We recently had to use ABU towing for a battery issue. This company is outstanding, communication was on par from confirmation of request to arrival. Our call was on a Sunday and there was no hesitation or attitude in taking care of us, O'Day even found the batteries we needed and proceeded to purchase and come back for install. Oday was so helpful today when my car battery died unexpectedly. He arrived quickly and went above and beyond by not only jumping my car, but went to get me a new battery, delivered it to my place of work and installed it for me. I had a great experience with ABU Towing! My car wouldn't start. They came tested the battery and found it needed to be replaced. Normally the service person would just get the car running and drive off. I was worried about driving an ailing car around trying to find the right battery and then finding someone to install it. The ABU Towing person went and bought the right battery, came back and installed it. It was a great relief to have everything fixed. I was so pleased with their service. The service person was friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough! I would highly recommend their service.

Flat tire in the current hell zone construction between warrenton and wright city. Put in a request through my insurance and was quoted an arrival time by a company between 9:05 and 10:15. Mind you this is 730 am. ABU contact immediately 2as there by 830 with extremely heavy traffic. I was able to make it to work by 10:30. Driver was amazing great experience all around.

Jason was timely, actually knew where he was going/followed instructions, dropped my car off straight in my small/crowded driveway AND put his own jacket over my stuck down window to prevent my interior from getting soaked, definitely went above and beyond.
I've had tow truck drivers in the past scratch my wheels, leave my car 3ft from the curb in the street, try to start broken vehicles, try to drag my stick shift car up onto the bed while in gear, be generally rude, etc. so my review is well informed.
The driver was great. Made a long night end better. It took them 4 hrs to arrive from the initial call to AAA. I put this delay on AAA and not ABU as no one was picking up the tow.
I called for a tow and was quoted a 45 minute wait. Within 20 minutes I got a call from Zach saying he was 14 minutes away. Shortly after he arrived he got everything all settled and was beyond friendly and helpful in every way. Would recommend this company to anyone!! Thank you Zach!

Brandon called when he was 15 minutes out, and when he showed up he got right to work covering all the bases to make sure my car actually needed to be towed. I had taken my old battery out, but he had a portable battery pack that he used to power up my car and see if he could get it running for me. No luck, but he was able to get my trunk open. My mechanic wanted to charge $1500 to fix the problem (which I suspect they caused). Brandon was thorough, helpful, and friendly. Very professional and I could tell he not only knew what he was doing but genuinely cares about people and wants to help.

This towing company literally saved me. I hit a deer on the side of the hwy, and most companies quoted me an outrageous amount, more than I even had in my account... I thought on top of having no car, i wont even be able to get myself or my car home, but not only did they come and get me, my car, got us both home safely, but they waved the fee. I didn't know them, they owed me nothing, and yet they treated me with such kindness and compassion, my faith in humanity was restored a bit. I cant recommend them enough. In 2025, you don't see things like this much anymore. You don't see this kind of generosity, this kind of community, but they supplied it, and didn't even allow me to tip. Everybody should use this company if they need a tow. These people are stand up people, running a good business to actually help people. Can't recommend them enough. (Also the driver was very kind, reassured me and gave me life lessons and offered gentle words while I just sobbed in his truck. He was so patient with me) working with this company made one of the worst nights of my life a little more tolerable. Definitely don't second guess business with them.
Had a slight mishap in the middle of no where. As the pictures depict. ABU towing was the only tow company that came out when all the rest were asleep. Especially in a rural area, that’s amazing. Highly recommend Brandon was amazing and got the job done and had a great sense of humor and everything else Highly recommend if you need a tow I told him that I didnt think he would be able to get in and tow it and he said challenge accept 10 out of 10
