Called for a tow because vehicle was broke down. The owner was amazing and sent someone out right way and they dont over charge. Service is always a 10. I NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE EVER!! I broke down at night in a pitch—black section of Interstate 90 about 30 miles from Billings MT. I was in a large 1.5. ton truck pulling a 30 ft trailer. JH answered my call promptly and the lady was very nice. Cody came out right away and was very courteous and efficient. he called out another driver to get the trailer and took me to a local hotel before taking my truck to a local shop to get looked at. I could not rate them any higher but I assure you i’d give six stars if it was possible!

I had a great experience being towed by JH Motors. I was having a really difficult time getting hansers to agree or stick to a time they agreed to pick it up, they even left me on the side of the road twice rather than calling and telling me to reschedule. I called JH motors and the women at the front desk was immediately nicer, more comforting, and most importantly helpful. Within an hour after talking to her they already had my car and were dropping it off to it's requested place. I would absolutely use them again.

On 8/1/25 the steering linkage broke while I was hauling a load, and I pulled over to the side. I first called one company, and they said it would cost $1,800 to tow the truck. Then I called J H Motors, and they agreed to do the same job for $350. They arrived very quickly. Pleasant people and true professionals. Reasonable prices, probably the cheapest in the area. I highly recommend them to everyone!

Called when we locked our keys in the car while out at Duck Creek, she promptly checked to see how far out her guys were it was almost an hour before they could make it… instead of making us wait she called another company to see if anyone was available called me back in 5 minutes with a different number to call for another great company in town and were there in less then 20. Super impressed
JH motors was VERY fast and kind! They had my car loaded and on the road in less than an hour from the initial call! The customer service was amazing both with the sweet lady on the phone that took the first call to the young man that towed our little Jeep away. I highly recommed JH motors for any towing needs!
Very polite and very helpful. Took extra steps to make sure my truck got where it needed to be and kept in contact as I was not with the truck. Cody did a damn good job for me and I’d highly recommend them to anyone.
