This is Best parts house in Meridian Ms. The staff is very knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to make sure you get the right parts and get them to you. We use them all of the time here at our shop. Austin and Jason are very helpful and quick to cross reference part numbers for you.
7/2/24 update. Their delivery service went through a “spell” where they were extremely slow arriving.
Example: Our shop is less than 3 miles from them and sometimes it would be 5 or more hours or even the next day for them to deliver in stock items.
With that being said, they did something to improve that, because now they show up quickly again like they use to do.
Had a blowout on the road travelling through from TN and looked these guys up. I always try to support the locally owned shops and had a good feeling about these guys. I was right. The gentleman that answered the phone arranged to deliver a plug kit and tire inflator to my location! Excellent service is hard to find but these guys are committed! Thanks to everyone at Bumper to Bumper. If you are in or around Meridian, count yourself blessed to have good folks willing to go the extra mile close by.
This is the best auto parts store in Meridian Mississippi..the guys are so nice..they go out of there way to treat you like a welcomed customer..and they accommodate you...the best customer service in town.thanks guy I got the RC boat running..the two wire plug from a trailer works perfectly...
