Pretty. Much. Everything. To begin with, you guys sold me a car with a broken tail light, with water swishing inside. Like a fun auto-aquarium. Visit #1: I drive out 45 mins to get my tail light looked at. Your associate tells me it's my fault and I'll have to pay to replace. Pre-owned, Certified, bought less than 6 months ago. Visit #2: I drive out another 45 mins. Your associate tells me the casing needs to be ordered specially. I go back. Visit #3: 45 mins more. Wrongly charged for left axle. Later reversed, after yet another 45+45 mins. The service has been appalling. The car is great. What can I say...Buy your Honda from another dealership? Might spare you the trouble.

I bought a 2017 Hyundai Sonata and within a month from purchasing it, it was consuming a large amount of oil. They performed an oil consumption test and after two months of that, it was determined that the car needed a new engine. They took care of me, and made sure that everything was fixed. I was also given a loaner car. They want to make sure that the vehicles that they are selling are in good health and if they’re not, they will fix the issue! Tim was my service advisor, and worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was taken care of! Thank you!

Very impressed by my experience at Frank Leta Honda! Service was prompt and Randy went above and beyond to meet my specific needs (visiting from out of town). I will recommend this dealership/service center to everyone!

Brought in 2025 ridgeline to replace rubber seal around cargo trunk lid. After sitting there for an hour, the lady came out to say they didn’t have the part. Why don’t they check to see if they have the part before scheduling an appointment. That seems to be logical. What an inconvenience.

Came in for a routine MP inspection, oil change and one additional requested service. Asked that it be done within 2.5 hours, and was told that was more than enough time. Waited 4 hours to get my vehicle back and the services weren’t even finished. Was given a fraction of a discount, but not nearly enough to make up for time lost. All this with a warranty from purchasing a vehicle at this location. Won’t be returning.

Took my 2024 CRV in for an oil change. While waiting, I went out for a walk and I rec'd a text suggesting that I need additional services including cabin and engine air filter (OK) and something else called EPR - Engine Performance Restoration. I was surprised when checked out and I read the description and cost for the EPR - $140. Now that I've done some research I realize this was totally unnecessary and overpriced. So much for trusting them. When they otherwise perform efficient, reliable service I don't understand why they risk alienating long-term customers with price gouging BS like this.

Went to license my car at the license bureau today and was missing a form called an IDOD. Frank Leta immediately had me in for an appointment in only 15 minutes. As we arrived Leigha came out and listened to what I needed and said it would be about an hour, and showed us where to sit and the snacks and seating and told me I would be receiving 2 text messages. She was wonderful. Explained everything and had us out in less than an hour. Leigha has fabulous customer service skills. Will come back.

Tyler is THE absolute best to work with as a service advisor. I drive 45 minutes to have my vehicle serviced here and won’t take it anywhere else. The staff is incredible and the level of customer service they provide is phenomenal. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle here if you need it serviced.

We recently had our van repaired here. The service was excellent. Leigha Brouillard Was our service advisor and she was pleasant and easy to work with. She gave us excellent communication through the process too. The free loaner vehicle was a very nice touch. We have three children in a busy schedule so it would’ve been nearly impossible for us to juggle life with just one household vehicle. We really had a good experience with the repair department. Hopefully we don’t need to use them again, but will certainly go back if we do.

Great car buying experience. Malachi Cade was very informative, professional, and communicative. He listened to what I was wanting, showed me different trim options and vehicles, and helped me decide on what vehicle would fit those needs. I had the luxury of waiting to get exactly what I wanted (rather than picking from what was available) and as soon as it was available, he reached out and made it happen. Everyone was friendly and I’m very happy with my experience.

Tyler was excellent! Kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient! My son who came with me for our service has no patience and Tyler got us in/out in 30 minutes! Five stars all around. Love this place! Great snacks too :)

I’ve been having my cars serviced by Frank Leta since my first purchase in the 1990’s. Service is so exceptional that when they moved to O’Fallon Auto Mall I followed and continued with service with every Honda we purchased. I like working with my service advisor, and also appreciate that he knows the history maintenance of our vehicles which is very helpful when troubleshooting issues to keep them running in top shape. It’s a reason my plate holders say “Frank Leta For Life”. They know their vehicles and their service is awesome!

We arrived and were promptly greeted and checked in. The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable. It all went as told with no hassles and timely for a very busy Saturday. Large waiting area with free wifi and refreshments make for a good expeience.

I go here because it is close, they get the work done right, and honor appointments. Leta is a bit pricey for service, but it's worth it not to have to come back for the same problem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I usually receive an accurate estimate of both time and cost, which is important to me. Loaner cars are available but not all the time. If you choose to wait, the seating is comfortable indoors and out. And they have guest WiFi (I think... I usually bring my own hotspot). And... If u are up for a little walk, there are restaurants nearby (NOT next door, about a 15-20 minute walk).

