I called Ashley Towing with a simple question and the employee who answered the phone was extremely rude. He told me I “sounded unemployed” and later said negative Google reviews were “funny” as if customer complaints are a joke. That response is disrespectful and unprofessional. I’m posting this so others know what to expect. If you receive this kind of treatment, document it and report the incident to the Nevada Transportation Authority.
We where helping someone for a job we run lupus junk removal he tried to tow us away we ended up paying the 200 for him just to drop it then charged us 205 and then didn't even let us know
I was reading a lot of bad reviews. I say seek legal advice from a attorney that has free consult. you could sue a towing company if you’re car was taken without permission especially if its parked on your private parking space like condo. & also if your car got damaged cause of the towing you could sue for that too. It can result fines to the towing company & HOA. I hope this helps
Mena is very rude on phone, I politely was asking the restrictions for parking in my community. Never had good experience with this company do not recommend! Don’t work Customer service if you are rude to your clients.
Caught their driver sneaking around at 1am messing with people's cars he was wearing a medical mask like a coward haha, needless to say he didnt enjoy being watched the whole time. Maybe dont sticker cars at 1am like a shady clown. Sure the company is packed full of em.
You have the audacity to put a sticker on my car at 11:27pm that is parked in front of my house stating stored on property or inoperable subject to removal in 48 hours because I have a flat tire. Touch your heart. Help the community, donate a used tier at least. There are so many struggling families and you choose to screw people over more. Im at work and I seen you on the camera passing at 9:20pm and then again at 11:27 when you put the sticker. Im busting my ass working 16 hours every day since April because my husband had stroke. We have 4 children. I cant afford to get a new tire and have been getting rides to and from work. I still have to get home and take my kids to school and then my husband to therapy and only sleep 1 hour before getting ready for work again. I literally just payed 1800 rent at 12:21am that is due on Oct 1 and im left with $80. Either I get a tire or go grocery shopping with $80 on Sunday that is my only day off. But you know what ill get off the phone and pray. Pray hard over you and yours may God be on your side and bless you immensely. May you or your family never have to struggle or face a difficult situation. AMEN.

These horrible filthy scammers will tow your car, claiming your vehicle is leaking, Even if you just had the vehicle serviced the week prior and there is no liquid on the ground and have the gall to charge you nearly $400 to get back the car they stole. They will ruin your new tires as they drag your parking brake engaged car, God knows how many blocks.
Ashley’s Towing operates in a predatory and unprofessional manner. My vehicle, which is fully registered, insured, and operable, was tagged as “inoperable” simply because of some surface rust on the brake rotors — something that naturally happens when a car isn’t driven daily. Instead of providing accurate information when contacted, the company was dismissive and threatening, insisting my vehicle could be towed at my expense.
This is a clear example of towing for profit rather than for legitimate violations. It feels like residents are being unfairly targeted as part of a money grab scheme. Companies like this should be held accountable and investigated for their practices. I would strongly caution anyone dealing with Ashley’s Towing — their approach is aggressive, unjustified, and far from professional.
Exelllent Company for their Auctions definitely a go to sold me a great working car and they are honest about what works and does not work on their vehicles . God bless them
Towed at 3 am? what a shady company. $475 to get your car back. HOA gave no notice and they just say to take it up with them. True definition of a hustle. Avoid at all cost!
Terrible company. They towed my truck about a week ago after putting a violation sticker on it for an oil leak, which we got fixed and spent $1,500 on. We took the paper work that we got it fixed to the office of my apartment complex. They towed my truck again this morning for that same oil leak when we had just barely parked the truck under a shade 2 days ago (with no leak in sight since i kept checking and a paid shade parking sticker) but where my truck was previously parked had no leak spots under it and it had been sitting there for over week (right after we got it back up until 2 days ago). The picture i put shows the old oil stain from my truck and the new stain from a different truck that was parked there while my truck was being fixed for the oil leak (which it was gone for a week and when we got it back they towed it the first time). During the week that my truck wasn’t under the shade(right after we got it back the first time from being towed), there had been two different trucks that had parked in that shaded spot and when the trucks weren’t there you could see new oil stains. Not only that but they never put a new violation sticker on the window of my truck, and the vehicles that did get a violation sticker never got towed.They are also very overpriced, it was about $600 for the 6 hours they had it to get my truck back.
Would literally give ZERO stars. I know all towe companies are money hungry but this one is the WORST!!!!!!!!! I am a property manager and work with towe companies on the regular and I can’t believe how rude and dishonest these people are. I will be sure to tell ALL my colleagues across Las Vegas NOT to use this company. STAY AWAY! There are far better companies out there.
