I brought my Denali 2500 in for strictly an alignment. “All new front end which was why it needed an alignment. They proceeded to call me and tell me the bill is $2640 because I needed new balljoints and wheel bearing lol. This shop is an absolute joke stay far away. Joke of a shop. 0/10

Kohr's has been awful since Covid and change in employees. I have been trying to get them to properly repair may motor home since 2021. I took it back in July to have the dash AC repaired. They re-did the same work they did in 2021. They also called me and told me I needed a new starter. With no choice I told them to fix it. When I got there on Friday to pay for it they said I had a bare wire shorting out and did not need a starter. All great! I asked them to park it outside the gate and I would pick it up Saturday. When I got there Saturday it would not start. I went to my farm to get a generator and charger to get it started. We got it started and within 15 minutes my AC stopped working and the battery drain was not repaired. This is after I paid a $3,380 invoice on Friday. I took it back in on Monday and they told me they fixed it, any further work would have to be paid for. I had spent over $10,000 with them on my motor home since 2021 for the AC to be repaired. I told them I stopped payment with Chase until it was repaired properly. They then told me they would no longer work on it as my expectations we unreasonable. I only wanted it to work properly. The old Kohr's is no more! DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR WORK! I have much more documentation available! BEEN SCREWED BY KOHR'S!!!!!!!!

r family was PCS’ing from the East Coast to the Midwest when our RV broke down right outside their shop. Brenton and the team were amazing—kind, professional, and quick to help during a very stressful situation. Brenton explained everything clearly and had us repaired and safely back on the road in just a few hours. We are so grateful for their honesty, skill, and care. Highly recommend!

Brent has helped with service on many of our company vehicles over the past couple of years and has done an amazing job with getting our trucks in and out of his shop in a timely manner. I wouldn’t take our trucks anywhere but Kohrs.

We have a motorhome that was towed there without an appointment and it was diagnosed that very day! The customer service is above and beyond what we have ever experienced at any shop. We will never go anywhere else

BEWARE!! Kohrs truck repair DOES NOT stand behind their work. I had them replace the transmission in my Sterling last winter. It lasted 3,000 miles when It came apart. Kohrs said it was caused by a leaking hose to the cooler. Turns out they reused the old hoses with 1 million miles on them. Total incompetence!! Weller claimed it was not a warranty issue, and said It was caused by the driveline coming loose. Weller ended up paying for the transmission but Kohrs wouldn’t eat the labor even tho they were the cause. The yoke on the transmission has come loose since then just proving their incompetence. I would not let them work on anything ever again and I’m telling everyone I know not to use them as well. See ya in court!!

Awesome company They were very professional and courteous If you can afford it, these are the guys to take your equipment to. They are fast, reliable, and Very helpful.

Plain and simple. Repairs I’ve had done here have either not been fixed or I have had it fixed by another shop. Today is no different. Nothing but frustrations with this shop. Would avoid at all costs.

I was told by the shop manager that my all my repairs were included in price quoted. I paid cashier check. One part was late ordered. So when it did come in korhs tried to upcharge me for additional labor charges in conflict with original agreement. Breech of contract. Also over torqued 4 nuts on driver side wheel up to where they couldn't be removed by a professional tire tech. Garbage. Wouldn't be surprised if they did it in purpose

Brenton and Connor were awesome, not only do they take care of your auto needs but they’re super friendly while at it. Definitely recommend them to anyone that needs any auto help.

I was traveling from Pensacola fl to delta junction Ak, in my 2008 E450 RV. It blew out a spark plug out of cylinder head. Kohrs truck and auto repair came highly recommended through various resources. Had vehicle towed. They informed me that it would be a couple weeks before they could get in touch with it. Flu back to Pensacola. Next day they called and said they were able to look at it and they could fix the problem and I’ll be up and running that day. Flu back out to St. Louis the following Monday finished the journey to Delta Junction, Alaska with absolutely no issues. This auto shop is class act very fair to the point and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend using these people for any of my Auto repair needs. Great Pl., Brandon is class at. Along with the host staff. Thank you for getting me up and running

Really wish I would have read the reviews on this place before taking one of our Fleet trucks , they charged us $616 for an oil change and a safety inspection. $259 labor on an oil change!!??!! 6.7 ford powerstroke

Completely unprofessional. Just got off the phone with them. The man I talked to was entirely rude, didn't seem to even want to talk about my problem, then proceeded to hang up. I would go elsewhere.

Highly disappointed. Took one of our fleet trucks (F-350 Diesel) for an oil change. Charged me $550 for an oil change. Would have been nice to have been told that they charge by the hour plus materials even for oil changes. I feel like I was just robbed. We will never be back with any of our vehicles.

They took care of my friends motorhome ( her primary home)as quickly as possible so she could get back on the road.

