Lazer tow was a wonderful help when my van decided not to work on me anymore at a Sam's club parking lot. We got along very well, showed me how the process of towing works, what we were going to do, and got to our destination to drop off the van for repair. I was very glad I was recommended to call Lazer tow. The tow guy I had was Duke and I would most definitely and certainly advise anyone to get him if possible. Very knowledgeable and well liked. He definitely deserves a raise or higher position.
Lazer Tow was so fast and efficient! It took less than 2 hours from calling to getting towed and I was able to easily pay over the phone as I was not with the vehicle! I’ve waited before for more than four-five hours for a tow so this was lightening fast service!
They even sent me pictures of my vehicle at the shop once they dropped off.

This is one of those industries where nobody’s happy about having to do business with them, but the professionalism kindness and courtesy that was provided to me made the whole experience as painless as it could be. They were careful with my vehicle and were very accommodating with all things considered. Michele was a real treat and a great help and has a great personality. She was wonderful to work with. My cars transmission went out last night and I needed to get towed. I put in a claim with my insurance and was instantly connected with Lazer-Pipe towing. Me and my car were picked up and dropped off at the shop all within 30 minutes. The driver was also so very wonderful and super kind! I believe his name was Felipe!
My Jeep overheated on my way to work, so took it back home. In order to get it to the repair shop we needed to call and have it towed. For being super early in the morning (5:30 am) the dispatcher was very pleasant and helpful. The driver Mike got to our house really quick. Both knew exactly where the repair shop was. I have used these guys before and will use them always.
Locked my keys in my car at 7 am at walmart. Driver was there in about 10 min but the receptionist told me 45. It took about 5 min for him to get in. Quick and easy. Price was on par with other tow companies.
My experience with Lazer was absolutely amazing 99% due to the amazing driver Thadd. I was taking my kid to school, 19 degrees out in a t-shirt and short. I ended up with a flat tire. Thadd came to the rescue and worried about my welfare, due to the temp. I’ve had bilat hip replacement surgeries in 2025 and I’m on 46. Thadd had no problem helping me get up in the truck and back down. Anyone with a litttle training and a CDL can drive a truck. You can’t teach kindness and empathy. Thank you sii op much Thadd!!

I thought i just needed a jump but in case I needed a to be towed I ordered tow service. The driver was very helpful. I ended up only needing a jump and he offered to follow me to my home to make sure it wasnt something else. I live right behind the gas station where I was stuck. Either way, I appreciated the gesture.
Huge shoutout to Ernest for the excellent service. He was right on time, had a great attitude, and honestly made a stressful situation feel easy. I was really impressed with how skillfully he maneuvered my Mercedes through a very tight parking garage -the spaces were narrow, and his technique was flawless.
He worked efficiently, moved quickly, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. My car needed a tow because the battery died and it wouldn’t shift into gear, but Ernest handled it like a pro.

Felipe was AMAZING! He was super nice and very professional. He verified all information and location for drop off. The kids were stoked to see the truck work and so he explained what the controls did. I would refer him to anyone. He deserves more than top pay!
Truck was stuck in a ditch on a snowy day off the 150. Arrived way quicker than I expected (maybe an hour, I was expecting at least 3 due to road conditions and other wrecks). Driver was a great guy named Nathan. Kept it quick and simple, can definitely tell the guy knows his stuff. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

My tow driver was very personable quick and knowledgeable. I watch as he put everything back in its place. He didn’t rush just to get the job done. And he maneuvered the it to get the vehicle under the carport which was a tight squeeze. He even got out and pushed it so it would alight correctly in my spot. Great guy, went above and beyond. Laxer Tow is hopefully glad to have him on their team. I know I can’t, but if I ever need a tow I would definately ask for him. Excellent Job! Excellent Service

I left a 5 star review before I noticed the damage on my vehicle. But we called our insurance, asked too help unlock our car as I left my keys in the vehicle and the vehicle was locked. And noticed damage on our vehicle.
Damage includes door not being able to shut properly, 2 dents on the top of the vehicle door which can lead to rain getting inside of the vehicle which can attract mold.
Been trying to reach someone to help fix our problem but we have had no phone call as we have called multiple times and said the owner would be giving me/us a call.
The tow truck driver Felipe was fantastic. He loaded my vehicle onto the truck with ease. He waited with me for my husband to arrive so I could go onto work. He sent me pictures after he dropped my vehicle off at the dealership. We would definitely use Lazer Tow service if needed in the future.
It was a busy morning for your company so it was a little bit of a wait which your driver apologized for. He took extra care of my classic 1966 Plymouth barracuda, and it was very much appreciated.