This dam towing company is the worst and thieves they said they give six months after they put the sticker on my vehicle on July I got a moving permit so it could be done cause DMV only takes appointments I have talked to my apartment complex and gave on my info so my car won’t be touched and yet they took my car with out no warning. When I had a moving permit set for two months. They just take cars that there worth money so they could get more money out of it there are vehicles here that don’t have no registration or there just sitting there and they don’t even take them.
If I could give them zero stars, I would…..damage my car both tires had a blowout almost killed myself and they don’t want to admit they damaged my car and my tires from Sterling Sahara apartments BTW at 1655 East Sahara apts Who are also horrible to even hire this company and they’re under the umbrella of Conam which Sterling Sahara and Conam are completely garbage also this is what happens when you hire a low budget towing company to tow cars away. I almost died.
Racist employees and unethical. My neighbor was loading something into their home for less than a min and the dispatcher was trying to take their car. The employee began using racial slurs to him that were uncalled for. He made her pay him to drop the car from the tow truck. He later than took my dads car that was not tagged claiming it was parked in the red when it was parked on the opposite side of the fire line. They are sneaky rats who tow cars quick and unsafely and go to a near by U-Haul to properly tie them up. This is disgusting this company will be getting sued.. will be reporting this company to the Nevada Transportation Authority.
Received a sticker on my car yesterday from this tow truck company.
First, the stickers don’t come off the windshield without using a putty knife of sorts. Once it’s taken off, it leaves a ton of residue that doesn’t come without using residue remover. This is absolutely unprofessional and can cause damage to my window. Moreover, it takes up at least 15 minutes of my time to get everything off properly Without damaging my window.
Second, I was told my license plates/tags were expired on my California plates. When they are actually are not expired. The registration is paid for, I just have not received the stickers yet. Furthermore, how do they have any way to check whether or not license plates are up-to-date on out-of-state vehicles.
Lastly, I was not aware that tow truck companies can enforce tags being expired on private property.
They towed my car from my residence for not having a permit to park on the street on a Sunday at 1000 am. They charged $555 because they were “closed” on Sunday but yet they towed my car. They are looking to make money in the most inconvenient way, they charge less during the week. After I came home I noticed the underbody of my car was broken and now I will need to pay to get that fixed, and I have pictures to show. Towing cars from people’s residence in a gated community should be illegal and destroying property by towing carelessly is a crime.
Very unprofessional & rude! Came to my apartments & towed my vehicle due to expired registration although i had a moving permit in my phone that i couldn’t print out until the morning which I tried to explain but they just blew me off & proceed taking my car
This people love to make easy money! They towed my vehicle even though it had the 30 day moving permit on the windshield ! This is ridiculous! I had to make a police report for illegally towing my vehicle! This people are scammers and disrespectful‼Have to open a law suit! Be alert ‼‼violation notices are only good for 48 HRS‼not 6 months ‼‼‼‼‼
Awful apartment managers at Taylor's Management gave a 3 day warning that the parking lot structure would be re-paved. In our apartment complex on the north side, there isn't as much parking, so all the tenants from the south side hogged up ALL the parking spaces.
There are random cars parked under assigned parking spaces that *don't * belong to them. You can't park in the neighboring shopping parking lots or you'll get towed as well. There's nowhere to park on the streets or you'll get in trouble there too. My sister works early in the morning, and she temporarily parked in an assigned space (everyone else didn't care about assigned parking either), but she was the one that got hit by the towing company.
I'm out of 200 bucks because an example had to be made out of us by the towing company, but everyone else gets to have personal dibs (consequence free) of anyone's parking spot.
Illegally towed a car from private property. We come to retrieve the vehicle we are told we need an appointment. No clear communication just lies and scams. The office staff are extremely disrespectful and dishonest. They purposely try to make it hard for people to get their cars back.
The woman at the front had an attitude since the moment we got there. My daughters truck was towed and the unprofessional woman tried getting into an argument with my 16 year old! And when they went through the gate the blonde woman proceeded to grope her in frustration! I Will be filling a police report. Words should not lead to these actions
They Illegally towed my car because my neighbor does not like when I park in front of my own house because he likes to park there. The car was parked for 4 hours and was not in a fire lane. Their company will tow any car without evidence

This company charged me $188.50 for them to drop my car from being towed away. They pressure you that it’s gonna be $800, if they take it to the toll yard. What thieves they are.
