I was stuck in the middle of an intersection in 100‑degree heat with my Suburban and trailer behind me, and B&C Towing‑N‑Recovery came out from right across the street and assisted me like absolute pros — immediately resolving a potentially unsafe situation. The older mechanic who helped me has clearly spent a lifetime working on big rigs and heavy equipment. He knew exactly what he was looking at and gave me honest guidance when I needed it most.
I may not be a big‑rig driver, but they treated me with the same respect and fairness as if I were one of their regulars. They didn’t take advantage of the situation and charged a very fair price for the additional work they helped with, even though I wasn’t a commercial customer. They earned my respect and gratitude.
Wow this place just wants to take our money. Had one of my trucks stop by for a tire change and they didn't not want to replace it because the mud flap was gone and they told us they would only do it if they do the mud flap. They refused to do the tire and told us they tickets will be more if we take off like that. And we explained the driver was going to do the mud flap and they told us to take off. I would not recommend this please at all.
They are life saver the best they came tow me when my hub seal had blew out and starting fixing the problem on the trailer and I was loaded up so then I had to go get another trailer and they transfer the load on to the new trailer in less than 15 min then I had issue with the trailer I went to go get and which had two bad tires and air leak they fix that for me

Billy charged me 500 to glance at my truck. He pretended it was a big job and also mislead or refused to do what we talked about. Mechanics take the place of lawyers nowadays. No conscience! He didn’t fix truck. Watched YouTube video. Paid his 500. Drove it home. We fixed it in 30-45 min ourselves!
I had trouble with they were very knowledgeable of the situation the price was a very fair price for the work done they were very communicatable kept me informed on what's was going on.i would highly recommend them for towing and truck repairs.

Used towing services (Billy)for my freightliner he broke my bumper they won't fixed they only put zippedties to hold it together.not professional at all him and ((total package repair)) same thing ......
Had a tire on the tralier blowout damaged the tralier called them to take care of it came right out got me off the side of the road fixed tralier lights and tire. Great group of people would recommend them for any truck and tralier repairs. They were the only shop willing to do the job. Very satisfied with the work.

B&C was dispatched by Uhaul to tow a broken down rental truck for us, and they responded quickly on a Saturday night. The team was polite, communicative, and efficient. We came onsite today to have our items transported to a new vehicle, and the gentleman on-site offered to set up a tent to help us stay cool, and he even plugged up a fan! Such kind people!