My husband and I bought a GMC Acadia from Frank Leta in Cape and had the best experience because of Mike Bailey! He was the best salesman to work with! Such a great experience because of him! I've been so pleased with the service I've received from Frank Leta for my 2015 Honda Fit commuter car that when I decided to upgrade from my current 2011 Ford Escape, I chose a Honda CRV Touring Sport model instead of a Ford. This was not a choice taken lightly. I have owned either a Ford Truck or SUV since 1994.

I have been using Frank Leta's service for my Odyssey and am very happy with the whole experience, starting with making an appointment to the final text notice for completion of service and payment. It has friendly and knowledgeable staffs and comfortable waiting area with plenty of snacks and drinks. Service and also parts costs are very competitive. I highly recommend this dealership for servicing your Hondas

I purchased my 2017 Honda Odyssey from Frank Leta in 2021. Late last year, while accelerating onto the highway, the car had a fairly noticeable “chugging” sensation, and the Check Engine light started flashing. I took the car in to Frank Leta’s Service Center. They ran diagnostics and test drove it and said that ultimately what was likely causing the issue was dirty transmission fluid. They flushed that and said the van drove fine. This was covered under my warranty, so I was charged nothing at this time. One month later, the same problem occurred. I took the car into Frank Leta again. They said this time that they had isolated the issue (one of the coils was worn down and was causing a misfire). They replaced the coil. They said this was not covered under my warranty and I was charged $380. I paid and left. When I got home I reviewed the Ethos Group coverage I purchased when I bought the vehicle (for $2600). I called my Service Advisor (Tyler) and asked why the coil wasn’t covered under the policy I bought. He was polite but said he was swamped with work and would get back to me the following week. That was several weeks ago, and I never heard back from him. This morning while my wife was driving the van home with our 3 kids, the van started sputtering like crazy (worse than ever) with the check engine light flashing. I am getting really tired of this. The issue needs to be fixed for good.

100% positive experience. Called at 11:00 and had an appointment at 1!! Took care of all issues and I was treated with respect. Dave was my service advisor and he was great. Thank you Frank Leta Honda, for restoring my faith in dealerships. Moving forward, I won't go anywhere else!

I came in to Frank Leta Honda looking for a used car to finance after I had been through a nightmare at several other places that I had went before. And a gentleman by the name of Steve Wallace took great care of me and listened to what I wanted and the amount of money I was working with and a couple hours later I was leaving with a car. It was best experience I've ever had getting a vehicle. He was very professional and a great asset to your team here at Frank Leta Honda.

We went there to find a used car for our daughter. The staff (Jason) was very polite, attentive and helpful in finding a car that met our needs. When it came to negotiating we fought hard to get a reduction in price but Jason was able to show us through sales in the area, car fax , etc that the car was priced correctly. One of the first times I have not had buyers remorse when buying a car.

I was just on a month-long ~5000 mile road trip from Miami to Los Angeles, detouring north to visit national parks as I returned home from finishing up a seasonal job. Unfortunately my car decided now was the time to strike, breaking down 3 times in the course of 1.5 weeks. For the newly unemployed, stranded, 28-year-old female, who is 2500 miles away from any family or friends, that’s a rough situation. Well, Frank Leta Honda was the lucky shop to greet me on my 3rd incidence of breaking down (and already about $2000 into breakdown-related costs). I limped my car to the shop, walked inside, and promptly burst into tears as I explained my situation to the first service advisor I found (Tim Dobrinic). And quite honestly, I cannot imagine a person/shop handling the situation better. Tim was incredibly kind and helpful, the shop worked rapidly, all work done was completed well (I got home to LA 6 days later!!), I was given a loaner Honda CR-V to use while they fixed it (for free??!?), and the bill was incredibly reasonable. But what really set this shop apart was how transparent and kind Tim was, and how I felt like he treated me like an intelligent person—so often in shops, I feel like they refuse to listen to anything I say (because I’m young? A woman?), but he seemed perfectly content to talk through the more technical parts of the repair with me, and even walked me back to talk to the tech working on the car at one point. I kept being impressed by feeling like a had a real ally but was terrified that when the bill came, I would realize that I was paying for the kindness. But nope—this shop and Tim really are to be trusted that much. They’re wonderful people and I would trust them with all my repairs if I lived in the area.

I arrived early and was greeted as if I were the only customer of the day even though they were swamped. Taylor the service rep seemed genuinely happy to be there. Tyler was freindly and professional he made sure to explain what was going to happen and then directed we to the waiting area. In a reasonable amount of time Taylor updated on the progress of the service, and when finished explained the work completed and services recommended in the future. Best service.
