Awesome service! My back tire blew out on me, on the interstate. Scared me half to death! John swooped in real quick to take care of me effortlessly and professionally. As I was still shooken up by the whole incident and was having trouble with my anxiety. He took care of everything perfectly with a smile on his face. I highly recommend John at Superior Transport Services!
We got into an accident. We were driving a semi truck and towing a stack of trailers. They charged us $850 a piece for the trailers! The bill was over $6500 to go four miles! The insurance responsible for paying wanted to pay them electronically so our truck can be taken to the shop. They only take credit card or check. So State Farm has to send them a check and we have to wait longer to get our truck in the shop. The “lady” in the office is EXTREMELY rude anyone who calls, unless you talk about money! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! State Farm has even said they have never ran into a tow company like this.
UPDATE: After eleven months I get a response! Wow. Couldn’t take care of the problem when then, but now you want me to give you information so we can talk about it. Unbelievable.
My experience with this company was absolutely terrible to say the least. I brought in my classic mustang for repair (unknown cause at this time). I had the vehicle towed to Superior in February. Weeks went by and no answer on what was going on with the Mustang. I called multiple times with no response from either the owner or anyone else on what was wrong with the car. I called again and FINALLY spoke with the son. The car needed a new radiator. I was quoted $500. Weeks went by, no update. I called and called, no returned call.
Last week of April, I called and was adamite I speak to someone about the status of MY vehicle. I spoke with the son and was told the car was done, and had BEEN done, and they were not able to get the $500 radiator, but an $800 one, which was put in the car and ready to be picked up.
5/1 - Pick up day! I refused to pay for the part I did NOT prior authorize. I was quoted $500. If that part was not available, a call to me should have been made. Without my authorization or knowledge, they went ahead and put in this radiator anyway. Waited in the parking lot for almost 15 minutes for the car to be brought up to the front. Got the car, took it to the gas station and the car would not start after filling up (DEAD BATTERY). Also, the battery holding bracket was missing and the battery was not secured by anything but just "sitting" in the engine bay, along with a ton of Mice feces under the hood, on top of the engine and battery.
Moral of this experience - I was given an estimate with authorization of $500 and in return given a part that was almost double the estimate WITHOUT GIVING THEM AUTHORIZATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN $800 radiator. I called multiple times with no answer, return of call or notification/authorization of the part that was placed in my car. Communication and honesty was not something I experienced AT ALL, to say the least, with this company and would not recommend them to anyone.
(2 days) 800$ buy out, when i got back there this is what my car looked like bumper all ripped off and cracked. employee was doing burnouts in a orange gto threw rocks all over the place when i asked the front desk lady what happened to my car she just ignored me and kept walking back to the building. run dont walk away from this business

