Very professional on the phone and in person, the guy that pulled my car out of the ditch arrived in pretty good time, got the job done quickly, and I was back on the road in no time.

Was stranded on the highway with a trailer, called this company and they made us a priority!! Came in 30 mins of booking and bam I was hooked up and gone!!!
Cory went to take the trailer off the truck and made sure where we wanted and was easy with our stuff. He came in and just assured we were ok. We were in full panic mode and he calmed us down. And empathized with the situation. He went out of his way to keep traffic away from us and kept us safe. Amazing experience and damn good people!!!!
If you want a car, that you don’t own, dropped off in your front yard…this is your place. Your tow truck driver and his girlfriend will dump someone else’s car in your yard and claim that a minor that doesn’t live at your home got instructions from someone inside your home to drop the car in your yard. When you call to complain you will be promptly informed they will handle the issue on “their end“ but, they aren’t coming back to move the vehicle. Completely unprofessional company and it’s only going to cost me $125 to have the vehicle moved so I can handle getting the car that I don’t own out of my yard on “my end” added some photos of where the vehicle was left and the size of the driveway it could have been left in instead of the front yard.
I work for another towing company. I had a driver get stuck 3 hours away from our yard. I called Brian's towing in the middle of the night to see if they would go help him get out and they did an excellent job. They will be our go to towing company if We ever need help again in there area.
Great business to deal with. Was in a very tight spot and had minimal time before Hwy patrol impounded my car and he came within an hour or two to pick up and deliver 35 miles to my house. I highly recommend this company
