Very friendly and welcoming, with a comfortable waiting room and complimentary snacks! Overall I felt that the wait was longer than it should have been for routine maintenance (oil change and tire rotation - is 2 hours normal?) )However, AFTER we thought we were done, we Found out there was a software update that needed to be done, so we chose to get it done while we were already there, another half hour. It would have been nice if we had known about the update earlier and scheduled it with the other services. Also, my Hyundai app still says we need a service call. I called and
Was Told that it would all sync up probably by Tuesday (a whole weekend plus Memorial Day). Today is Wednesday and my app still says I need service.
We had Guy. He was great. He talked us through the whole process. He helped us figure out what would work best for us. He didn't rush us and I appreciate him taking his time. Even though we were the last customers he didn't complain. I appreciate the fact that he didn't get our hopes up, but he helped us every step of the way. Everyone there from the financial people on up were great.
I recommend you go and see Guy Gaddy. Guy was my guy he came through for me as far as getting my deal done. Even after closing time .I would recommend him to anyone. @ Reed they look out for the veteran community speaking as a veteran .
I had an issue with my Jeep Wrangler while in St Joe. I thought I had an oil leak and there was now smoke coming from under my hood. I didn’t have an appointment but I stopped by the service department. They were busy but they were able to take a look and was able to fix the minor problem. There was no charge! What other dealership does that? I am so grateful. Thank you.
My experience with Keyshawn was great! He made sure to help me find something that was not only in my price range but something I liked as well. He was very helpful and honest which made for an easy process for a first time buyer like myself. I appreciated his patience and willingness to go the extra mile to get me taken care of!

They were nice, but didnt resolved the problem. Reeds service department even said the wheels should be replaced but Dodge warranty declined it! So what really is bumper to bumper warranty???

Hunter was absolutely Amazing !!! If I could give him ten stars I would . He didn’t try to push me into something I i wasn’t looking for . Instead he listened to any questions and concerns I had weighing pros and cons with me bringing me out several options lol.
Overall my whole experience completely comfortable. I believe we need more salesmen like Hunter that show such compassion and concern as he did.

I just want to say Chez and Brent at Reed Hyundai are class acts. Chez worked with me for about 4 months while waiting for our car to come in. The experience really was haggle free and pretty straight forward. The service department is honest and fair. We moved away from a an another dealtship for service because they tried not get over on us. We have no problem coming back again. Highly, recommend Reed!

If it is normal to get progress reports while my car is at the dealership for an oil change, I did not get any. If it is not normal, then I have no complaints there. I remained in the dealership, waiting lobby during my cars service. After about an hour and 10 to an hour and 15 minutes, I looked out at where I had parked my car and noticed that it was parked in pretty much the exact same place. I parked it when I arrived.. Out of concern that it had not yet been pulled in to be worked on, I texted the number that I had received shortly after arrival. 35 minutes went by, And I got no response. (I will add That in the two hours I spent in that waiting room at least three people came in after me, and those three same people had someone come get them to let them know their vehicle was.) So, 35 minutes after sending my text inquiring About the progress of my vehicle‘s oil change, I went out to the counter To inquire in person. In an effort to be polite and not disrupt anyone in the middle of performing a task, I waited patiently at the Counter. Despite the fact that I was standing right in front of someone at the counter, I was not even acknowledged for three whole minutes. When I finally was acknowledged, it was not even by the person I was standing right in front of. I have been to this dealership many times to have the same task done and have had a wonderful experience each time. Today I left so pissed off. That I forgot to ask, at my daughter‘s request, for an extra REED Chocolate bar. I will add that I wasn’t even offered one to begin with. If they are no longer being handed out, that’s fine, but that’s still beside the point. Point being today’s experience was not a happy one.
I 100% recommend coming here and getting into a car they really do whatever they can to get you in that car you want! Nice and actually care! I want to thank GUY! For all that he did, and as well as everyone else who helped me and my fiancé in the process! Our family loves our new girl 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe thank you so much!! The whole experience at this dealership was great. Everyone was very polite, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Hunter was amazing to work with and made the process easy and stress free. This was an amazing car buy experience which I did not think existed. The Reed dealership was kind and did not pressure me into any purchase. Reed does a great job. They may be slightly higher than your shade tree mechanic, but the work will be done right. They’re the friendliest bunch of people you’ll meet. Especially Justin, if you need your vehicle serviced he’ll take care of you. I always get my vehicle back just as clean as when I left it. Great job Reed!

I have a 2018 Chevy pick up 1500 that I’m getting a new transmission put in at Randy Reid. And I wanted to trade it for a different truck. So I started looking out in the lot and I came across three trucks that I was really interested in. Keyshawn came out and introduced himself and help me we immediately test drove all three trucks. Then I came home and discussed it with my other half the first night then the next night I came back and he had another truck that we test drove. And my other half Medicare And he test drove the trucks. We fell in love with a 2019 Dodge ram. 3500 Laramie edition truck. And Keyshawn was so good to us helping us the whole way with this truck making up our minds which one we wanted he was patient with us and when we finally made up our mind, he was very quick with the paperwork and getting a detail And everything it needed. I recommend them to anybody and everybody he does an awesome job and Randy Reid is a great place to buy a vehicle.