It’s my opinion that Most TRUE- AMERICAN companies would work with you, but this outfit won’t. They don’t understand that most people don’t even make $188 a day.
It is also my second opinion that they probably do this 20 to 30 times a day to different people. So that they could bring in over $4000 a day!!!! Just raising cars…What swashbucklers and it’s all legal.
There should be a law stating they are only allowed to charge a maximum of $50, to get your car dropped. It’s Highway robbery!!!

This 5-star review really is for the employees and customer service that Ashley’s Towing provides. I got my car towed from my residence and it was so frustrating. I wanted to figure out why and if it was right, so i went through my HOA, NTA, and reviewed all applicable Nevada Revised Statutes. I was considering opening a suit against them, but thankfully I didn’t. I spoke to Anna, and Vince on two separate occasions and they were very respectful for what it’s worth. The work that Ashley’s towing does is one a lot of people won’t do. It sucks and NOBODY wants their car towed. However, my advice to everyone is to make sure you weren’t at fault before you try and point the finger. Everyone is so quick to leave a bad review and get frustrated, because it’s frustrating. But we need to be mature, express understanding, and carry ourselves professionally in cases like these. I know now that I won’t have to deal with Ashley towing again because of everything I’ve learned throughout this process. Again, this review is a shoutout to Vince and Anna. You guys represent the company in a good way, and I’m sure it’s not easy having to be the face behind the counter of a towing company.
Placing a sticky piece of paper to a vehicle window that is not yours is technically vandalism. It's vandalism because by trying to take it off; you need a sharp razor blade. There is no disclaimer or message on the sticky paper indicating a correct way to take it off. If one cuts themselves and goes to the hospital; Ashley can be sued for vandalism and hurting the person who owns the vehicle if they cut themselves trying to "scrape" off their paper orange sticker, then Ashley towing is 100% responsible for bodily damages to that person trying to take off their vandalizing orange sticker that is not printed, designed, created in a way that is "easy" to take off. You literally need the sharpest tool, a "razor blade" to take off their vandalizing orange stickers. Pictures have been taken of the vandalism they did to my wife's car. Putting in a police report next week.
I had an issue with Ashley Towing on April 23rd, 2025. I caught the driver trying to tow the car I am boring out of my parking spot. My spot is 109. He said it was leaking. It is not. He said he took pictures. I said how can you take pictures if there is nothing on the ground? He proceeded to get on the ground, rub his hands under the car and wipe it on the ground. I said again, how can you tell it is leaking and there is nothing on the pavement?
He said well there is moisture on the hose under the car. He said he had pictures. I said so you went under the car and took pictures of the hose? I asked again how can you tell it is leaking if the pavement is dry and there is nothing on the ground? He said that the last violation (from over a month ago) is still good for 6 months. (It does not say that on the violation) I refused to let him leave with the vehicle. Said he would take it off the truck for $350. I said go to hell. He called the police.
When the police arrived, they checked the parking spot, and they checked under the vehicle, and they agreed with me. There was nothing on the ground, and he was in the wrong. There are no new or fresh stains in the parking space, and while he had it up on the tow truck the whole time, nothing was leaking. They had him take the vehicle off his truck and leave. I didn’t get his name and I didn’t ask for a report. The tow driver said that the stickers that they put on are valid for 6 months. The officers said that is not true. Sent pictures and incident to HOA of my complex. They came back on May 8 and took the car in the middle of the night and and when I called, the guy who answered said it was leaking. I said there is nothing on the ground. he said there is moisture on the hose under the car. I have contacted the BBB, Consumer Affairs, the NICB and the NTA about this tow company. My HOA said they are trying to get rid of them.
Worst towing company ever. They basically just steal. They towed my vehicles from my own driveway twice this week at our new property. The Tow truck driver was just hitting his weed vape while hooking up my vehicle Even after I showed them the paperwork for our new house This is blatant harassment.
They keep putting tow notices on my vehicle even though I'm a property owner. Called multiple times to get their tow truck drivers to stop harassing me but apparently "we have a contract and we can do whatever we want on the property" is their excuse. 0/10 I don't have the energy to deal with this, STOP HARASSING PEOPLE
Came and took a car and lied and said they put a sticker on it and the car was in my possession. Will be contacting our family lawyer.. and clerk 8 was disrespectful and not trying to give any manager names or numbers just the number to Ashley’s towing. One thing to tow a car .. but to tow a car and lie and we have all the proof of when the car was dropped off. Family owned business that steals from hard working people just to gain profit … yall can steal from whoever but not from my family ! Will be getting contacted Real soon !
