My car had a dead battery on the Sunday of a Holiday weekend. Exotic was dispatched to replace my battery. He was prompt, courteous & professional. I will call them again if needed.

I have to say I was irritated because of the wait. I know myself and so I decided to wait in my other car and let Mat DO HIS JOB. Mathew was AWESOME! He was very patient and very knowledgeable about my Range Rover and I so APPRECIATED this. My car ended up not needing a tow. He took off my flat tire and put my spare on and I was able to drive home.
After my little attitude I had, I went up to him before he left and said sorry to him and said THANK you for taking care of us. He told me that he gets the attitude “all the time” (I felt HORRIBLE) Lesson learned , this man is out there doing his job the BEST he could and for him to drive up and be greeted with a stinky attitude is “no bueno”. I will check myself when dealing with another tow.

My truck broke down about a half an hour NW of centennial hills as we were passing through town. Corey picked us up within an hour of submitting the request and got the car dropped off to a repair facility safe and sound. He was very professional and had much knowledge of the area which helped making accommodations for repairs and an overnight stay. Thanks again for all the help!!
They were super fast with bringing my car from where I left it and I honestly appreciated that they got it to me in a timely manner. It was stuck in a parking garage at the strip and were able to bring it to me and I was really thankful for that because I was worried it wouldn’t be able to move from where it was and it was a reasonable price too. I called around and everyone told me their prices which felt like I was giving up my body parts for but I called my insurance and they patched me through to them and it was a smooth transaction from there. Def recommend if you’re ever in a rough situation with your car!
My daughter’s hybrid battery died and we were unable to jump it so we were planning to have it towed. When he got here he ended up jumping the battery located in a different spot and got it up and working. Super friendly and helpful guy! Would definitely recommend this company and will use again!!
Corey was absolutely phenomenal with his guest service! He helped me find a couple of other local tire places that might have been opened past 7 PM but he went above and beyond to ensure I was assured and taken care of with my vehicles flat tire.
