Never did business with this company. Just hate they are letting a cat colony grow behind their building. Even after explaining the frustrations in the neighborhood… they have no care. I guess they just work their 9-5 and go home. While allowing a lady who doesn’t stay in the area feed over 30 cats. That’s growing daily.

I made and completed a purchase on July 11,on August 28 they charged my credit card 374.97 without my authorization

Recently needed service on my rear differential for my business truck. Each day the truck is is down cost me money. I explained the urgency and they got me in quickly, for the price they quoted me and delivered on the time they said they were going to Everybody else was booked out until August or September. Their quality of work is exceptional and they do what they say. They’re gonna do very thankful they were able to help me out in a bind. Thanks, gears Unlimited

Wow! Thank you Billy and crew! We had mechanical problems with our shuttle bus/rv on the way home from Colorado. Found them (with thanks to AAA) and couldn’t have had it go any better. They got us right in, had great knowledge and expertise, specializing in our issue! We thought we would be stuck for another day, but they finished the work and we were able to get back on the road the next morning. (We were already two days behind getting home) They gave my husband rides to and from our hotel too. Kudos to all of you who had anything to do with helping us. We definitely recommend GEARS UNLIMITED!! These guys know their trade and are caring to boot. If I’d met you, you would have gotten hugs! 😊

Rebuilt the transfer case in my 1983 Wagoneer and the shifter linkage to it. They did a great job and reasonable cost. Thanks Billy and the rest of their team.

I have taken my Jeep Cherokee to 4 different shops to try and solve suspension issues. I FINALLY took it to Gears Unlimited and the car feels new again. Highly recommend them.

Took my axle in for a bearing replacement, first time they replaced it with wrong bearing, took it back they installed the right bearing but on accident bent the axle flange. Third time they replaced axle and bearing but unfortunately this time the axle bearing placement wasn’t in the correct spot so they put it on a lathe and got everything fixed at no more cost to me! 4 trips too and from and they still took care of it. That is customer service I will always give them my business! Thanks guys for getting me back on the road!

I’ve had decent experiences with this place. I paid for a regear on both my front and rear. I’ve also had a Lockrite Ez locker put in my Jeep. Don’t be discouraged if they don’t sound happy answering the phone. Bob has been patient with me, he’s just busy working hard in his shop. Someone dropping the Hard R on a video taken inside the place has made me not want to come back. I think labor per hour here is probably higher than other shops. Id compare my experiences with another shop in this review but it would get it removed if I named them. Service is as described and they do not miss on making things right if they go wrong.

Was referred to these guys by Certified Transmission and what a reference. Called and explained my situation, over the phone the guy patiently explained things and sent me over some forms to complete some measurements to provide them so they could custom make me some parts I needed. They could have easily scheduled me into the shop so they could run the measurements and charge me labor and diagnosis to do so but walked me through it to save me some time and money. Once I got the information over to them, they were prompt to respond with quesitons to be sure they had it all correct, said they would get on the project and call me when they were done. Phone rang the next day, parts were built and ready. I was able to send someone over to pick them up same day and the following day have the new drive shafts installed. The fit perfect, no complications at all. Truly impressive service and that is super hard to find these days. Will certainly use them again when needed and tell everyone I know. Price was more than reasonable and less than other customer shops online charge and I have to believe these guys are providing a better prodcut.

Exceptional price and customer service! This place was recommended to us by our mechanic due to the repairs necessary for our rear differential being more than they can typically accommodate. Billy gave us an honest quote based on what we described to him, but managed to actually save us money even though our truck needed more work than we original thought. The repairs were fast and they even guaranteed their work by saying they would check it in 500 miles. We couldn't be more relieved, happy, and grateful!

They have rebuilt the rear end on my 04 F150 pick up in an orderly and fast manner. I have not gone past my 500 mile initial break in for the rear end yet but so far the truck seems to be running terrific. Great bunch of men.

