I had a fantastic experience with Affordable Towing. The technician, Lance (or Vance), arrived quickly and was incredibly knowledgeable about towing my Rolls-Royce. Despite my vehicle being unusual, he confidently walked me through the entire process, specifically explaining the steps he took to ensure zero damage to the car.
If zero stars was a thing. Called to see if I could have my car towed, and whoever answered the phone stated that they were closed today. On Google it states 24/7. It’s 2:30 PM on a Saturday. So that may need to be adjusted to not open on the weekends unless you’re the cops!!
This company goes over and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I can't thank them enough for helping my family, in the middle of the night, get to a safe place. They not only towed my car but also transported my family to a near by hotel. You don't find companies that care like this anymore. They are very affordable and great people to call on. I recommend them over anyone else and I rate them as 6 stars. Thank You guys for caring and helping #FLIEBOS
I don’t ever like paying for a wrecker to haul me in but if I get great service from honest people it sure makes it easier to swallow. These folks baled me out of a real bind on our first encounter and since then I’ve used them several times. Once to move a storage bldg. They always have done a great job and charged a fair rate. I highly recommend Affordable Towing!
I use this company to tow my car cause a flat it took them over 2 hours, they kept change the arrival time. If your in a time sensitive situation you might what use someone else.
Pulled my semi truck with 53 ft trailer out of a ditch. Truck was empty and right steer was sinking into ditch and right drives had no traction. They used two automobile flatbed trucks to pull me out. Really nice people. I would highly recommend them.
Even though I was just calling them to see if they could move and RV and even they could not move my camper I would highly recommend them,. cuz I have used them in the past and the customer service is off the chart
Workers assaulted me and my disabled mother after stealing the title to my husband's truck, and other property. Took forever for them to tell us were they where located so we could pay 50 dollars to get my property out. Very unprofessional. Very rude. Very poor customer service. I've talked to many people who know the owners and have experienced bad service from here and seen it happen to others.. i do NOT RECOMMEND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Negative stars
We broke down on the side of the interstate and the guy coming first tried to help us fix the truck ! Did everything he possibly could to try to get it running first before having to tow! Went above and beyond !!!!!!!

I just can’t express how great the level of service I was given. Our battery died in our car on our way back to Birmingham. We used Geico for emergency roadside assistance and ATR came very quickly. After trying to jump it off we still couldn’t get it cranked. They could have left at that point but they didn’t. They drove me over to Autozone and helped me get a new battery, took it back and installed it for me. It cranked right up. They went the extra mile and helped us get back home safely. If you are stuck near Meridian, MS make sure to give them a call.
My truck broke down on I-20 and I called to request tow. I was towed to a hotel by a gentleman named Jeff. He not only came in less than 30 minutes,he made sure I made it into my room safely. This is what A-1 service looks and feels like!!!
This towing company is the best by far. Their customer service was excellent as they were very compassionate and professional. The dispatcher took time to answer a few questions that I had about the area/repair shops. The tow truck driver was very courteous and went out of his way to assist my son and I. I don’t ever want to break down in Meridian again but if I did I would certainly call this company again.
One third the price of other quotes I received. Arrived at my location quickly. Helped me out tremendously. Dropped my truck off at Wal-Mart and brought me to a hotel as it was late. Very friendly, professional, helpful staff. Went above and beyond expectations.
