Drivers are insufferable and like to harass people at gas stations

Office and lot hours Sunday - Closed Monday - 8am to 5pm Tuesday - 8am to 5pm Wednesday - 8am to 5pm Thursday - 8am to 5pm Friday - 8am to 12pm(noon) Saturday - Closed This is what I was told. Towing and roadside is 24/7.

Saved the day for sure, I broke down on the overpass on the troy exit in a fully loaded dumptruck, they were there within minutes and were able to get me off the road from blocking traffic and didn't even charge me excellent service will use with everything requireing towing in the future

The men that operate this business are wonderful people. It’s Father’s Day, and we broke down 63 miles from home. They loaded us up quick and delivered us home. They didn’t treat us like we were an issue. I feel they went way out of their way for us and did it with good hearts and for a very affordable rate!! 10 stars!!!! Thank you so much!!

So my car was towed approximately 100 yards from the street right in front of priority one towing to its tow yard. The charge was $275 I went there the following day to make arrangements to have the car moved knowing that there would be storage cost and they had closed at noon so I couldn’t pick up my car until Monday. I went there Monday to remove the radio and asked for the battery and the battery was apparently worth $65, if I removed it. So to sum this up, the total bill was $445 for towing and holding my car Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Monday I think it was artificially ran up so that I would have to sign the title over to the car that was totaled Hence they more than double their money for 20 minutes of effort to tow the car to their lot I had no choice but to sign the title over however I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau about unfair price gouging I’ve had a car towed 10 miles for less than $150.

Locked my keys in my car. They showed up in 15 minutes and had me back in my car in 5. Fast, friendly and affordable!

Love to use this place. Love even more how their towers are always respectful. Let you get your things out of the car beforehand. But moreover, I love when people take to Facebook on their soap boxes to complain.

We showed up when they opened, there were three men there and none of them were able to retrieve our car. They were all standing or sitting around. We came back later in the day, thankfully there was someone who was able to help us. However, he was incredibly rude when we attempted to pay with card (they are cash only, FYI). We came back a third time after going to the ATM. Overall, so unprofessional, so rude, and so disorganized. 1 star for Priority 1.

I want to give a very loud shout out to Priority One tow. I was injured in a car accident and they were called. Not only did they take care of my car but took very good care of me after I was released from the hospital. They went above and beyond for me. I never knew a company with such compassion. If ever the need this is the company to call. Thank you guys for being you!!

Called as I had a flat tire and they got to me within 5 minutes and had the tire changed within 2 minutes! Very affordable and friendly! I highly recommend!

Insanely expensive, tell you one price on the phone and a more expensive price when you get there. You get charged on days they are not open, so you pay them to not be able to get your vehicle. They told me " it is illegal to let me get personal items from my vehicle." That was the completely false. Immediately rude as soon as I walked in, they get all the tows from troy p.d. so they can charge the maximum the law allows.

Don't recommend Alpha wrecking service out of foley mo yeah they may be 5 stars on Google but they won't save you at 3am trust and believe. Highly recommend priority. One out of Troy mo which was there in less than 30 minutes, drove all the way from Troy to come help in a thunderstorm and was super nice and got us back on the road in 15mins highly recommend if u want a Quality tow or need assistance ?

hateful judgmental people, if u aren’t white or from troy or if you had no choice but to deal with the old man and are picking up an impound and have to go inside the office, don’t expect to be treated with the same respect. expect to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed and pay over $400 to get a car out of impound that hasn’t even been there 12 hours

Locked my keys in my car at 8pm on a Sunday and they had someone out within 15 minutes. Damon was very friendly and professional, prices were reasonable. Seems like a great family run place.

These guys really helped me out! Very quick response. Reasonable price for a short distance tow. They basically rolled the vehicle right into the garage where I needed it from the rollback. Will be my go-to company for future towing needs!

Erick and Mike are always a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, my family has used this company on several occasions (do to our bad luck). But recommend thos company to everyone. I even pass out business cards to help send them business

Eric & Damon we’re phenomenal to work with. Professional, efficient, and very affordable. Asked if I needed to stop for food, easy to work with, took care of the car to not damage further. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Fortunate to call them neighbors too! Give them a shout for any towing needs!

