Well first off I don’t know nothing about cars, I’m just a 21 year old female. Secondly I’m so glad I got a second check up on my car , because the guy at the front desk told me I needed an alternator which now I know is basically part of battery . Therefore I’m glad I didn’t get cheated out of all of my money and got a second opinion. Next time don’t tell a fib tell the truth, respectfully.

I went in there last minute with no appointment as a walk-in. The guy at the front desk helped me out. Got my car in and out. The guy at the front desk is real knowledgeable

I just moved to Grandview 2 weeks ago and of course my car decides to explode and leak out all of its fluids right after we closed on our house. I found Meineke on Google and decided to go with them due to their great reviews - they didn’t disappoint! From the moment the tow truck dropped my car off until I picked it up, they were communicative, honest, and transparent with me about the status of my car. They made sure I left with my car running safely and didn’t completely break the bank compared to other places. I will definitely be back if my car decides to give me trouble again! I will never go back! Over charged me and was trying to charge $30 more than they did. Asked for an oil change advertised as $39.99 I was assured this was their everyday price guy tried to charge me $89’ still charged $50+ ? Maybe I was getting service done while Black.

I had a great experience with Meineke. They did repairs on my car and were very thorough throughout the process. The work was done properly and everything was clearly explained to me. I really appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

The staff and representatives were professional and responsiveI had no issues there. The actual service was also exceptional. Overall I would give it a four maybe five, but because I had an appointment at 9am for an oil change and was waiting on my van I don’t think they were respectful of my time. They did not pull it in the bay until 10am. The oil change, tire rotation and inspection took 45 minutes, no other work was done. By the time I left it was 2 hours. I know they are busy but what is the purpose of an appointment if it takes an hour to start the service. If you have the option to drop off your vehicle I would do that.

Service was good,but the receipt doesn't give a break down of the prices you pay per hour or how long it takes.need better recipes.had to take my car back because it wasn't repaired correctly and it still leaking oil.i won't ever return to this place.

Initially the manager was kind and helpful but one of the operators forgot to put my bolts back on my tires after an alignment which could have killed me. The store manager tried to gaslight me and said that”these things happen” as if to say it’s no big deal. Then he said he would do free work for me in the future. I would definitely never be back and I hope they fire that operator for negligence.

I picked up my jeep from the shop yesterday after being told that my warranty coverage couldn’t cover anything, had to pay out of pocket for repairs but another thing that sets me off was their Master Technician left the hood unhooked. My hood could’ve flew open and blinded my vision while I was on the highway…

Great service, got me in quickly for new brakes, honored the price they gave me over the phone and were very pleasant to deal with.

Michael and his team were incredibly helpful! They got me in to do diagnostics and an oil change last minute. The oil change was a great price too. I would definitely go back in the future. Very friendly and helpful!

My experience at Meineke Grandview location was great! The customer service was more than excellent, Michael was the one who helped us. He was very friendly and very informative. The process as a whole was very easy. I dropped off my car off in the morning and was able to pick it up That afternoon with all repairs done. They also offer different financial options with no credit check needed to pay off my repairs in installments, which is very helpful . I would gladly recommend this company to friends and family and will be going back if I need any other repairs or oil changes in the future.

I got my oil changed on one vehicle and the brakes on another car. They were prompt and professional. Michael was very personable and made sure I was satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend Meineke in Grandview!

This place is phenomenal, I took my 03 Buick up there after two months of it being “ worked on by another mechanic”, Michael worked with me and made sure the job was done right! Went in for Oil change. Promo offered. Courteous staff. Very friendly. Service provided as promised. No complaints. Have not experienced any problems with my vehicle since my visit.

This place is beyond incredible. I was skeptical at first because I’ve never dropped my car off, but I couldn’t have been more comfortable with the service that Michael provided. He went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed updated with all information knew how to handle payment options as well as informing me on safety regarding my vehicle. The team works fast. His help was beyond immaculate and exceeded any expectations. When I walked in there I will definitely be making this my go to for any vehicle needs from this point forward and I can’t thank you enough again Michael for your help truly.

