The lady on phone is rude and unprofessional we asked for repair she just said not we can’t help this is how they run their business absolutely unbelievable people

Had my truck break down on the road an call this tow service. They come quick, hook it up safe an got me where I need to go. Price was fair an the driver was friendly, talk straight an no hassle. Good folks, I’d use em again if I get stuck.

The lady on the phone was very rude and not at all helpful. The owner was also very rude and instead of trying to fix problems just blocks your phone number.

Had a radiator issue...Great group of people..from the moment we called to the moment the job was done!!! From the lady in the office to the mechanics..fast and Great job!!! 1 of the best shops I've ever been at...i definitely would recommend this shop to everyone...thanks a bunch

Review of I 44 Truck Center, Rolla Missouri I had a disappointing experience with the I 44 Truck Center. I encountered unprofessional behavior from the night dispatch staff, who made inappropriate remarks telling me to "go back to my country." Such comments are unacceptable and made me feel unwelcome. In addition, I was not satisfied with the service provided. I expected a much higher standard of professionalism and courtesy. I hope that management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future customers.

Better than Loves, come here instead .got me on the road pretty quick , friendly service.

This is the worst truck shop I have ever been to, and I have been on the road for 15 years now, I went in to this shop for wheel seal and they take almost all day to fix it, CASH ONLY and that was OK, but they destroyed the wheel hub permanently and it leak 100 miles down the road, over $2000 for repairs after this people worked on my truck, they don't belong in trucking repair business. Truckers stay away from this shop. I try to upload photos of the damage, but thay have turn off that option.

Terrible workshop, my truck broke down a few minutes away from them. They went to look at the truck and said that the turbo had broken, just the pipe, but in fact the engine was a total loss. They took my truck to their workshop and before they started working, I asked how much the service would cost and they told me it would be R$5,550 to just replace the turbo, which was the only thing that was wrong. The first thing I did was ask if they accepted credit cards and they said yes. When I went to pick up the car and pay, I discovered that the engine was a total loss and they told me that I couldn't drive the truck. When I went to pay with my credit card, they told me that they didn't accept it, that they only accepted cash or Zelle.

I-44 towing turned a bad day into a better than expected outcome. Jake W left his brisket smoking on a Sunday afternoon to rescue me and my daughter from the side of Hwy I-44. We had run over a state road sign that was in the center of the passing lane. Other cars were also disabled. My car was not drivable. Jake delivered my car to tow yard and us to a local hotel. So thankful for tow drivers! I highly recommend this company and this driver. Thank you!

I brought my 2016 freightliner. I was amazing on how they informed me it was a fuel pump with metal savings. Today Monday it was fix by the awsome and Amazing Douge. He was very helpfull and greeeeeeeeat too. Thank you guys and I recomend these guys 100% . Aaaaaaaaaaawsome, from Juan and Fabian and fransesca Rodriguez from Fontana, CA. Hell yeah

Oh where do I start….. I had an air bag blow out on me in rolla. I called several places and couldn’t get anyone to answer but i44. I took my truck to them and they got to work on it right away. The mechanic that started working on it left, leaving a light duty tow truck driver to finish where he left off. Unfortunately, the guy that finished the job wasn’t really a mechanic. He did what he taught was right, and finished what he could see. While paying for the repair some office lady called him, enter “Jessica” who started chewing him out for only charging one hour to replace an air bag and how he was costing the company money. He should be charging for 2.5 hours for that job because there’s no way to change that in an hour. It took a total of 45 mins for them to change the air bag. One hour labor minimum at their shop. She proceeded to berate this young man for a good 5 mins while I was standing there listening the whole time. I paid and left. Now the fun part. While not far from home picking a load up the new air bag decided to exit the chat. Lucky for me my wife was not far from where I was able to come aid me in getting a new air bag. Now after doing an inspection of the air bag upon removal not only was the air bag damaged but it was the completely wrong air bag. I contacted i44 about this and Jessica’s excuse was the part was in the wrong box. Which means the mechanic that started the job and left mid job did not verify the part was correct. The bag was not the right size for my truck. She asked me to send her the air bag back and she would refund me the whole repair. So we did that. Well finally the check arrives, and surprise surprise it’s wrong. Imagine that. After the way that Jessica acted I contacted her about the air bag failure I wasn’t surprised. My wife called to ask about the short check and she told my wife “no that is all the money you will be getting from us”. I called and explained to her that she told me I was getting a full refund. After she got rude with my wife she decided to go back and listen to the record calls and heard her self say the full refund. Jessica was rude, snarky, and very unprofessional in her job. She has no interpersonal skills to speak of and thinks that she has no accountability to her customers. The only reason this place gets 2 stars is because of the crew that was working there that day that finished my truck and Christina in accounts payable for making the refund right. But the horror stories are true and Jessica is the sole reason for this negative review. With an employee like that they are doomed, she is gonna get them sued! Beware! To the owner, I did indeed receive that refund but not without adversity. My wife was disrespected, along with me. Knowing what I know now I wouldn’t recommend anyone to your shop, solely based on how Jessica acted. After she blatantly disrespected my wife, my wife took to the internet to practice her FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT. Your employee decided to stifle her voice by threatening not to refund the rest of the ALREADY AGREED TO FULL REFUND. I shouldn’t have had to call a second time to get what was agreed to. She has NO idea how to talk to customers. Her holier then thou attitude is gonna get your company into a pickle. Had she handle this in a different matter I would have never said a word but because she was so rude and unprofessional when no one was being rude to her, I decided to exercise my rights and tell the world the truth. You will never get my business again just because of the way Jessica conducted herself. Her behavior is a reflection of what you as a business owner allow her to do and say to customers.

