This store provides exceptional service!! They are so friendly. The manager Curtis was extremely helpful, he even came out and refilled the fluids in my car for me. I'll always be a customer here!

I was traveling through the area with my dog on my way to Memphis when my light came on that said my tires were low. I had no idea where to get help since gas stations just have cash register clerks. I saw the Auto Zone and Curtis P was so kind and thorough and assured me that I would be safe. I can’t imagine how stressed I would have been without his reassurance.

Please give my best regards to this store branch with their employees. I brought my girlfriend’s car in and they were able to help me efficiently and quickly and professionally. I believe his name was Vonnie or Ronnie, but he deserves all the recognition plus perks if you guys are allowed to give that away. I want them in the spotlight please. I definitely would recommend to everyone going forward!

My Mazda's battery was nearly dead, so I purchased a new one from the store. The technician assisting me, even as they were about to clock out in five minutes, quickly and efficiently installed the new battery. I truly appreciate their professionalism.

Curtis is amazing! Advanced auto had told me my battery was fine but my car wouldn’t start and Curtis checked both my batteries and was able to tell me which one was bad then changed it himself! The store is amazing! Curtis the manager helped us with the main battery on my daughter’s van. We thought it was the auxiliary battery when we came in, Curtis informed us that we should test both batteries to be on the safe side, and it turned out to be the main battery. Curtis replaces the battery himself. If you wanna honest reliable parts store, this is the one to come to!

Curtis P was so helpful and he brought a smile to a hard day. These guys were pretty great.

I had a faulty hood rod that stopped working. I ordered one in the store and when I went to pick it up the manager, Curtis, was not only funny but he was extremely courteous, kind and helpful! Curtis put the rod on so fast without a fuss, that i was out of there in no time at all. I used to be an Advance Auto girl but now I'm DEFINITELY an Autozone girl from this point on! Thanks Curtis! Mr. Curtis was a pleasure to work with! From the moment I walked in he was kind, inviting, and informative! He made sure I had the best windshield wipers for my car and even showed me something new about my car! Great customer service I will definitely be returning.

I called in this morning and spoke to Mr. Curtis to ask him about the importance of having clean fuel injectors because I noticed a little sputter from my vehicle the other day. He explained it to me in a way that was very comforting and understandable. Very polite, courteous and knowledgeable.

Guys are very nice. Products not too expensive. My purchase today broke an hour later, but can’t fault the store. I have to figure out how to exchange it. After posting the first comment, I got a call from the store manager. I’m old school and live around the corner, so when I got time, I went to see him. I needed a new battery for my car, as many other people did on this extremely cold day. I arrived at the same time as an ambulance because a customer was having a medical issue. The staff there were amazing in handling this. Even though the emergency was priority as it should be, I still received amazing service. The manager was helpful with checking my battery and helping to install it. The woman at the counter was friendly and had great customer service skills. And I can't say enough about Curtis, who, after helping the gentleman with the health issues, stayed late after being outside most of the day in below zero weather to help change my battery.