Billy and his shop were so busy that they couldn't get to my jeep. I busted a rear lower shock bracket, but thank you again for the emergency referral. He got us going again. When it comes time for a new rear Axle Upgrade Ford 9 or Dana 44 I'll ask Billy and let them do it For Sure ! There is a reason they get so many good reviews.

I'm sure they know what they're doing and will do a great job on your transmission. Just be ready there's a man there who is a super big jerk. I tow vehicles there often and every time I walk into this shop my day is ruined for the next few hours as I'm thinking what I did wrong to him and how I might avoid him next time I see him... He usually is to the far-right when you enter the building. Just keep walking straight and you'll meet the friendliest people!

These guys know their stuff and don't do things half way. Inherited an '05 F150 that needed attention. It wouldn't go into 4WD & the RF bearing started making noise. After putting in a quart of gear oil in the front & rear diffs, there was no doubt I needed a reliable shop to take it to. Another shop quoted $5,300 just to replace the differential. That quote told me the other shop was just swapping parts & not correctly diagnosing the problem. Gears Unlimited accurately assessed the problem. The differential didn't need to be replaced. It just needed new vacuum switches to get the 4WD working again. They also inspected the vacuum lines, found some cracks/leaks & replaced all the lines so there wouldn't be any issues. They also took care of both front bearings and did it all for about half of what the other shop quoted just to swap out the differential. If you need driveline work this is definitely the shop to bring it to.

Gears fixed up the diff’s on my jeep fast, and with precision. Had excessive noise and vibration from a bad install before bringing it to them. I think Billy was the tech who fixed it up. No noise, no vibration, absolutely mint craftsmanship. Can’t wait to break in the new parts and go wheeling. Would recommend this shop to others looking for diff work. 10/10

Ordered new front and rear gears with a limited slip for my Toyota Tundra. After shipping the install was completed in a timely fashion with guys that stand behind their work. After following the break in directions I then had the fluid swapped out and couldn’t be happier with the finished product. 10/10 recommend gears unlimited

I am very pleased with the work performed on my truck. The mechanics changed my pinion bearings in less than 24 hours. Everything looks great and it’s riding so much better. Thank you Gears Unlimited staff

All rude dry personality all look like brothers with no emotion they seem depressed here. Dirty hands on the light interior of my car oil and grease stains. How hard is it to wash your hands before you start touching and working on the the interior of a car. Broke chunks out of my wood grain. Side air bag piece hanging off had to snap back in myself. I do not recommend but good luck if you do. I would definitely check my car inside and out before leaving if you do decide to use this horrible place.

Was referred to this business by a friend for the fluid change of my differentials. Price was good and expected a good service but noticed afterwards my running boards on my truck were bent on both sides. Would not recommend going to them and paying a bit extra some place else.

I own a shop and have been referring and using Gears unlimited for years. Recently sent my father in for rear end rebuild. Had a warranty issue with a seal failure and they took care of it 100%. 1st problem ever using them, but it happens sometimes. They even replaced both the ring and pinion. Very stand up! Thank you Darren! I will continue to use and recommend!!👍👍

Took a Ford F150 rear axle with one side bent 3.5" one way and 1.5" another. Came back the next day and it was perfectly straight. Very fast service, nice folks and clean showroom. They know what they are doing.

Cost way more than quoted and then after I received the narrowed rearend it was missing a gasket between the carrier and there were bolts missing. Definitely NOT what I had paid for! Will NOT be recommending this place to anyone!!

They do wonderful honest work. Had them install a Locker and new seals in the front axle of my Jeep. Had one seal fail on me took it back up to them and they fixed it free of charge with no hassle or questions. Also had them fix a leak on my transfer case. I will never use any other shop, only Gears will be touching my Jeep from now on. You guys rock!

Very nice staff seems to be on the up-and-up the guy pulled me to the back to show me the work he needed to do to correct my Driveshaft And finished in the same day. Decent price and my truck performance is excellent. I will be returning in the future.
