Had a blowout on the highway. They were there quickly and the driver Michael was able to put a plan together to get my vehicle fixed the same day and back on the road. Couldn't be more happy with my experience.

Amazing service! Michael at Big Boy's Towing & Recovery (Rolla location) went above and beyond to help me when my van broke down on the highway! Not only did he make sure the route we took was as short and affordable as possible, but he also helped me find a mechanic to work on my van in the middle of the night! He dropped of my van at the mechanic and then took me to a hotel really close by! Such a great guy! Very personable and caring! Service was also fast and easy! Can't recommend him enough! If you get Michael (from Rolla) you will be in good hands!

The dispatcher was courteous and helpful. Shawn, tow truck driver, arrived promptly, and he was awesome -- professional, efficient, and friendly. I give them both the highest praise!

I was visiting a friend and thr husband pre started my diesel truck to warm up cause it was like down in the teens or colder that night. This was at 11pm.. Well 20 mins later I go out and the doors are locked on my truck,I have no spare key. I don't have roadside asst. On my insurance or AAA..so my friend starts calling around for the cost to come unlock my truck..one place ( Dishman) wanted 75.00 to dispatch and 5.00 for every mile it took from there shop to where I was. I ended up uses Big Boy Towing..They wanted 85.00 flat rate..i had 2 choices to pay ,card or cash..i had cash, i did asked the dispatcher if the driver had change..he said no they don't carry change..now at that point , that kinda pissed me off.. cause now it's going to cost me 100.00, when I thought 85.00 was high..Dispatcher said driver was in town and would be there in an hour. It was @ 30 and the driver ( Michael) was there. He told me he tried to call my phone to give up date..my phone rejects calls. I was still very greatful he still came on to help me..He worked very fast ..when he needed to do his part of verifying the job, he made sure I got in my truck and got warm first..has he had been in this super cold now for about 20minutes or more..when i handed him my 100.00 bill, he said let me check, I might have change...I thought now nice of him to try and make this cheaper on me. ,when he really didnt have to..I said no it's ok..Your dis patcher said he don't carry change, so i was excepting any..he said yea but i might have some..I said , I thought 85.00 was high, then when it was going to be 100.00 I had got pissed but now, it's worth the whole 100.00. You was fast, you tried to offer change..you are worth the whole 100.00...im so glade I used them now..

Professional service - kept me updated on the time it would take for the roadside assistance to arrive. Once Michael (mechanic) arrived service was completed in less than 5 minutes. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

No doubt these guys are the professionals. Anybody can yank a car out of a ditch With the right equipment. But for these guys to show up and do it so professionally, safely and smoothly is a sight to see. Needing to be towed is definitely not a situation anyone wants to be in. Was told the wrecker would show up in 90 minutes it took much longer to be told we needed a larger rotary wrecker which took another 2 hours to show up. Once the second unit arrived and did his job I paid the invoice got a confirmation to find out there was an issue and these crooks charged more money while the process was being completed. I would never use these crooks again.

This company is absolutely fraudulent. First, they quoted $275 per hour (minimum 2 hours) and $175 for fuel, totaling $725. Then, they told my company the job would cost $1,500, but in the end, we were charged a ridiculous $2,275 for a task that took only 10 minutes to complete using a pulley. To make matters worse, their tow truck driver was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing zero respect or courtesy. This kind of dishonest pricing and unacceptable behavior is outrageous. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this company—they are nothing but scammers preying on people in need.

Fast towing work done. Taking forever to get the finalized bill. Worst customer service experience!!! There is this lady named Katherina who works at the Rolla impound location, very rude and unprofessional. She is unwilling to speak to customers nicely or explaining details or providing status, and she is some kind of being racist to customers who needs translation. So rude and impolite that she is even shouting.

We got truck and trailer rollover in Rolla. Big boys helped us out. It was fast and price was very reasonable. Just want to say thank you again guys. Definitely recommend this place and I’m gonna put 5 stars of course. Usually I’m not leaving any reviews, but just want to share with people Big Boys Towing is the best in area.

I would give them 0 stars if i could. They towed our truck and before towing quoted $1500 and charges us $2700 and $200 for axel that they have to legally take out and put it back before releasing the truck.. They wouldn't make the bill ready on day we wanted to pickup the truck and said we will make it tomorrow because it will take time. They charged us for that day too even though it was them who didn't make the invoice ready. BE AWARE OF THEM.

