These people are crooks. They will tow your car if your community doesnt allow overnight parking unless you have a parking pass. Even IF you have a pass, they still slap a sticker on your car if it has drips of oil underneath (and by drips, I mean 2 tiny spots of oil that do not significantly make the road look bad). Then when you actually drive down there to pickup your car, they charge you at least $400-$500 just to get it back.
3rd time with a warning put on my car for no parking pass but parking pass is displayed correctly and they decide to put a sticker on my car anyway. Several cars in my neighborhood had passes up and stickers on the vehicles as well. This seems predatory
They performed an illegal tow from my HOA. I'm taking this matter up with State Attorney General's office currently. What started as me simply wanting my money back for an unfounded tow a week ago (my car was towed for what was said by the tow company was my vehicle leaking fluids 3 months ago. No sticker was placed in the 3 months since the stickered incident and I just had an oil change 2 weeks ago and the oil change company is willing to give testimony that the tow company has created a false allegation) from either my HOA or the towing company has now turned into a cat and mouse game and has become something much greater. I wasn't looking for issues and as a veteran I am all about right and wrong. Tow companies need to be aware of the HOA bylaws and CC&Rs regarding private property and homeowners need to stay vigilant and know your rights. It's about to get real interesting. Stay tuned!!
cautios with these thieves. they towed my vehicle with the excuse that it was leaking oil. I have proof of recent oil change at a well known mechanics. Not leaking. Just because its a classic car they claimed it was leaking at the spot where I parked it. Community parking is exactly that other people from the community park where I had park. Now they want to charge me $457.00, to get MY vehicle out of their tow yard for an unjustified tow and no firm proof of my vehicle leaking. They are desperate to tow your car so They can profit at the auctions.
Do NOT USE THEM! Liars…terrible customer service! My car got towed because they said it was leaking. They damaged my car during towing and then lied about it and said it was damaged prior to towing. My car is very low and they damaged the undercarriage. In order to get reimbursed I need to file a small claims. Which will cost more money to do. Many of their reviews say the same thing…SCAMMERS!
Terrible they are a scam towing company they make up stuff to tow your car. They are practicing some very illegal stuff waiting for you to park and grab your car be careful . They will say you have a oil leak or something else to tow. But there as you can see no oil leaks. If anyone reads this and it happens to you please report it to Nevada transportation authority I have and on going case and the more people they scammed we can get this place to pay.
Horrible, horrible business. I pray that God blesses them with the same energy and grace they have blessed others with. Karma. That's all I can say. I was making a quick stop at a friend's house in an apartment complex. I had a hysterectomy surgery recently, so I could not walk very far. There was no parking near my friend's apartment, so I asked her if I could park in front of the garage for a few minutes. She called the leasing office and they said yes. My friend's daughter was outside as my car was getting towed, even though the leasing office told her it was ok that I could park there. Her daughter came inside to tell us what was happening. She said the tow truck driver asked her to get the owner of the vehicle to show proof of ownership. As soon as she came inside, the tow truck driver took off with my car. He purposely waited for my friend's daughter to leave so he could tow my car!!
When we got to the towing company's address, they informed me that I would have to pay an additional $105 just to go into the lot to get my registration out of my car. Their excuse was that they charge the $105 fee if it is "after hours." Interestingly, they tow people's cars more at night so that they HAVE to pay this fee to pick up their cars.
To get my car out of the impound, it was a total of $457. This is freaking ridiculous. Oh, and another thing. If you come to get your car and it is after 5 pm or on the weekend, every day you leave it there they add on an additional $105. This company needs to go out of business. May God bless the works of your hands and give you what you deserve.
After fixing the leak, they still had the car towed. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. Once the issue was resolved, there was no justification for towing the vehicle. Actions like this show a lack of integrity and respect for customers and raise serious concerns about how this company conducts business. I would strongly caution others before using their services.
Tows vehicles without any validity of reasoning. Stated we had an “oil” leak, which was ACTUALLY our water pump that was fixed the same day (got receipts) of notice given, Ashley still towed our vehicle before the 48hr notice given without proof that we continued to have an “oil” leak. ALSO scrapped our vehicle in process of removal. Spoke with the worst operator service after noticing vehicle removal, who did not want to give out his name, and referred to himself as “operator 70”, nor did he want to provide me with any management information. Will be taking further action due to improper/ wrongful tow after complying with notice given.
