They came to a condo I own that was left in deplorable condition. They dug right in and hauled out the old furniture and all the trash left behind. I have already reserved them to remove some old furniture and other items during an upcoming personal move.

I had a very large heavy desk in an upstairs room that I needed hauled away. Zach, the owner of Junk Monsters, responded promptly to my inquiry with a very competitive price and was able to do the job early the next day. He and his partner arrived on time, were very polite and friendly and quickly moved the desk downstairs and out the door! Zach also told me that they make every effort to donate items, which is nice. I reached out for trash removal service after another company was scheduled and were a no show and never returned our calls.
Zach and his brother were amazing. Not only were they prompt in my initial request, but they sent a text when they were 20 minutes out, as promised. They showed up at the promised time and were wonderful.
We did have two loads of trash, more than expected, but they were able to take care of it all for us.

Junk Monster came out to help get my parents house ready to sell. They took some large furniture and boxes to donation and cleaned out side yard debris for taking to dump. Zack is more than accommodating and was quick and friendly. I feel so much better that he took my moms things to donate instead of dumping them. Showed me he respected her things and his customers. I'm from Cleveland Ohio, but have been working thru my late brothers estate in Las Vegas.
I needed to find someone to come clear out some old items junk & clutter from the garage and out back on short notice.
I was leaving town in the AM but Zach was quick to respond and offer a quote and was also able to meet up with my LV realtor to gain access to the garage the first thing the next morning.. By the time I landed in Cleveland the job was done.

I had messaged Zach and he got back to me right away. He offered a flat rate which I appreciated. He and his partner were early and very nice. They talked to my dad about the Lego’s he builds. He thought that was awesome! They removed my couch in no time! I will use them again and I highly recommend them!!

Zach and his team are so incredible. We were ready to part with our 7yr old couch. We live in a 3 story house with the living room on the 2nd floor so it was not an easy task for us to get our old couch out. Zach and his wife are the BEST!!! Omg as everyone knows moving is such a hassle! We have all have junk that we don’t know what to do with…. Zach and Nate were great to work with. They were on time, professional, and pleasant. They removed heavy exercise equipment and appliances, along with large tree branches. They made this difficult task look easy and even swept up tree leaves from my driveway before they left. These two went above and beyond my expectations.
