Absolutely the worst place to take a vehicle. The owner is very unprofessional with a nasty attitude but can't handle it when it's given back to her. The mechanic seems knowledgeable in some areas Although He tells you one thing and the owner tells you another. Will keep your car and try to twist and turn it into being the costumers fault. If you like the unknown, it's the place to go. However they feel that day is what determines your price and service.
The owner and it's employees went above and beyond to help us out after being stranded for hours on the side of the road in our RV. They worked with us night and day to get us back on the road. My husband and I were truly Blessed that God sent them all to us 🙏. Thank You All so much , ya'll really are greatly appreciated , thanks again Robert and Anne Ledet heart 😍
My issue wasn't corrected when I used their services. Went in to have shocks and struts replaced all around my vehicle due to some very loud knocking noise coming from the rear of the car.
They did the replacements but I suppose they didn't test drive the vehicle because when I started driving home in it, the same loud slamming, knocking noises were still coming from the rear of the car.
I wasn't made aware of this as I was paying them for the work they had done. My overall impression is that it wasn't quality, professional work.
JAYS MUFFLER AND THRIFT SHOP IS AWSOME! They do great exhaust work, im always able to find used parts for low price, they have neat stuff in thrift store and the people there are awsome!!!!

The service they provide is top notch and very professional. If they are not able to do the work that is needed they will recommend someone that can. If they don’t have part needed they will help you find it. I highly recommend you check them out ! You might even leave there feeling like you are apart of their family.
They had the parts I was looking for a reasonable price.... was told day before they would have them pulled and ready for me when I arrived! 2 days of going there no parts pulled... parts was not ready 2nd day I had to wait almost an hour!
