When my lug nuts sheered off my front tire leaving my tire to fall off and stop under my driver door, I was fortunate enough to be able to get stopped at a pull off across from Auto Beauty Center at 3020 S Jackson Drive Independence, MO 64057.
They came right across to see if we were OKAY, if needed any help or anything.
They then proceeded to help me calm down which REALLY MEANT A LOT.
Then having just been through a lot leaving me broke, they really went out of their way to help!!
I can honestly say this is one Business All Other Businesses Should Aspire to Be.
Love that the mechanics send photos and details of repairs, options and provide assistance and answer follow up questions. They understand the need for a transportation if you have a working family, one car out for long time repairs creates a ripple effect if others in the family work and rely on their cars. They are willing to help you out.
Had to get a door replaced and paint blended into adjacent areas. They color matched it perfectly and they were very accommodating working around a short timeframe I had pop open at the end of the year.
Was stuck in a 3 car pile up Tony came through like a legend and helped us out I appreciate him honestly should give that man a raise he did perfect 3 car pile up and no damage to any vehicles I mean it he deserves a raise

I took our truck in here and the truck was so embedded with dog hair. It literally smelled do bad i won't even get in it. The job they did on our truck was so amazing. We never thought it could be cleaned. Not only on the inside but the outside is sparkling. The rims look better than when we bought the truck.
I usually don’t bother with reviews, but Dillon at Auto Beauty Center really earned it. I had some hail damage and he gave me an estimate that was actually less than my deductible, so I didn’t even have to file an insurance claim. The car looks great, and the whole process was easy. I also just learned they do oil changes, detailing, and mechanical work too—so it’s nice knowing I can bring everything to one place. Definitely glad I found them.
I dropped the truck off to replace the tailgate on a 2019 GMC. The tailgate was not properly installed and slammed open and one week later my 70,000 mile truck had its electrical system shut down. They even charged me $500 money for a diagnostic and which I did not get a report for. I had to tow the truck to a dealership who was critical of Auto Beauty Center methods. Im out $3500 and a truck that doesn't run. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I hired them to detail the interior of my car. I dropped it off before 10 am and my car was available for pickup around 4 pm. My car was spotless and removed all of the stains from the seats. The guy who cleaned it did an amazing job and took pride in the quality of his work! I absolutely recommend and will be a returning customer!
This place was nothing short of perfect from start to finish! When I first called I spoke with Louisa in the front office and agin when I came in person to drop parts off. She was kind courteous and very pleasant to talk to. She got me right to the person I needed to talk to. Alex was the next person I had the pleasure of meeting. He inspected the parts I needed painted, quoted them, and made sure to have the painter come out to make sure the paint would match my truck EXACTLY. It came out amazing you can't even tell the parts weren't original to the truck. The door handles I had painted were done on time and were the price that was quoted. It has been a long time since I was treated this well and was this impressed with a business. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. This experience made my entire week!
The were very quick at repairing a dent I had in the door. They did a very great job repairing it without having to repaint it! The best thing in my opinion about them is how attentive they were to everyone walking into their establishment. I highly recommend coming here!

Ms. Luisa is the first friendly face you'll see when you walk into the Independence location. She's not just a receptionist she is the engine that keeps the front end running smoothly. She's warm, sharp, and remembers faces and names like magic. You can tell she deeply cares about every customer who walks through the door. Honestly, without her, I don't think the place would function as smoothly as it does. She's one of those people who makes everything feel personal and welcoming.
Bobby, the Car Care Advisor, is such a sweet and genuine man. When Ms. Luisa was out on vacation, he stepped in and made sure everything continued to run smoothly. He is helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and just has a great energy about him. He walked me through everything that needed to be done with clarity and patience, and I really appreciated that.
Dylan is always incredibly helpful as well. I believe he oversees the mechanic side of things, and even if I'm not 100% sure of his exact title, what I do know is that he's understanding, professional, and always willing to help however he can. He brings a calmness to the team that's reassuring and you know you're in good hands.

Filed a claim for roadside through my insurance and this company picked it up. Had my 3 year old with me and Tony was super friendly helped me put my car seat in the truck. Had a 30 minute drive to drop off and he kept great conversation so it wasn’t just an awkward ride. Seemed very experienced in his work. I drive a 5 speed and he got in and loaded it up no problem. He also made sure we were all good at drop off before he left. Definitely recommending them to all of my independence friends!
I had experience with Tony from the towing side of ABC. He was able to drive out hook me up quick and get me home in a timely manner. Additionally, gave me one of the best rates I have ever seen when he came back out the next day to hook me up and take it to the shop. I appreciate Tony for the great work and great experience.
If i can rate this facility a 15+ i would and more. From the moment i walked in and met Dillion i knew this is who i want to work with. Dillion is phenomenal he is such a gentlemen super nice he is so kind so patient, he listened, he examined very well he explained to me the entire process. I recently had an accident that got my front bumper destroyed so I really needed to bring my car to a body shop for some much needed repairs. I had called every single body shops near me but none of them would want to repair an EV and then I happened to find this place who happily accepted my car and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I took my brand new Mustang Dark Horse to Auto Beauty for polishing/ceramic, tint and also to get an unfortunate ding in the rear quarter panel looked at. The services were rendered in a extremely timely manner and their staff members are very pleasant to work with. I did have minor concerns, as my expectations were set quite high. The ding on my rear quarter panel had been mostly corrected, and for the money spent the results would have most likely been the same if performed by any other shop. Being the perfectionist I am I spoke with Bobby to see if a more satisfactory result could be achieved. Bobby and Dylan were both extremely understanding and asked to take another shot at it. The dent was on an extremely tricky spot right on a natural body crease and access to the back of that dent is very restricted. I knew that it would most likely never look 100% without expensive bodywork. I've owned a lot of cars, and have had my fair share of dents and dings corrected with PDR work at different shops over the years.. but the work Dylan put in to get that dent to 99% is legitimately the best PDR work I've ever seen. Auto Beauty didn't have to go the extra mile to ensure I was happy, the initial PDR work was done at a fair price and to most people the results would've been satisfactory. Dylan put 7+ hours into meticulously finessing that dent to perfection. Again, he didn't have to do that. Auto Beauty really does care about customer satisfaction, and they are willing to go above and beyond to ensure it's achieved.

Big shout out to Dylan Star and John Bitner. These were the two main detailers at Auto Beauty Center that renovated my vehicles paint. My 2009 Pontiac G8 had 10 years of sun oxidation, many deep car wash swirls, and glue adhesive that was all over each side of the vehicle that would not come off no matter how much remover you applied. These guys exceeded my expectations. They made my decade old vehicle look brand new off the lot again. I highly recommend their work and their prices. For what you receive, it is beyond worth it. They did all of this in one day not to mention! I’m sure it was a pain in the butt, but they sure made me one happy customer and they will definitely have my recommendation from Kansas City, all the way to my car enthusiast friends at Whiteman AFB. Thanks guys.