Called around to reputable 4WD shops and they all said use kohrs for my alignment. So I called 1.5 weeks in advance made appointment. Dropped it off and had no info on said appointment and they would try and get in. 24 hours after having my truck still wasn’t done all I need was a front end alignment. Then proceed to tell me they had problems and only 1 side was done and it was 360 dollars for what was done. If I would have let them finish who knows how high my alignment charge would have been. Mind you I have had alignments done since the lift kit was installed and I’ve had it apart to install new parts. But trained mechanics with all the tools couldn’t get my truck done in a timely manner. Highway robbery please stay away!!! The mechanic was a rude. Mind you this was only a ram 1500 not something complicated. The price was never given for hourly rate or not and most shops if having issues have the customer service to inform the client that it is going to cost a lot of money. I have pictures showing the left side at +30 degrees in one the back lower control arm before alignment and now at 0 so not sure how boots were seized up. Saw a nice truck which I work 2 jobs for and thought let’s keep truck on rack and run the bill up. I told the service tech I work 3rd shift and needed the truck by 5 so if the shop is open till mid night and then reopens at 6 am they had plenty of time to get the truck done. Just so we are clear any shop in town would align my truck with stock rims and tires on which we did not have. Buying a set off FB and am having it aligned at Dodge would have only cost me 300 not 360 for a job not even done or quality work. I can provide any pictures of before and after. Both tires have negative camber still nothing was done but had to pay you to do nothing and lie!!!!! The price was never given to us or how much it was per hour I would have drove back 3 hours north to the shop that did it the first time with no issues. If you have endless cash and don’t care about money this is place to go!!! But if you watch how much you spend and do all the work yourself to save money like me. I’ve wrenched ever bolt on that truck to save on cost but I don’t have a alignment rack so I have to take it somewhere. Thanks for taking advantage of hard working people and then blaming them for them asking for the truck to come off the rack so they aren’t charged even more money.

1999 Roadtrek 190 dropped the drive shaft due to front u-joint breaking. Dave took it in Thursday afternoon, had it back to us Tuesday morning. We’re on the road again. These folks are fast, fair priced and clean while working on vehicle. If I lived within 100 miles they would be my go to truck repair, period.

A bunch of crooks. Had my 6500 in for clutch issue. They fixed only to have clutch go out again 2 months later. They charged me 7k for the 2 repairs. Now 1 year later clutch is broke again and they refuse to even look at the truck. Stay away

Kohrs Truck & Auto Repair is an outstanding company. A diesel engine left us stranded and opted to have it towed to Kohrs as they provide open business hours 24/7 during the week. Their team diagnosed the problem, sourced the appropriate OEM parts, and restored got our vehicle to running properly. They do what they tell you, communicate well before and during service, and are priced appropriately for their level of expertise. They are now my "go to diesel" service shop and will serve you well.

Kohrs always does a fantastic job on our motorhome! They schedule an appointment, and get the service done quickly. When we need service on our diesel, Kohrs is our go to place.

Kohrs is the only place we trust for oil changes, tire rotation and brakes on our RV. Excellent, trustworthy mechanics at a fair price.

This place is amazing, I was stuck on the side of the road in a old box truck, and after calling 8 different places, this was the only place that would take it and I'm so thankful that it was them. There whole staff went above and beyond to help me. I was 2 states away from home, and they were just great. Thank you again for all of your help.

They have taken care of our vehicles for almost 20 years. From the calls to explain in detail the repairs needed to the friendliness of the girls in the office - we totally trust Kohrs.

I dropped my truck off Monday and was told it would be done Tuesday mid day. I called and was told that it's ready they replaced "x" parts and it was $500 and some change. I was called back 10 min later and was told that they were wrong it hadn't been looked at yet give them another day. I called the next day around noon like I was asked and was told that the truck was starting fine (it was long cranking) and they wanted to keep it over night to make sure it cranked this good cold but it should be ready by 9am Wed morning. Didn't hear from them and and called around lunch time. Another guy tells me all that was wrong and that they hadn't even looked at the vehicle and couldn't until 730pm Wednesday night!??! Obviously I express my frustration and they basically tell me if I don't like the way things are going to "come pick it up and take it elsewhere". I tell them to just fix he issue. They call me back tell me it's going to be almost $600 but they found the issues. They call me back 10 min later and double the price because "they forgot to list a price for one of the parts"?!?!?! I tell them JUST FIX the truck!!!! I go in pick it up 2 hours later I shut the truck off to see if it long cranks when it's hot like before. The truck showed ZERO improvement whatsoever!!!! I call explain the situation and Jeremy from night (that works at NASA guns in St. Peter's) response was "k"......I'm like "bro you charged me $1000 dollars and said you diagnosed the issue and fixed it....it's not fixed....!" Jeremy again:...."k". So at this point I go into the place and everyone one of them had the poorest customer service skills I've ever seen in my life. The female owner even chimed in sounding worse then any of them! I now have to take my truck to another mechanic to see if they even did the work they said they did. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB calling the attorney general, Ect. This place is horrible. Read the reviews for NASA Guns the same guy that works there is a manager for Khors and NASA has the worst reviews in STL!!! This place stole $1000 dollars from me and asked to do more work.
