about it.. PLEASE RUN
My friend had a horrible experience with the tow-truck driver AND with the lady who my friend contacted at the office. Horrific experience. Save yourself a headache and contact a different company.

Can't say enough good about Anthony's towing. My son recently moved to Vegas. Got a flat tire late at night and damaged his jack trying to put on the spare. Called several different companies that said they were 24 hour service but never answered. Anthony's answered on the second ring. Sent someone out immediately. Worth Every Penny!
My wife had my daughter's car towed. She was quoted $100 for the tow. And they said it would be $140 at the most. The car was towed for only 2 blocks. The driver started arguing with her that it is $150. So is that the company quoting the wrong price or the driver? We're never going to use them again or recommend them.
Absolutely recommend this company. Louie was super nice and made getting my car out of impound less stressful and had an amazing sense of humor! Quick and simple how it should be the last thing you need is a extra stress with this company that’s not a worry.
Used him for an after hours tow from Henderson to spring valley after my mom’s transmission decided to quit on the 215. Called a couple other companies who gave OUTRAGEOUS quotes. Anthony answered the first time, gave an affordable quote up front and was available in under 30 minutes. His ETA was accurate, he communicated throughout the whole ordeal and found me with no issue. From arrival to delivery at home was maybe 20 minutes? We’re very pleased with the service, and I’ve saved his number to use in the future!

Tried calling state farm for help from insurance coverage no help- called- answered and gave me an hour estimate- came within 20 minutes after- opened the door- Actually best towing service in the City.
I have had a couple tows before and one of them was recently. This was probably the longest time we had to we for a tow and the most expensive. $200 for a tow and we had to wait for this guy for an in a 105 degree weather when we call in advance for an appointment.
Omg. Anthony’s Towing saved me and my sister tonight! My sister’s car battery died while she was at work, 30 minutes across town. I drove over to wait with her since it’s 115 degrees in Vegas and we could drive back in my car.
Progressive called their towing, Phenomally (awful) Towing. They had us stranded, waiting for 6 hours after repeatedly lying to us about ETA’s. Sometimes their phone would even go to straight to voicemail. What else do you expect from a company that a reviewer wrote that the towing man said “f*** you” to him.
My sister looked up Anthony’s Towing, first ring answered boom, and he’ll be to us in 2 hours tops. He was there in an hour and some change. He got my sister’s car jumped and we were off. THANK YOU for saving the day. We are exhausted, backs all hurt and sweaty having to sit there for 6 hours and you were a welcome relief. Finally, good customer service.

After spending 2 hours calling company after company waiting for a tow I finally called Anthony's. I found them as I frantically searched Google for options on towing services in the valley. I called at 7am and they told me about an hour. Not only 20 min later I get a call that are in the area and just needed a little more info on where I was. I was absolutely shocked by how fast they were. I will be using and referring them for any future towing needs. Great customer service and pricing as well!
Very good service and inexpensive (just under $100). My car broke down near Torrey Pines & Tropicana (around 6:30pm) and I needed to get to Alta & Rancho area. I called the number listed and gave the locations. A very nice gentleman (in a very large flatbed tow truck) arrived at about 8:10pm, quickly picked my vehicle up and was on the way. They only reason I gave 4 starts is because the operator said I could pay with card but the driver stated he was told that I was paying Cash (and it was preferred). Overall, great experience, would call again.
I called Anthony's, and they asked all the relevant questions and quoted me a price. After calling 4 or 5 others. Anthony's was the most professional as well as having the best price. Then we set up a time to meet. (I already went home, when I called.) Soon after, they called me back and said they can be there earlier. When Anthony arrived, he too was efficient and professional. During the ride home, he tried to diagnose the problem basing on the symptom. I know a lot about cars and know that he was not bluffing. Meeting Anthony was the high point of this unexpected troublesome day. Thank you all!
Not that I have had a ton of experience with tow companies, but this was certainly 5 star service all the way! They were there in minutes and got me, my family and my precious 64 home in no time. I hope that I dont ever need a tow again, but if I do....Anthony's is who ill call!

Had to change a flat tire on my car at a gas station. Luis (driver for Anthonys) happened to be nearby and saw us. He pulled over and helped us get the spare on! Called to get my car towed. Was told it would take one hour. A little after one hour I called to check up on the truck. I was told they were on their way and would be contacted when they were nearby. After another half hour there was still no truck or communication so I called another company. Worst customer service! I recommend staying away from this company and using other companies that are more professional. Don’t waste your time or money with this company! Save yourself the trouble!