Loves refused the work through fleetnet so they told me to come here. They called a guy in from home he showed up in 15mins and completed the work in 30mins great shop.

Had a flat last Saturday morning and pulled into the love's in Rolla where I was treated like a bum and a nobody! With 3 fat guys standing there doing absolutely nothing! When the company I work for has a national account and 19,000 plus employees! We spend millions of dollars each year at them across the country! Was told that it would be 4 hours to even look at my flat tire! If they were working I could understand! My run is very tight on time so I pleaded to the manager and told him this would make me run out of hours! He replied that's not my problem! So breakdown told me to go next store to I-44 TRUCKCENTER ,they could get me right in! And that they did! J.R was so professional and courteous had me in out paperwork done in about 35 40 minutes because he had to move a 50 ton wrecker! I can't thank you enough! I got back with 6 minutes left on my drive time all thanks to JR I really liked how you take pride in your work! Thanks so much! Wes Wahlig! You guys are awesome!

We got unpleasant and inadequate services from this…company. My experience at … was a total bummer. I brought in my truck for a fix, but they ended up making things worse. They took so long to even start working on it, and they didn't fix the problem properly. they seemed clueless about what they were doing. It was a frustrating and expensive ordeal that I wouldn't wish on anyone. Save yourself from the trouble and find a more reliable mechanic !!

This place is a scam. Never ever go to this shop guys. They are true liars. They give you very low estimate at the beginning and then when you see the bills, you will be surprised. They gave an estimate $1800 for pull the truck out of the ditch, then they sent me invoice of $11800. May God curse this company!!

Charged $1500 for something that took less than 2 hours to do because a driver needed help. They took advantage of him in his situation. When I called to talked to them about it. I was told I would get a call back. I called in multiple times and never received a call back. Wish I would have seen all their reviews before we did business with them.

Apparently someone safety is not their priority all I ask is to check the lug nuts and they wanted to charge me $125 and all I asked was to see if they where tighten down for $125 wow people stay away and I will be letting my business partners know in other trucking companies to stay away from there

AVOID this place! I say to myself, I'll go to the little guy, get better prices, faster time better customer service and what did I get? I get ripped off! $ 125 for a tire mount dismount ? double than anywhere else.

Crooks. Left me on hold for 20 minutes on the phone. Thensaid it was a minimum of 400 dollars to walk across the street to run a diagnostics (which they do free at loves). Got lippy and rude when i asked about the price and told them the distance. Defo wouldnt use because of customer service alone.

Stay away from this place and people. Bought 2 new tires at Feb 2, 2022, and lost 2 wheels at Feb 9, all bolts from hub been cutting off. Unqualified “technicians” over-pressed all log nuts, didn’t change air valves, switch in/out rims, didn’t set rims properly to get access to inside air valve. Spent over $800 and have to thousands for TA shop in West Virginia again. Would give less than ZERO !!!

Excellent service and quick. They appreciate your business. Broke down was towed here. They got on it and I had to get to the hotel and they took me. This place is amazing they make you feel like family not a customer, nor a number or money sign. They are a blessing there is a shop still out here like this one. Thank y’all for a outstanding job and customer service.

I have experienced the worst service ever. I met a very tough person who was yelling at me all the time. I had to wait from early in the morning until afternoon to get my bill. After a long twait I was told that it was not ready.I was given my bill at 2 pm finally and I was told that I had to pay extra money for truck storage. They intentionally wasted my time to make extra money for their own purposes. They didn’t give my truck key to take my stuff. It’s not fair to make money this way.I understand that it’s their business but they must treat with their customers nice. The manager Chuck was yelling at me and I was mistreated. They make money because of the customers but they don’t treat their clients as a human being. I called their main office to talk to the owner and I was told that the owner is not in. They ignored me.

I've had tires repaired here before and never had a problem. Today however I had a nail in one of my drives and just needed a quick patch, there were 2 gentlemen working the shop and taking calls. I drove up at 10am and it's 12:30pm now and I'm still not on the road. Next time I will have to use loves tire shop. They were empty and could of had me in and out in less than an hour.
