Broke down 90 miles from home on a Sunday afternoon. Googled towing near me and reached out to the first one listed. Didn’t wait too long and the driver towed our car and us all the way home. He explained exactly what needed to be done to fix the car and how to do it. He was a great conversationalist during the drive which made us both feel very comfortable.

Key got locked inside while at the car wash. Tow company gentleman overheard my conversation as I was trying to get help. He came directly to the car wash and successfully got my car unlocked. I’m very grateful for this gentleman and his service.

So here my review when I first called you for help you was there to help me when my car broke down and I appreciate you when I called you around 8-9 o’clock today felt like you spit on my face and blew up in face was very short with me and blew up more when you herd the people in my car say hang up I didn’t just because I didn’t leave a review like you said your a straight honest guy so am I just because you saw me at places with friends or family and bring that up over a phone call made me feel uncomfortable and weirded out and you just hung up the call i probably won’t ever use your services again after early thank you for your help have a Goodnite

He got there very quickly. He was amazing. His prices was amazing I got ran off the road by a semi. My tires popped to you showed my car took my tires off took them to the shop to get the New and put them back on my car here amazing person and he’s willing to work with you.

I stopped at a gas station about 15 minutes out of St Joseph and my car wouldn’t start, I was in tears from stress as I had somewhere to be and this company was the first one that came up when I googled roadside assistance near me, even in the midst of me being a wreck he was super helpful in finding out where I was, I told him I thought it was my key fob battery so he stopped and got one on his way , called me after he got it to check in and let me know he was on his way. We got it changed and the car running. My final destination was an hour from where he lives but he said he would be willing to come help me if I needed it afterwards in case it wasn’t just the key fob, which is absolutely amazing of him. Thankfully it was smooth sailing the rest of the trip, but I would definitely recommend this company 100%

Israel was very friendly, and even tried to help get my vehicle to start, and offered his opinion on what was wrong with it. I didn't wait long at all, and the price was very cheap, and affordable! The nicest people ever!!! We were pulling our camper when we had a tire,/wheel bearing issue they got us safely off the road and to the repair shop. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE PEOPLE LIKE THEM!!!!

This was a couple of months ago... moving to Missouri and 200 miles from our destination my transmission went out. Everything we owned was in the truck and the trailer I was towing. They showed up fast, put my truck on the rollback and a second driver towed my trauler with a personal vehicle. They were both great. Got our life to where it needed to go and didn't charge extra for towing my trailer.

Prime Towing provided a job well-done with a timely and efficient solution. They helped us out during the evening on a weekend and fixed my busted radiator right in front of his yard while I watched him. He understood that it was an emergency situation and that I was in a financial bind; he offered his trust that I communicate about a payment plan, and he was very patient and flexible with the down payment. He sent us off with a care package and my car's radiator has been in perfect condition since. Thanks again, Israel!

Prime twin, I would call them anytime day or night. He's a sweetheart, he's there when you need him. He's there fast and friendly anytime. You call, he will be there. Just let him know a win and if he can't, he'll be there right away. Best toe service in St. Joe that I've ever had helped me out as a single thing. Female, he's the bomb. I will call him anytime in the future. That I need help, no problem. I have a memory problem so I can't tell you his name but I'm sorry about that, but I'll tell you what if you need somebody to tell you. He'll be right there, no matter what time or day. $10 more for nighttime toes, but I can't guarantee that because I'm not him and I'm not his business. But look at this, he's fast. He's friendly. He's helpful and he's there when you need it. He'll always answer his phone. Give him a call if you need somebody like I said, I'm a single female that needed help 1 day, and he's always been there since I've done I've been using them. So if you need somebody, you can trust, give him a call. I'm telling you right now. He's there. He's right there ready to go. Love the guy even though I can't remember his name, i'm so sorry about that like I said, i've got memory issues, but no, he's a really good dude, friendly, helpful and he's there.And he's a good looking dude, too. Took a wrong turn and sunk into the sand, down to the frame on a hot day with my toddler and teenager. called and within 20 mins, prime was there! got my vehicle out within a instant, also was willing to work with me on the price, very friendly and would recommend to anyone. Would also call again if in need with no hesitation, thank you again for your help!

Strongly recommend this company, really dont find good caring companies like this anymore! My son and 2 babies from out of state got a flat tire and had no jack, Prime Towing (Israel and Amy) went right out on a Sunday, helped him put spare on. Then had my son follow him to Walmart and helped get a tire on the vehicle and helped him tape up the damage so it wasnt dragging on the tire. Very excellent service and extremely kind and caring person. Hard to find people like that any more. I would strongly recommend this company! Also had a very fair cost

I'm so glad I chose Prime Towing to come when my front RV tire shredded on I29 in St. Joseph! Israel came to my rescue and drove me to every tire store in town. He then towed my entire RV to the tire store to wait out the snow and ice storm until the tires could be delivered from KC the next day. He truly treated me like he cared about my safety and wellbeing. Exactly like we'd all want for any of our loved ones!

Have nothing but great things to say! I called ahead of time and made an appointment to have my vintage car towed locally. They were super responsive and very reasonably priced. They showed up on time, had my car loaded in minutes, and dropped it off at the shop without trouble. I will for sure be calling again with any of my hauling needs.

My son car was broke down at gas station and the tow truck driver went and came back with his tow truck to tow him. That’s what I call going above and beyond cause he was off the clock and did this for my son. So yes we will use his services and spread the word. Never seen nobody go get their tow truck and was off the clock. thank you for your service
