I talked to the owner today he has been in business a long time. After calling around to other companies with no answer I called these guys and they actually picked up no voice message relays like the other places.
Great service and price, and very fast. Paul and Clay were very professional -- on time, collaborative, honest. Quoted cost was conservative and we came in under our estimate. Not really sure what the two previous reviews are talking about, though it has been a couple years since they were written. Office support was very fast, too -- quotes and invoices turned around same day.
The gentleman hung up on me. TWICE. I explained that I am a real estate Broker and calling for my client (the owner of the property I was calling about). He asked me if I was the one paying for the service in which I answered , No. It wasn't any sooner than I got the answer out of my mouth that he hung up right in my face. I called back and didn't get but a few words out and he hung up again. I have no idea how they stay in business and certainly have zero business having any type of human interaction.
