I recently was looking for repair shops, I’m so glad that I found this one. They did such an awesome job repairing my 2016 Nissan Maxima. It’s the second shop I have taken to. They had my car in an out the shop without trying to jack up prices like some shops. I’m a customer for life now. Just sent my other car to be fix. Definitely 5 star an above.
I've been told these people like to price gouge and take advantage of women who don't know about cars. They may get the job done but it's gonna cost an arm and a leg
My car still is not fixed its leaking brake fluid I took it back they say it's ok but it's still leaking, I paid with credit card they frist refund my transaction then they charged me twice my whole experience was not good.☹
Hit a deer on a Sunday evening and the wrecker came out faster than what insurance was going to send. They were very nice and respectful and even dropped me off at Waffle House so I could wait for a ride. Great service
Got me in on short notice for brake pads, prioritized me and had me back on the road within an hour and a half. Thought all four needed to be replaced but after they looked them over, only needed two. Good and honest work, highly recommend!
My husband and I have used Dee’s for several years for our auto repair needs. Not only are they down home genuinely kind but very professional and honest and fair. They stand behind their work even if it’s the fault of a defective part months AFTER they replaced it! Mike and his team are top notch!
Great guys. Got stuck in Mississippi coming off a highway, they were the professional and had me back on the road the next day. On top of all that they dropped me off at a hotel so I didn’t have to spend money on an Uber. Great people great mechanic. 10/10 recommended.
Trust is both free and priceless and this is THE place to go. My story: My wife and I were traveling from Iowa City to Pensacola when my 2011 Silverado blew up just outside of Snuba at 5pm. I made a desperate call to insurance but they refused to send a tow because there are no mile markers on Hwy 45. I called Dees. They not only made the 45 minute trip to pick us up, but they also helped us arrange a rental car and a hotel stay. They picked us up, took me, my wife, and my large service dog to the hotel. Next day we went to the shop at 10am to find them working on the problem. Determined my spark plug blew out and severely damaged a head. I was expecting a $2500 bill at that point due to discussions with a full team of mechanics. I left feeling fortunate not to be replacing the engine. Two days later they called with a bill of $670. Bottom line, they had every opportunity to take advantage of our situation but instead did a top notch repair job at a fraction of expected cost. I live three hours away and will never take my truck or car anyplace else. Thank you to all they guys at Dees who helped us out.

Traveling on I-20 and stopped for fuel. Left keys in truck and locked door. Called Dee's Automotive. They were to me in 15 minutes and unlocked my truck. A+ service.