MY CAR WAS TOTALED IN AN ACCIDENT WHEN I WAS HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER AND WHEN IT WAS TOWED HERE THEY TOLD ME TO GO AND COLLECT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. WHEN I SHOWED UP, THE GATE WAS OPEN AND THE PARKING LOT WAS FULL SO I PARKED IN THE GATEWAY AND WAS APPROCHED BY A MAN WITH A BAT AND LITTLE MANHOOD. HE WAS RUDE AND THREATEND TO BEAT ME WITH IT. I LAUGHED AND TOLD HIM MY SITUATION WHICH HE ARGUED AND FOUGHT WITH ME LIKE THE LITTLE GUY HE WAS AND NEVER LET ME GET MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS. WHEN I CAME UP WITH PROOF OF OWNERSHIP THEY STILL DENIED ME. THEY SENT MY CAR TO A SALVAGE YARD IN ST CHARLES NEAR BOSCHERTOWN. WHEN I WENT THERE I LOCATED MY CAR AND LUCKILY FOUND MY DD214 MILITARY PAPERWORK I HID IN THE TRUNK BUT ALL MY PERSONAL PROPERTY WAS STOLEN. THIS ALL TOOK PLACE IN 2021 AND HAD LET IT GO BUT I FEEL THE NEED TO LET PEOPLE KNOW HOW TERRIBLE THESE PEOPLE ARE. THE POLICE DEPTS WHO USE THIS TOWING SERVICE NEED TO FIND A VETERAN FAMILY OWNED TOWING SERVICE THAT ACTUALLY IS IN THE BUSINESS OF HELPING PEOPLE VIA TOWING SERVICES. THIS COMPANY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN
5 car accident, with 30 mins 5 trucks were there helping clear the road. All drivers were friendly and helpful while the trucks were clean. Worked with me to ensure the cheapest solution could be found.
Unfortunately I deal with a fair number of breakdowns and needing a tow is not uncommon. However, Superior Transport has always done a great job for me. Paula and Sandy in the office are always a joy on the phone and John M. is our usual driver. He takes care of our equipment and always turns a not so great situation into a pleasant experience. I've used plenty of transport companies in the past, and I definitely prefer Superior Transport.
Terrible company! I wouldn’t let them tow a hot wheel! Very rude!!! They wouldn’t let us have any info, pay bill, or even get a phone out of the care after it was crashed! My mom’s husband was rushed to the hospital and didn’t get his phone! They just kept saying no you can’t have anything due to the car not being released. We later talked to the Hwy patrol and he said he never put a hold on the car. We needed phone to call his boss and their response was just google (that’s not how constitution works). Next day they still wouldn’t let us get anything out of the car until bill was paid! Once again was very hateful and inconsiderate!!! Once we were finally given a total they claimed they needed cash and tow services don’t take cards! Since when? Needless to say never allow them to tow something! We will be calling the BBB bureau because this place shouldn’t be in business screwing people! Especially in hard times when people have lost everything already (car totaled, out of work due to injuries, and hospital bills).
I wouldn’t have even given them one star if it didn’t require me to do so!!!!
A little while back we chose / called Superior Towing / Transportation Services because our Harley Davidson Trike broke down and left us stopped. It just took the driver a short time to get to our location, with the proper, newer, clean, flatbed, rollback type tow truck, to carefully handle our very nice, expensive, Harley Davidson Tri Glide Ultra. Their driver used recovery straps along with some soft ties, to carefully, slowly, pull the trike up onto their flatbed / rollback type tow rig. He made sure it was safely secured before taking it to our local HD dealer for repairs. We appreciated their care and professionalism taken with our pride and joy, hauling it to the repair facility. Pricing was fair / inline with industry standards for the services they provide on a 24/7/365 type service. I would definitely use them again. Tim & Bev Griffith Lake St Louis, Mo.
Amazing customer service and speedy service as well. They got to my car within a half hour of my call!! Nothing worse than a blowout on the highway and these guys hooked me up!! Great pricing too!!

Had Superior tow my daughter’s vehicle three times when it has broke down or been in accidents. Always respectful and careful with the vehicle and handled all repairs as expected from a professional shop. Thank you to the crew for getting my daughter back on the road!

I was driving through St. Louis on a road trip when my car suddenly broke down—it was a pretty scary situation being far from home and not knowing the area. Superior Transport was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They answered my call right away, arrived quickly, and immediately put me at ease. The driver was professional, kind, and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves.
What could have been a stressful, overwhelming experience turned into something manageable thanks to their professionalism and genuine care. I’m so grateful for their help and would highly recommend Superior Transport to anyone who finds themselves in need of towing or roadside assistance.
Superior is efficient, reasonable prices, and friendly. They always do our repairs, maintenance, and service in a timely manner. Office and shop are professional.
I witnessed a very aggressive tow truck driver this morning with Superior Transport Services in O'Fallon, Missouri. The tow truck driver was merging onto east bound highway 70 in O'Fallon and did not properly merge into oncoming traffic instead he forced a car off the road and nearly got rear-ended. He used his blow horn and sirens to let out his anger which is only supposed to be used when responding to a police emergency. The behavior of this tow truck operator was reckless and dangerous and the owner of this company needs to be aware of their employee. If an accident had occurred I would have certainly stopped and reported this behavior to the authorities.
When you merge onto the highway you are supposed to yield to traffic. Not push them out of the way by acting like a bully. Just because you have emergency apparatus on your vehicle does not mean you are to abuse that privilege.
The driver was hauling a lift. This occurred August 6, 2025 at 7:27 am. Hopefully the O'Fallon Police will take note of this tow company.
Worst Company Ever – SCAMMED and DISRESPECTED by Superior Transport Services
This was hands down the most infuriating experience we've ever had with a transport company. Paula from Superior Transport Services contacted us and then completely scammed us. We gave them very clear instructions on where to deliver our truck — they flat-out ignored them and dumped the vehicle wherever they felt like, with zero regard for what we asked or needed. But that’s not the worst part. They charged us $1,500 for a job that took LESS THAN 20 MINUTES. Let that sink in. Twenty minutes. No heavy lifting. No complications. Just greed. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism here is shocking. This company is not only incompetent — they are unethical. They will take your money, lie to you, and do whatever they want regardless of what you agreed on. Avoid Superior Transport Services at all costs. They do not deserve your business — or anyone’s.
DO NOT USE THEM!!!! They charged $1300 dollars just to tow our vehicle! They are shady and adjust pricing how ever they see fit. They fit in better with Illinois and the scams they have going on. it’s sickening. One star because you must chose a star to leave a review.
