I like how they don't try to sell me things that I dont need just to make money. I like that they have a shuttle service and that they point out other issues that you did not make an appointment for. These things help a lot. The guys are very helpful, the mechanics are very knowledgeable. I also like how they let me purchase my own parts to save some money, which these days is a must.
Jeff is always so nice a professional and cares so much. This shop is hands down the best I’ve been to in this area. Everytime something on my car breaks he fixes it fast and cheap especially for the prices I’ve been told in the past. All around good service definitely recommend, thank you so much!
Had them check for coolant leak, they said the thermostat housing had cracked.i explained it was still going through coolant. The actual issue was the heater hose connectors which I just fixed myself..
Definitely take your vehicle to Kruse's and here's why. We took our Telluride to Kruse's because it was leaking a concerning amount of oil. Kruses uses text messages with links to let you know what's going on with your vehicle and the status of where they are at with it. When we picked up our vehicle they mentioned our broken window and said they usually dont do windows but offer it as a courtesy to existing customers. Also, they are open until 6 so that's great.

In the middle of a long road trip, my wife, my 75-pound dog and I had to get our windshield wiper fluid thawed out and wasn't sure how long it would take. Craig and Jeff took such good care of us, even driving all 3 of us to a hotel while we waited, and picked us up after it was ready, as a courtesy!!
Excellent service, efficient, friendly, and honest. They provided me with an emergency service, which I thought would be terrible, and with great honesty, they completed the job very quickly and charged me a fair price. I recommend them 100%.
The guy we spoke with explained everything in great detail. Everything works great. We've taken the car to other mechanics multiple times for the same issue, and after being charged hundreds of dollars, we were told there was nothing wrong with our car. Your guys actually fixed the problems, got it done quickly so our child wouldn't have to miss school due to not having a vehicle to get there. They went above and beyond for us. We will be taking all of our vehicles to you guys going forward.
Very happy with Kruses. Their communication was excellent. They are very professional. They got the work done in excellent time. The didn't try to charge me for stuff I didn't need. Very clean and organized shop. Will definitely use them again for any of my vehicles if I need a shop.
Great experience, I highly recommend Kruse's Auto Center. I needed a head gasket repair on a 2008 PT cruiser. No one else wanted to do the repair. Kruse's was very clear it may take some time but they would get it done. I also had them replace tires and work with a glass repair to fix a broken window. I was especially impressed when I asked them to check if it needed brakes and they said they were good and didn't need replaced, they didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. Each step of the way Craig called and explained the options and cost. This car means a lot to our daughter, she has been through a lot and this helps so much giving her a reliable car to get to work and take care of her family. Thanks so much Kruse's!

Kruse's auto center is the best! In Savanna I was quoted $309.00 to do the same job. My new friends at Kruse's did the same job for $139.00. My vehicles will be only serviced at Kruse's
I had car trouble while in town and even though they were swamped and short handed they got my vehicle in and made sure it was safe to drive back home 600 miles. Thanks for the peace of mind and what you did!
We didn't have an appointment for an alignment but they squeezed us in timely. We had our daughter with us and she saw the candy machine so we weren't sure we had any quarters on us and I told her that and the guy gave her a couple quarters for some candy and a frisbee very nice people and reasonable price for alignment.

I have spent thousands of dollars with my other mechanic literally $7000 at separate times getting things repaired. They never so much as picked up a piece of paper in my car. I got my AC fixed by cruisers. They vacuumed out stubborn white dog hair you guys are cruises got my business till they take my drivers license away. Thanks very much

Honest and affordable.They do not sell you services that you do not need.They keep you informed and are very courteous. Kruse's took the time to troubleshoot an ABS issue with my old truck and make sure it was fixed properly. I highly recommend Kruse's.
These people are super easy to work with. They are truly not out to overcharge anyone. They were more than fair in everything they did and I would highly recommend working with them. I was more than four hours away from home and he had my vehicle at his shop. He could have charged me any amount a this point as I was at his mercy. He fixed my problem for a more than fair price and I couldn't ask for a more honest and fair person.
Thank you so much, I just hate that we are so far apart or else I would use your shop for all my future needs. You guys get an A++ from me.
It would take 6 screens to tell you all the wonderful things they did, but I think it's enough to say they did what they said no hidden cost, they kept me informed about what they found. Our car is fixed, it runs great, and cost what they quoted.
I couldn't be more pleased.
I would recommend them to everyone who needed auto repair. They are usually booked out, but it's more than worth the wait.