Towing cars illegally!!!!Wrongful tags!!!!Stating unauthorized parking while it has a legal parking sticker for residents!!!!Claiming there’s a leak in the car but the vehicle has no leak at all!!!! Putting the tag date wrongfully!!! They put a date 2 days ago of the actual day.. Your place needs to be shut down and make you pay for all the hassle you’re causing in each individual that you’re wrongfully towing!!!
This is the worst Tow company in the world. The first time my car was towed they damaged my window, said there was a sticker on the window when I never seen a sticker when I asked for proof that my window was not damaged. They told me they don’t need proof HOA companies stay away from this Tow company. They just told my car again this time there was a sticker it’s at 72 hours on it. They came back in 22 hours and told my car and charged me an extra amount because I picked it up on a Saturday. Yes I do have proof for everything. I’m saying if this happens to you report them to the BBB and NTA if you don’t believe me, go look at the rest of the reviews
(Report too Nevada Transportation Authorities) I called Ashley Towing with a simple question and the employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me I “sounded unemployed” and later said negative Google reviews were “funny” as if customer complaints are a joke. That response is disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m posting this so others know what to expect. If you receive this kind of treatment, document it and report the incident to the Nevada Transportation Authority.
I was reading a lot of bad reviews. I say seek legal advice from a attorney that has free consult. you could sue a towing company if you’re car was taken without permission especially if its parked on your private parking space like condo. & also if your car got damaged cause of the towing you could sue for that too. It can result fines to the towing company & HOA. I hope this helps

Caught their driver sneaking around at 1am messing with people's cars he was wearing a medical mask like a coward haha, needless to say he didnt enjoy being watched the whole time. Maybe dont sticker cars at 1am like a shady clown. Sure the company is packed full of em.
You have the audacity to put a sticker on my car at 11:27pm that is parked in front of my house stating stored on property or inoperable subject to removal in 48 hours because I have a flat tire. Touch your heart. Help the community, donate a used tier at least. There are so many struggling families and you choose to screw people over more. Im at work and I seen you on the camera passing at 9:20pm and then again at 11:27 when you put the sticker. Im busting my ass working 16 hours every day since April because my husband had stroke. We have 4 children. I cant afford to get a new tire and have been getting rides to and from work. I still have to get home and take my kids to school and then my husband to therapy and only sleep 1 hour before getting ready for work again. I literally just payed 1800 rent at 12:21am that is due on Oct 1 and im left with $80. Either I get a tire or go grocery shopping with $80 on Sunday that is my only day off. But you know what ill get off the phone and pray. Pray hard over you and yours may God be on your side and bless you immensely. These horrible filthy scammers will tow your car, claiming your vehicle is leaking, Even if you just had the vehicle serviced the week prior and there is no liquid on the ground and have the gall to charge you nearly $400 to get back the car they stole. They will ruin your new tires as they drag your parking brake engaged car, God knows how many blocks.
Ashley’s Towing operates in a predatory and unprofessional manner. My vehicle, which is fully registered, insured, and operable, was tagged as “inoperable” simply because of some surface rust on the brake rotors — something that naturally happens when a car isn’t driven daily. Instead of providing accurate information when contacted, the company was dismissive and threatening, insisting my vehicle could be towed at my expense.
This is a clear example of towing for profit rather than for legitimate violations. It feels like residents are being unfairly targeted as part of a money grab scheme. Companies like this should be held accountable and investigated for their practices. I would strongly caution anyone dealing with Ashley’s Towing — their approach is aggressive, unjustified, and far from professional.

Towed at 3 am? what a shady company. $475 to get your car back. HOA gave no notice and they just say to take it up with them. True definition of a hustle. Avoid at all cost!
Terrible company. They towed my truck about a week ago after putting a violation sticker on it for an oil leak, which we got fixed and spent $1,500 on. We took the paper work that we got it fixed to the office of my apartment complex. They towed my truck again this morning for that same oil leak when we had just barely parked the truck under a shade 2 days ago (with no leak in sight since i kept checking and a paid shade parking sticker) but where my truck was previously parked had no leak spots under it and it had been sitting there for over week (right after we got it back up until 2 days ago). The picture i put shows the old oil stain from my truck and the new stain from a different truck that was parked there while my truck was being fixed for the oil leak (which it was gone for a week and when we got it back they towed it the first time). During the week that my truck wasn’t under the shade(right after we got it back the first time from being towed), there had been two different trucks that had parked in that shaded spot and when the trucks weren’t there you could see new oil stains. Not only that but they never put a new violation sticker on the window of my truck, and the vehicles that did get a violation sticker never got towed.They are also very overpriced, it was about $600 for the 6 hours they had it to get my truck back.