Best deal and best customer service on automotive care that I can remember receiving. Michael and his team know what they are doing and I feel well taken care of. Confidence. That's what you want in a mechanic, right? Well that's what I got.

I received a $39.99 oil change coupon in the mail from Meineke and decided to visit this location to use it. When I arrived, I was told to leave my car for about an hour and return once the service was complete. When I came back, I was informed that an additional part had been replaced without my consent, raising the total from the advertised $39.99 to about $60. I was already uneasy about the lack of consent, but things became much worse afterward. Immediately after the oil change, my check engine light came on, and over the next few days, my car’s performance steadily declined until it eventually broke down in the middle of the road. At that point, I asked a trusted mechanic friend to inspect it. He discovered that the oil had not been changed at all, and that the oxygen sensor and attached air tube appeared to have been tampered with, the sensor had been forced open and the air tube damaged, causing air leaks that affected the engine. This experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the integrity of the service at this location. There was a clear lack of transparency, unauthorized work, and apparent negligence. I strongly urge others to be cautious and consider going elsewhere for vehicle maintenance.

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. I know they are always busy so I was really taking a gamble. Mike greeted me at the door and got me in between jobs. They got my oil changed super fast and even noticed that the tires on my car were not the right size, which was the main reason why I had been forced to change out my tires every 6 months. Lifesaver. Great guy. Solid service. Very knowledgeable techs. Super impressed by how this place is run. Hidden gem.

After extensive and expensive repairs at the dealership, we just couldn't afford what they wanted for brake repairs. My husband found Meineke online. Mike was courteous, friendly and informative. The brake repairs were done at less than half the cost and in a timely manner. I wish we'd known about Meineke before sinking thousands into labor.

I went to my local Mieneke and was impressed with customer service and support in repairing my truck. They honored the customer discount on their flyer and also helped when I had to have front brakes replaced m! Definitely going to be my go-to shop!

I can’t say enough about the impeccable customer service I received from Michael! He instantly gained my trust by being kind, answering all of my questions thoroughly and explaining everything I needed to know about what was going on with my car. I could tell he truly had my best interest in mind. I will always bring my car back to this location because of the phenomenal service he delivered!

I’ve had my car serviced here twice and they did a great job both times. Michael is really an amazing person, he helps take care of your needs and makes you feel so welcomed in his establishment. Id give him and the workers 10 stars if I could.

May car had several major issues and was givin pictures of all problems with a follow up conversation on which issues were most drastic and even had a chart. Very helpful. Will be going again. Great communication skills as well. I have no idea about vehicles and had everything explained Very simply and easy to understand.

I’m rating this location this low because of multiple issues, starting with the fact that my first appointment was accepted for July 4th, even though the shop was closed. I was willing to overlook that, but my rescheduled visit on July 7th was a nightmare. I arrived early at 7:52 a.m. and made it very clear what I needed and what the priorities were. I was told the work would be quick and that I’d be out by 10 a.m. Instead, I waited until just before 1 p.m., and the main issue I came in for wasn’t even fixed. On top of that, I was charged for tires and rear brake sensors that were never provided or installed. Even the technician acknowledged at check-in that the sensors weren’t installed. When I asked about canceling or getting a refund for the parts and services I didn’t receive, I was told they’d “contact their bosses” and get back to me. That never happened. Since then, I’ve had to go to Big O Tires to actually replace the tires, and I took my vehicle to the Jaguar dealership, where they confirmed the sensors weren’t installed and had to fix the original problem Meineke failed to repair. I have documentation, receipts, and inspection reports proving this, and Jaguar is even willing to provide a written statement confirming their findings. Despite all of this, Meineke refused to reimburse me, disputed my bank claim, and has failed to contact me or resolve the issue. After nearly two months of trying to handle this directly, I’ve already involved my attorneys and am preparing for legal action. This location wasted my time, overcharged me, failed to provide promised services, and caused additional expenses and stress. I strongly recommend avoiding this shop.

First time visit to Meineke. My new (used) car was due for its first 6-month check up and oil change. Meineke was thorough in their inspection, found a couple of issues - fixed them, changed the oil, and threw in a tire rotation. The desk guy (manager?) was helpful throughout. I feel that I can trust them. I'll be back!
