I went in for a diagnosis and the agent was a young man was just heading to lunch, since there were no customers until I walked in. He had just bought Chick-fil-A but when I told him what I needed but to go ahead and eat his lunch, he very kindly declined. I insisted it wasn't important and I could come back another time, but he insisted and let me know it wouldn't take long. I so appreciate his customer service.

If I could give negative stars I would. I asked for help with changing my headlights and the employee said no. He was more concerned about closing the store to get in his mustang, rev it up, do a burn out and speed off on to route K. He left me with my 2 kids at night in and empty Oreilly lot without saying a word, knowing I couldn’t drive home! I had to wait for help to arrive, and we figured it out thanks to YouTube! What’s happened with the world today? These “men” are useless these days and he shouldn’t work in customer service if he doesn’t want to help!

Staff and manager david was awesome. They had good communication and problem sloving stuff. Even those store is busy theyare cool and addressing everyone and sorting out everything unlike othet orelly stores.

I just purchased an auction vehicle and this has been my go-to store for everything from mechanical parts to aesthetic additions. Most recently I purchased some carbon fiber vinyl wrap and the results speak for themselves.

This place has SOME of the BEST!! Dan has ALWAYS helped me, and after a ENTIRE DAY of a headache, he helped me!! I KNEW I JUST got a battery from here. Day shift wasn't so hot, but then I remembered I got it at night. Thanks SO MUCH!!

Not a professional environment in my opinion. Over the last few years that I've been here it's been teenage staff that have attitude problems. I can honestly say I've been meant with staff that are obviously drunk or high. It is what it is, I've had enough. Auto zone seems like there employees are more in tune

Missing a bolt for a guard under the car. Seth looked up the thread size of the bolt I would need and crawled under my car on a hot summer day to be sure I got the correct part. Very impressive in a day when it's often so hard to find helpful, knowledgeable employees. Thanks Seth.

Mel is a great customer service rep and knows her stuff! This is my go to car parts shop because of people like her. Always have what I need and if they don't they can tell me where to go. Have a ton of good products to clean the inside, both cabin and engine , and outside of your car.

Called this location several times. Ok at least 3 and everytime it was “can you hold” and I’m on hold for 10 min, that’s crazy. And they were rude answering the phone, he said O’Reillys can you hold so fast and put me on hold, I couldn’t even say sure or ok. Such a Douche. I liked advanced auto better anyway.

My battery died I mean 6 feet under all the way dead, gone, bye bye, needless to say I had to get a new one. The gentleman that helped me and my friend was very knowledgeable, polite and fast. I didn’t move from where I was standing and was in and out with a new battery and some oil in about 5 minutes! I’m not sure what battery prices are like now but it was close to $300!!! That’s a lot if u ask me…but he said prices are going up on batteries because of the electric cars. Other then a lot of money, to me. It was a fast and efficient visit.

I've used their code reader several times. They collect your ID now. So sad people have been stealing their code readers. I needed a light bulb, and they were very helpful. She looked it up and got it for me. There usually isn't a long wait. 4 stars because several of the employees aren't the most knowledgeable, and I would rather them tell me they don't know instead of guessing. And the entrance is kinda awful from Main street. The angle is nearly impossible with a large vehicle or a trailer.

Turns out, a person needs to replace windshield wipers. First time for everything I guess, I appreciate having the machine that tells you exactly what you need. The staff had time to install the wipers for me, but surprise, I had no idea it was a simple task (again, first time for everything) The staff is always great

This past Friday 9/10/21, I went into the HWY K store for a new battery. The worker tested my battery and then got me a new one. He informed me that my battery was "dead". After checking out the worker told me that he couldn't put in the battery and that a certified tech needed to do this. Aggravated I listened and went across to the street to the Jiffy Lube (10/10 would recommend). The worker at Jiffy Lube told me that O'Reilly could have indeed put in the batter for me, but he procced to put in the battery for me. Fast forward to today, 9/13/21, I went back into the store to give them my old battery. As I was there, I told the assistant manger what happened Friday. He informed me that a certified tech wasn't need to put in the battery for my car and he said that they "were probably just too busy" to do it. Costumer service at its finest, right? I'll never be back.

I'm pretty disappointed with my most recent experience. I had brake rotors that needed to be turned so I dropped them off and it took half the day, they were busy, which I understand. I picked them up and was told that I didn't need to pay for the turning because 'it doesn't take any skill, we take them off when it stops making noise. I go to put them on and they are just as textured, if not more, than when I dropped them off and I'm still experiencing the same braking issues I was before.After talking to some friends in auto maintenance I was told they either didn't turn on anti chatter or used a dull blade. At this point I've wasted time allowing O'Reillys to mutilate my rotors and now I need to purchase new ones. I certainly won't be purchasing them from O'Reillys because they nearly another 25 dollars more expensive per rotor. Will be avoiding this store from here on out.

Usually I have good service but today I bought brakes and had my car all taken apart and had the wrong brakes good thing that wasn't my only driver or I would have had to put it back together to go back to the store

Competitive prices. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. On my recent visit to this store the sales associate asked me if I was military. It just so happens that I am a veteran so I provided my ID stating so and received the 10% discount. I didn't know that they gave the military discount. So, thank you for asking.

Horrible customer service, a short woman with long black hair and braces was very unfriendly/rude. I was told at the wentzville store they do price match of any of their competitors. The wentzville store didnt have the part I needed but they suggested I could go to this store because they had the part, all I had to do was present my ticket from autozone and they would match the price. She told me it was too much of a difference in price and she wouldn't do the transaction, it was her horrible attitude that upset me more than anything, "if you dont like your job find a new one". Needless to say I ended up going to the Wentzville store because I suggested to her should I go to the Wentzville store and get it there, she said yeah go get it from there. Lol So I did and I was treated like an actual customer. I would never suggest this location to anyone. Of these reviews below I wonder how many are real, i didnt see anyone at this location that looked remotely happy.

I was getting a message that my left front blinker was out. Christopher (the assistant manager), came out to my car, looked under hood, pulled out flasher bulb and was curious because the bulb did not look like it was "blown." He took it out, put it back in again, and my blinker WORKED!! I offered to purchase a bulb anyway because of his professionalism, and he said "no mam, that's what we're supposed to do." So impressed!!