Would literally give ZERO stars. I know all towe companies are money hungry but this one is the WORST!!!!!!!!! I am a property manager and work with towe companies on the regular and I can’t believe how rude and dishonest these people are. I will be sure to tell ALL my colleagues across Las Vegas NOT to use this company. STAY AWAY! There are far better companies out there.
This dam towing company is the worst and thieves they said they give six months after they put the sticker on my vehicle on July I got a moving permit so it could be done cause DMV only takes appointments I have talked to my apartment complex and gave on my info so my car won’t be touched and yet they took my car with out no warning. When I had a moving permit set for two months. They just take cars that there worth money so they could get more money out of it there are vehicles here that don’t have no registration or there just sitting there and they don’t even take them.
If I could give them zero stars, I would…..damage my car both tires had a blowout almost killed myself and they don’t want to admit they damaged my car and my tires from Sterling Sahara apartments BTW at 1655 East Sahara apts Who are also horrible to even hire this company and they’re under the umbrella of Conam which Sterling Sahara and Conam are completely garbage also this is what happens when you hire a low budget towing company to tow cars away. Racist employees and unethical. My neighbor was loading something into their home for less than a min and the dispatcher was trying to take their car. The employee began using racial slurs to him that were uncalled for. He made her pay him to drop the car from the tow truck. He later than took my dads car that was not tagged claiming it was parked in the red when it was parked on the opposite side of the fire line. They are sneaky rats who tow cars quick and unsafely and go to a near by U-Haul to properly tie them up. This is disgusting this company will be getting sued.. will be reporting this company to the Nevada Transportation Authority.
Received a sticker on my car yesterday from this tow truck company.
First, the stickers don’t come off the windshield without using a putty knife of sorts. Once it’s taken off, it leaves a ton of residue that doesn’t come without using residue remover. This is absolutely unprofessional and can cause damage to my window. Moreover, it takes up at least 15 minutes of my time to get everything off properly Without damaging my window.
Second, I was told my license plates/tags were expired on my California plates. When they are actually are not expired. The registration is paid for, I just have not received the stickers yet. Furthermore, how do they have any way to check whether or not license plates are up-to-date on out-of-state vehicles.
Lastly, I was not aware that tow truck companies can enforce tags being expired on private property.
This people love to make easy money! They towed my vehicle even though it had the 30 day moving permit on the windshield ! This is ridiculous! I had to make a police report for illegally towing my vehicle! This people are scammers and disrespectful‼Have to open a law suit! I wish there was a zero star that I can choose for this company. Because that is what they deserve. This company charged me $188.50 for them to drop my car from being towed away. They pressure you that it’s gonna be $800, if they take it to the toll yard. What thieves they are.
It’s my opinion that Most TRUE- AMERICAN companies would work with you, but this outfit won’t. They don’t understand that most people don’t even make $188 a day. It is also my second opinion that they probably do this 20 to 30 times a day to different people. So that they could bring in over $4000 a day!!!! Just raising cars…What swashbucklers and it’s all legal. There should be a law stating they are only allowed to charge a maximum of $50, to get your car dropped. It’s Highway robbery!!! This is a honest review!!
This 5-star review really is for the employees and customer service that Ashley’s Towing provides. I got my car towed from my residence and it was so frustrating. I wanted to figure out why and if it was right, so i went through my HOA, NTA, and reviewed all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes. I was considering opening a suit against them, but thankfully I didn’t. I spoke to Anna, and Vince on two separate occasions and they were very respectful for what it’s worth. The work that Ashley’s towing does is one a lot of people won’t do. It sucks and NOBODY wants their car towed. However, my advice to everyone is to make sure you weren’t at fault before you try and point the finger. Everyone is so quick to leave a bad review and get frustrated, because it’s frustrating. But we need to be mature, express understanding, and carry ourselves professionally in cases like these. I know now that I won’t have to deal with Ashley towing again because of everything I’ve learned throughout this process. Again, this review is a shoutout to Vince and Anna. You guys represent the company in a good way, and I’m sure it’s not easy having to be the face behind the counter of a towing company.
They keep putting tow notices on my vehicle even though I'm a property owner. Called multiple times to get their tow truck drivers to stop harassing me but apparently "we have a contract and we can do whatever we want on the property" is their excuse. 0/10 I don't have the energy to deal with this, STOP HARASSING PEOPLE
