Britten battisti is not a listener he is script focused. Getting info before yoy come in means nothing he will start over even after you have talked to tech. Prior . it has been a couple days now so i checked work cause i was hearing noise i didnt here before noticed they hadn't replaced steering fluid luckily i had some but to charge as much as they do you would think they would be top notch but they are as bad as going to shade tree mechanics.

Was just waited on by Mr Larry ( grumpy) Miles. What awful service. Not a good reflection of Cadillac or this dealership.
