I got stuck on the flat surface of company yard 1/6/25 and they came in 2 hrs as they said they would pour me out , I was so grateful cuz some like other they didn’t wanna rip me off asked fair price and took them 5-10 mins nice and friendly workers thank you guys so much ….

The driver who towed my Freightliner was very helpful and courteous. Truck had to be towed because of a mechanical issue and they responded quickly and with all necessary equipment to get me to the shop to be repaired. Thanks for all the help
I can't begin to tell you how happy I was with their service fast friendly and reasonable Rick is the absolute greatest blowing the competition right out of the water the competition to charge over 3 times what Arrow charged thanks again guys for all your help and hard work
Super helpful. Brett and Russell were great. I was towing my 5th wheel and my pickup stalled in town. They came to the rescue, got the camper to the campground and the truck to the dealership. Thanks again guys. Tom
Good family run company. Had to have my truck towed after blowing my turbo and they were the ones who responded after I was turned down by another company they did a great job and very honest and fair company I’ll definitely keep there number handy .
After three other companies didn't show or refused to help me, USAA Roadside Assistance contacted Arrow Towing. Shane and Brett came out to St. Robert from Rolla and got me sorted out! I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs help, especially when other towing companies come up short. I had to get my Peterbilt towed in today I have a 20 inch Texas drop bumper and I was worried about it but the guys were real careful and took their time not to bend it and took real good care of me it was hot and they even brought a bottle of water for me I would highly recommend them to anyone very professional and reasonably priced thanks a million