Super impressed with Big Boy's Towing and Recovery. Collin arrived under 10 minutes from my initial phone call. He was very professional, helpful and interesting to talk to. 100% would recommend.

They left my daughter by herself, with a died battery, and didn’t put on all the lug nuts on the tire and spare was flat. They left her to go and do a more expensive job. And took 80.00 from my daughter, Left her crying along side of the road, my daughter also has high stress problems that they made worse. Shame on this company, shame.

I’ve brought a lot of stuff to this place for multiple jobs and never had issues. Nick and Larry up there are awesome! But the owner of this place is straight ripping people off. Towed my work truck from my office to their lot and charged 825 bucks which is 3 miles away…Owner seems crooked and friends with the owner of investment reality. Highway robbery. Don’t use them if you need a tow

Driver arrived very quickly, even though I was in the middle of nowhere, and dealt with my issue very quickly. The person that called me to arrange the driver was great and gave me an ETA. I hope to never need their services again, but I’m very glad that they were available.

My motorcycle broke down on I-44 around 8:30pm, after dark, and after contacting AAA, who after an hour and a half, contacted me back saying they could not handle the tow until the next day. I contact your business and the phone receptionist was very concerned and accommodating, assuring me that she would have a truck there within the hour. Less than 30 minutes later I was contacted by your driver, who was supposed to get off at 7pm, who advised me that he was on his way from hwy 109. In less than 10 minutes he was there and proceeded to load my motorcycle up and when done towed it to my home. The driver was very courteous at all times and was like a Guardian Angel to me. I am very happy with the service that I received and can offer nothing but Praise for your Company. Thank You for saving me that night. I'm 73 years old and can totally appreciate the Good People in life. Thank You again and God Bless you and your Company.

My driver arrived 20 minutes early! She was fantastic. Very efficient and reassuring even though my car broke down in a challenging spot. She knew the local repair shops well. Probably the best towing experience I’ve ever had!

My battery had completely gone dead. I requested a jump start to get home through my Geico apps roadside service. Within 5 minutes I had received a call from the Big Boy's dispatcher letting me know that they were coming and then I got a call from their driver letting me know he was on his way. They arrived within 15 minutes and I was 10 miles away. The driver was friendly and professional and even referred me to a local shop that sold and installed a new battery for me at a great price. I highly reccomend Big Boy's Towing!

Zach was a lifesaver. Very professional, and just an amazing person in general. My husband and I had a flat tire on our BMW near Rolla, and we live in St. Louis. Zach handled our vehicle with care, took us safely from Rolla to St. Louis, and we even had a great conversation along the way. Obviously, we met Zach under unfortunate circumstances. But he is a person I would trust and consider being good friends with.

Professional, good tow on my rv. Got me off the highway.. Pretty high price, but did get the job done efficiently and safely.

These people are very skillful and fast. I am impressed and grateful for their friendly and courteous service. They gave me a ride from my accident scene back to the tow yard to retrieve my belongings and then a lift to my hotel. Great bunch of guys here!

We were driving from Joplin, MO to Appleton, WI when my car broke in the hills of what seemed nowhere. It was Sunday and there was no shops open except 40 miles away. When Michael the tow truck driver from Big Boys showed up, he took a look and realized the fix for my car would actually be a pretty simple one. Instead of Charging me tons of money to tow it 40 miles to get repaired, he instead towed it too his companies shop. The shop was not open on Sunday, but he opened it up just to fix my car and help us get back on the road. The repair was inexpensive costing me only $180 for the tow and repair. (The original quote from my insurance company was $200 to tow and then the repair cost on top of that.) I went from being very worried about what I was going to do so far away from home stuck with my daughters, to being back on the road in no time. These guys truly were my saviors that day, going out of their way to help me and get us back on the road home, even though their shop was not even open that day. I would highly recommend you call these guys if you need anything.

This company is truly amazing. Called in for our families 15 passenger bus breaking down. Not only did they show up to tow our bus, but the manager showed up to make sure we all had a place to ride. They were so kind and our whole family appreciates it. You guys really turned a bad experience into a bearable one! Thank you so much for everything!
