I work for a premium RV rental company and I've dealt with so many towing companies during my time here-its not even funny. A lot of these companies aren't the nicest or have the best customer service. That is what sets ALV Towing apart from the rest of the towing companies that you may be considering! Let me tell you this company has not only made the process EASY and STRESS FREE - they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Working in this business, I imagine can be very stressful - however not once when speaking with Arika and Eric did I ever feel that I was a burden. They were always answering my calls and texts showing the utmost customer dedication. We first used them on a Sunday when one of my employees was stuck in a 30 footer RV right outside of Vegas. Everyone was either saying no or quoting us $3000 or more. I spoke with Eric and he took care of everything else! Charged us a reasonable price and had a great attitude. Never using anyone else!

Well beyond expectations. Got my first tracking text before we were even off the phone. These guys have their stuff together. Prompt, smart, and strong enough to get it done. My job was weird and it got done on time and on budget. Added to speed dial.
My car battery died and they were very quick once I made the call. The driver Jerry got to me in 15 minutes and was very helpful. They made everything very easy and convenient. Highly recommend if you ever need a tow.
Lady at the desk was very rude very unprofessional. I called for general questions. She told me do not call again and they don’t take any general questions. Therefore, the lady is bad for business. I will not be wasting my time going there any more.thank you
I think I was being recorded by driver in the middle of telling the ALV agent on the phone my debit card info. Also made what I believe was an inappropriate comment about being to old for me towards the end. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because one of the agents was nice enough to offer a lower price for the service after hearing the short distance I needed to tow my car. (500feet )

Eric went above and beyond. Towing a 24' motorhome is a lot of work and it wasn't cheap. The price quoted was accurate. The communication was excellent.

It is 11 o'clock at night! Stranded.. a family member came to the rescue. HOWEVER, A.L.V Towing Company is very professional! I was waiting about an hour or so then a family member showed up so I canceled my service. Hugo kept me updated the whole time and was very kind. Reception were also so helpful during this stressful situation. I will keep this company in mind for the future. Thank you for the help.
Geico assigned Luther Towing for my tow to the dealership. The ETA from them was 2:45 pm. I called at 2:55 pm and I was told another 45 minutes due to the driver got into a little accident. The dealership closes at 4 pm so I wasn't going to make it so I had to cancel. I should have been notified around the time of the accident. I had to call to get the information. Poor customer service and a waste of my time.
Matthew was great. Great service fast and friendly. Good advice on traversing this city. These guys blow the competition out of the water. Glad I got one step taken care of on this long journey ahead of me. Use these guys for all of your towing needs
Just wanted to say thanks again! We were stranded on Tropicana Avenue blocking traffic. Owner / operator really went the extra mile for us. Very appreciated. Highly recommend ALV.
They answered professionaly unlike many here in Vegas TBH. The service was excellent.The driver got to me within less than ten minutes after making the call. He got my car on that truck safely and carefully. He definitely knew what he was doing and he did it very well. I lived less than a mile , so this was all done within less than thirty minutes. He parked my car perfectly. Doesn't even look like any thing is wrong with it. He said the rack or something underneath broke so the tire is going to the left. If I ever needed a tow, They are number 1 on my list I would highly suggest them. Stop!!!Scrolling !!! Cause they're are the one to call!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Customer service rep quoted me a reasonable price, so I agreed to the tow. Two and a half hours later I finally get a call from the tower and he tells me a different price but much higher than before. I called the rep back and she admitted that she gave me the wrong quote and that she couldn't help me with the original quote.
Nothing was recommended to help assist me after their fault in misquoting.

We had gotten our fifth wheel stuck in gravel and needed to be pulled out. A.L.V towing was there for our rescue. Communication was excellent through the process. Eric was friendly and professional, and the job was quickly done.
Roberto came and towed our car back to our house, he’s a very good hearted person! He was good to my husband and I.
And he’s a very hard worker.
I chose this business out of other tow places I called, and to be honest, they gave me a deal on price. So I thank them soo much, and Roberto for their services!!!
I can't tell you what a great experience I had with this company, if you ever have Roberto come to help it's like what ever situation your going through Roberto makes you laugh and feel happy. He so cool and professional. But what a good experience. If I could give more stars I would but thank you Roberto if we ever have to have another vehicle called or if we know anyone that is in the same situation we'll call you with A.L.V. towing
If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. Do you want to wait 4+ hours to get them to tow your car? And get the worst customer service? This is the place to go to. We called at 6:25pm for a towing service and they said they would be there in a hour max, but nobody came, we called again and the lady that was on the phone said the driver was towing another car and that we were next, that it wouldn’t take more than an hour, at around 9 we got a call from the driver saying that he was towing another car and that we would be next, we complained about the wait and he was so rude and said “well complaining is not going to fix anything, you can cancel the service if you want “ we really needed them to tow the car so we said it was fine and that we would wait , he said it wouldn’t take that long and that he would call us back but of course he never did, at around 10ish almost 11 we decided to call again and the same lady answered she said the driver was having an issue with the other car and to wait 30-60 min , we decided to cancel it and she was so happy to cancel it for us, we had a really bad experience, the staff were so rude and not helpful at all, I DO NOT recommend this towing company to anybody.
I cannot express enough how amazing this company is. We called them after another company screwed us over. Dispatch was incredible and let me vent and immediately put me on the phone with Issac.
Issac said he would be there in 20 minutes and he was. He texted me, and communicated with me every 5-7 minutes until he arrived so I knew he was coming. He was so professional and friendly. He clearly loves his job. He knew we were so stressed and took extra effort to do this to make us feel confident in his service.
He also called me at drop off and before he pulled away again to double check I was ok, the car was ok, and I had the keys and all was good. Issac and the entire staff fixed our horrible morning and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it.
I would recommend their services to anyone!
Best tow service I’ve used in Las Vegas hands down. Driver showed up early, driver was careful loading and unloading my Camaro. Driver even lined up the car perfectly to put in my garage since there is no transmission in the car at the moment. Needless to say don’t look anywhere else these guys/gals are pros at their craft.
Smitty is the best..Excellent response to my battery service request. Diagnosed the issues and provided fix to allow me to drive my vehicle for repair. Kind and professional response was greatly appreciated.

Had an issue needed my vehicle towed, call at 11am. Can I set up an appointment to meet them in 3 hours.
Was told sure, no problem. If anything happens, "we'll give you a call"
Got to location a little early, just in case. Waited almost half an hour, decided to call. Wait some more.
"Ummm, so we didn't have a driver to give it to, when you called in. So, We sent him to the other side of the city."
I literally just needed a lift across the street.
Very disappointed, one chance at first impressions and they blew it. With all the competition in Vegas, there's someone else that can actually do the job.
By11 pm they give me emergency towing from Mojave desert when my driver line, broke and flew away on freeway. Towing from agricultural border station cali / Nevada to Los Angeles at midnight. Thank you so much!!!