I've called this company quite a few times over the past few years. Whether I was stuck in the snow at night or simply locked myself out the car at the store, Eric has always responded promptly and took care of me guaranteed with no BS, extra fees, or lies. He sets the Bar for Towing & Recovery, and I appreciate it!

Horrible attitude and generally unpleasant to deal with. Daily charges for vehicle storage after accident was bad enough how high they charged, but the attitude was by far the worst customer experience I've ever had from any type of business. Edit: You did not work with me, after I noted it didn't cost you $60 a day to store a car, you proceeded to kick me out and call the cops. Since I was there merely to help an accident victim, you proceeded to prevent me from entering the premise again. The worst I did was state that those prices for the overnight were too high, especially forced on someone that didn't have a choice in your service (rushed to ER). You stated other businesses charge more. I've done my research, you are right, some do. However insurance companies have even stopped paying for these as much as they can now because it is an abuse of a law written in the 60's that was originally designed to protect your business and rightfully so. However imo charging those kind of rates where the stay for a week is 4 times that of the tow is abusing the law. Now I am sure it does affect you some and I can understand a charge, however it doesn't even remotely cost you $60 a day. Many in MO charge only $20-$30 a day and I still find that questionable. I have found many many cases that show other businesses like yourself abusing this law. The only reason you did get paid is because the law protects you and I was helping them get out from your grasp. You may have the legal ability to trap people like this, but that doesn't mean it is morally acceptable.

Eric has always been the most reasonable and does great work! He constantly tries to help YOU out and its pretty awesome! Weve came to him three times now after the first time he towed us and we will always come back! Absolutely recommended to everyone i know! Overall wonderful service

I was just dropped off by this company at a local mechanic. Very friendly, very efficient, and a great rate. Highly recommended. Thanks for the quick service, it's nice to have a friendly face when you have an issue like this with a vehicle.

We got a flat tire and had no jack or tire iron on our way home. We were far away from our town so knew no one in the area. Eric from priority 1 towing literally made us feel like we had a family member or friend there to help us out, as corny as that sounds. He was super fast getting to us and getting the job done, and it was actually much cheaper than I expected. God forbid we ever have another vehicle issue while traveling, but if we do I hope it happens near Troy Missouri where I know we will be taken care of quickly and efficiently and at a cheap cost. He even said had he had a tire that would have fit our Jeep Grand Cherokee back at his shop he would have went ahead and taken care of that rather than having us drive on our spare the rest of the way home since we still had quite a drive ahead of us. I cannot speak well enough about the experience we had with this company during that bad situation we were in. Eric totally put us at ease and made everything so much better. Even with a flat tire and being stuck that far from home we left with a smile, and we thank you so much for that Eric. You are very appreciated, and we highly recommend this company to anyone who finds themselves in the same type of situation that we were in. You cannot and will not beat the service you will receive from this company. Thank you.

I locked my keys in my car while at the barn, I had no where to go inside it was getting dark and so cold out in a Saturday evening. I called priority one towing and they were SO FAST to get to me and unlock my car! The guy was so nice, I couldn’t thank him enough! I highly recommend them!!

While traveling, my parents had some car trouble and were essentially stranded. They were a few states from home. With a crew like this one though, we didn't even need to worry. They took care of my parents and got them back on the road. I have not met these people, but my parents were so grateful and so impressed with the prices, service, and quality of work that I felt I needed to say a public THANK YOU to Priority One.

Phenomenal service! Came to help me within a half hour of the call, was very nice and professional. Sine I wasn’t familiar with the area, even let me follow them into town and recommended a place to get my tire replaced. Thank you so much!!

Eric was awesome! We were traveling from NE to St. Louis & broke down in Troy. We called our roadside assistance & they advised it would take 30 minutes for him to get there & he was there in 15 minutes. He came & jumped our vehicle in record time! Then advised us where to purchase a new battery & told us if they couldn't put it in, he would come & take care of it for us. Well they wouldn't change it for us so I called Eric and he was back within minutes & put our new battery in! We offered him cash & he refused. See, there are still great people who do nice things in the world! Thanks for helping us get to the city, Eric!
