I worked with Don on a tow I didn't know about. He was very kind on the phone and in person. He was crunched for time, but still put us first. If we didn't live 3 hours away, I would use him for all of our tow needs. Rolla, MO business.
They were so nice and helpful. I was dumb and tried to go to work when my parking lot hadn't been plowed and got stuck. They pulled me out of the snow and helped make sure I got my car back in my parking spot. It was pretty well priced as far as towing goes, too!
My alternator died this evening, and only ten minutes after I called they showed up and had me taken care of. The gentleman was so polite and made sure I had all i needed to get my car fixed and get home safely. He even helped me speak with the auto one employees.

Top notch service ?? I am extremely grateful with everyone and I cannot thank them enough. They went above and beyond to get to us safety and make sure we got to the airport on time. My family and I are from Oregon and being stranded in another state was not fun but these guys really made us feel safe and cared for. Huge shout out to Ryan and Don.
I dont know even know where to start with how much these guys did for us I mean, totally went out of their way to help me and my family including my brother who graduated from the army that day get to safety and made sure we didn’t miss our flight, very down to earth people they were doing what AAA and enterprise should’ve done I would trust them to get anything done, Ryan and Don were truly life savers and not to mention Nicole thank you guys truly for everything.
The man was amazing and extremely helpful towing the RV after it rolled. Price for the tow was fair and reasonable and he even helped accommodate our needs and assisted in selling the RV which was a blessing since its hard to find buyers and we didn't have the time to find someone who would want it and the cost to haul it off and scrap it.
Needed an emergency jump after my battery died taking my grandmother to the doctor, called D&D and they came pretty quick and he even didnt charge me for the jump. Feels harder and harder to find good people these days and this guy fit the bill. Thank you d&d!

Good people here. The tranmission went out on my truck. I was towed to their place, but before I towed in, the tow driver took me 20- miles to deliver my load. I say you to that company because I still made my delivery money. ?
I painted myself into a corner at the Rolla Recycling center when my transmission shifter broke so I couldn’t back out to leave. I called D&D Towing and they very quickly sent Don out to help. He crawled under the truck and in less than a minute he had the truck in gear so I could back out and go on my way. Very helpful and friendly service!
my car suddenly died on I-44 just outside rolla, i went through all the normal checks (oil, battery, enough gas) but couldn’t get my car to turn back on. a local sheriff recommended d&d, when i called them i was picked up in a very timely manner in a clean truck. i believe ryan was the driver, he even spotted a loose bolt that could be potentially dangerous while driving. the shop was closed for the weekend, but early monday morning joe was calling me with a solution. his expertise was so relieving in a stressful situation. he got the fuel pump fixed in a very timely manner and was accommodating for having my car available to pick up while the shop was closed since i live out of town. this company was a great help in a stressful emergency situation. thank you so much!
Got stranded on the side of 44 with my two children today called them and they came right away the guys name was Ryan Lowery and he was super respectful and nice not only to me but to my children (my daughter can be a lot) he took as where we needed to go and made sure to let me know if I needed help again don’t hesitate to call best tow service I’ve ever used

I was going to Oklahoma Cargo Van but my wheel bearing and axle shaft wore out, I had to pull over and the cops came instantly and called D&D tow, Don instantly towed my van, unfortunately, it’s Friday night, most car part stores are closed, not open until Monday, they took me to the hotel, and I stayed there a weekend, I wanted to go home so bad, they fixed my van on Monday, I was able to make it home safe. Thank you, Don and Ryan.
I was on my way from St. Louis to Bull Shoals Lake (MO/AR border) when I got my first ever flat tire. Not sure what happen, but there was no way I was going to make it on the back roads with my spare. We called all the Walmarts between where I was and the lake, but no one had my tire size. Finally, my Family members found D&D and they were so helpful, quick, affordable, and friendly!! They got me back on the road STAT and even let my pups get out in the garage to have a nice leg stretch. Cannot recommend them enough - even have my tech a big hug. Thank you!!!
While passing through from Chicago to Tucson via 44, my wife and I got a driver's side rear tire flat from a construction bolt or nail. It was a frightening, and we were tired, hungry, and full of cortisol from the experience. A friendly and helpful Missouri state trooper recommended D&D Towing, as we had a weird security lug nut that made changing a tire challenging, and needing pro equipment.
D&D were outstanding at helping us today, on a Saturday evening no less (probably the only company open, even?). We were towed, they were able to get the nut off, and got our tire replaced and installed in about 3 hours from the moment of getting the flat, which is truly outstanding.
In short, this company is life-saving gold if you find yourself having car trouble of any sort in the Rolla area!

Our family was traveling home when our travel trailer had a wheel issue near Rolla. After calling a few other repair shops that were all booked up, we called D&D and they got us in right away. This company is amazing. Our family of 4 (and our dog) broke down on the highway on a Friday night and they answered right away and immediately came to tow us to their shop. They got right to the repairs on Saturday morning knowing we live out of town and needed our van back asap. Everyone was incredibly kind and treated us like family. What could have been a horrible situation ended up being so manageable because they responded right away and wasted no time in making the repairs. Plus, their price was really reasonable and affordable. We’re really grateful that we called D & D!
Our car broke down Saturday night on a holiday weekend in the middle of our road trip. They went and found the alternator and changed it out that night instead of waiting until Tuesday! I was on highway 44 about a ¼ mile from the 186 exit. I hydro planed, ending up in the ditch between east and west. They made it to me very quickly using their lights and sirens, risking their own lives in the process. They really care about people and gave me a very low price, considering my situation. I would recommend that if you are in need of any assistance give D&D Towing and Repair a call. They were there within 10 minutes, and also helped me with a tire. They are good people!
Being new to the area I had no clue who to call when my 1 ton dually stranded me on a hill around a curve in both directions. Lucky for me the first two companies could not/would not help me. Well they didn’t even hesitate to send help! Little did I know while driving to a funeral in my spare truck I would need to call on them again. Once again they did not hesitate to save me. Not only were they fast, professional and friendly, they made certain I made it to my destination both times. They went extraordinarily out of their way to go beyond what was expected of them. They made me feel like they were friends helping a friend in need and not a business just making money. They offered advice, made suggestions and gave me good information that I really needed. I came away from experience feeling I had made friends in Rolla and not just a reliable towing company to call on. Sincerely grateful to them.
This company was such a blessing to us. They arrived within 10 minutes. Returned with a new camper tire. We followed Chris back to the shop where he and Danny replaced the other tires and repaired the slide out wiring harness. They were kind, professional and quick! This was the 2nd tire that blew on us today so we were grateful they were open and efficient. On to our vacation destination! Thank you is not sufficient to the joy and relief to know God used you all in a mighty way today!??

My brother and I were on a cross country trip in a 1996 Dodge Caravan (delivering my parents their car in AZ, don't judge :-) ) We were just getting on the road on Saturday morning and the A/C compressor seized and caused the serpentine belt to break. We quickly pulled off the next exit ramp. We called D&D for a tow. They answered on the second ring and let us know a tow truck would be there in 30 minutes or less. Ryan was there in less than 30 minutes. He quickly hooked up the van and while I was trying to figure where on Saturday morning we were going to get someone to repair our beast, Ryan said he would tow us to the D&D shop and they should be able to do the repairs. I was still cautious as it was a 1996 Dodge Caravan. We met Danny at shop. He looked it over made some assessments and a few calls. I was absolutely amazed. On a Saturday morning, three hours later, we were repaired and on the road. My most appreciative thanks goes out to Danny, thanks for stalling your morning plans to help out two guys driving to AZ. D&D went above and beyond!!!
